App says no SD card found, however the time line allows me to scroll to the past so is obviously working despite telling me its not. Would be great to have option to turn off IR. And during playback some fast forward and rewind would be good. Also I have to clear the app from my recently opened screen before it will load again. Seems some issue with switching between apps and back to this one.
Ok to use but always crashes or the image doesn't appear. It would also be handy if the app could go to a small screen in the corner of your phone to allow viewing without it being the only thing you can have open.
Using this with AVstart PTZ indoor cam. Main negative is Push notifications for motion alerts only work when app is open. If you exit app you'll get no notifications. Even when you do get notifications, clicking on them does NOTHING! You would think clicking an alert notification would take you to the alert list. 4 stars if this gets fixed.
Can not log in. Keeps saying connection timed out. Check network and try again. Tried on wifi network and mobile 4g network and neither works. Both my wifi and 4g are working perfectly fine in all ways except for best eye.
I have tried more than a dozen times to get the cameras to work with this app via wireless and it wont work. The ONLY way I have been able to get it to work is with a wired connection.
camera set up was a little difficult... but it's cool when it started working. my issue is the ads that are now on my lock screen. I'm debating on returning just I dont have to use the app.
It s nice despite the camera logs out after some time. Would ba awesome to have full controls in landscape mode and not just the picture button
Is anyone else having issues with the app notifying you that someone is at your door, walked into the path of the camera? I haven't gotten any notifications but I had a box delivered and this app doesnt record the videos. 🙄👎🏾
It set up fine, but keeps going offline. I can't get it online to watch a video stream. I need help.
Does not work no matter what I do. Waste of money to buy a camera that does not register or connect no matter how much you try to reset and follow the steps.
won't connect to WiFi. .states WiFi password is wrong..but it's not..garbage app and cam..
keeps saying doesn't support 5ghz only 2.4ghz well my router is a single band that is 2.4ghz but app doesn't agree. now have a camera i cant use
it's good but wish there was a way to turn the ir off as it causes a glare through the window at night

My alerts stop working emailed for fix and will change review otherwise works good

why this app is not working???
Won't connect to the WiFi no matter how many times I try. Keeps saying the password is incorrect, even though it isn't. Please advise. This camera is useless without the connection.
Bought this camera at the exhibition, sales guy say very high quality as compare to many competitors. But not working when I set up ! The apps cannot detect camera WiFi, when use RJ45 network cable, apps can detect camera, but cannot launch video on the phone, keep trying, never work !!! Don't buy until maker solved the issues !!! Contact for warranty, no reply for 4 days. BAD.
Cannot share camera with more than 5 accounts. This is bad.

Been using for over 6 months now. The software is easy to use. Set up is clever and I had minimal problems setting this up. The playback functions needs an update. When the cameras detect motion to have to watch a full minute of footage. (i.e if motion is triggered at 59seconds past the minute you have to watch the whole minute). The cloud storage is a premium and it's not "the cloud" as most people would think. In the terms and conditions it says it's their version of the cloud.
