I had downloaded this app for free trial which was not at all a good experience and after that I had in uninstalled this, and now 16,700 rs has been cut from my account which I didn't authorize. Please refund my money

I tried with limited version, and zipd three files, and placed password, am unable to get back my file by entering correct password too, it saying file is corrupted

Do not subscribe to this app...Plan is named as Free trial and charging you directly without let you know...Very bad customer service.
