Looks smart, but is absolutely terrible to use. EDIT: Back button often closed the app instead of going to previous page, which was really frustrating. That problem seems to have been improved, but still exist to a lesser degree. I also experienced some weird behaviour in navigation back when I wrote the review. That seems to have been fixed completely
The app is of limited use. It’s great to see all payments across different banks and bank accounts, have the ability to cancel individual payments before the deadline or pay a bill. However, in terms of agreement maintenance it is useless. Yes, I can see all the agreements in one place, but I cannot edit them. For example, it would be very useful to be able to change the back account from which payments are made. Also, if I have 3 banks (and I do), I have to go to each one individually to make changes. In this case, the app isn’t of any use since key information needed for creating new agreements are missing in the mandate details of current agreements, such as the PBS number and debitor group number, so I am forced to sit with multiple net banks open or the app in order to move an agreement from one bank to another. These are areas where the app could really make a difference, but it falls short.
Horrible. Every time there are some errors or connection problems. I can never ever use the app without an error popping up. Not possible to do basic operations like see the details of the bill or set new bill for payment without receiving some sort of error blocking the operation. On top of that you can not really use their website as a non-business client so the app is the only way to access. And app is really bad.
Difficult to used, sometime don't work good and you have problems to paid and others times, when you paid you don't get the receipt. The service is getting worse every day, it doesn't even accept the credit card it accepted two days ago. And that's when it lets you enter, because many times it gives an error and you can't access all day. Clear example of bad service, not at all a help to the day to day.
I've been using this app for about a year now, all good, easy and don't have to worry about the payments. Though, Right Now I have to pay the bills and it does not show up on my bank account and I also can not get in to my profile right now it is prompting me to input nemID credentials which I do, then straight to biometrics and after that the profile nearly loads and then puts me back to the nemID login, how many keys do I have to use to get in? I've already wasted 10....
Can't even set it up! Constant errors saying to try again later!
no guides nor error messages telling you that you need to select a preferred bank account before you can add any new payments. And no explanation to what happens when card payments are discontinued in April 2022 - Btw the only message which comes up looking like a potential reason for nothing working when you haven't set up a preferred bank account. Very unhelpfull and not intuitive in any way!
It used to work fine, and suddenly I got log off... And since then I can't go in again. It keeps on asking me to set a new pin number, and even though I write it twice correctly, it says it is wrong and doesn't allow me to get in the app. And that goes on and on. Installing and uninstalling does nothing to the problem. I've also tried that few times
I registered to this app so it can pay bills for me in time. Unfortunatelly it didn't do it's job and my bank didn't approve it in different situations. Now I still have to remember when I have to pay my bills and do it myself, because I missed important deadlines. Also it does not support any type of card. This app has to be reviewed.
This app is absolutely horrible. It worked fine for literally 1 day. The next day, i started getting an "An error occurred" box every time i click anything in the app. I tried reinstalling, but that just made it impossible to log in. Excuse my language, but why the hell dont you have a website we can use instead of forcing us to use this poorly developed app?
Can not make a payment. When I want to add a card, it says "Korttype er ikke understøttet", even though payment by card should be available until April, it is a recent card from a Danish bank and the validation while typing the card information doesn't find any error. This is a critical issue, as I have payments to make and there is only the app.
There is a problem regarding adding a credit card when first using the app. I had to try several times. I got to the nemID part, and everything there was fine, but it was never processed in the app. Edited: Added a star due to rapid reply on my review. And filled out more information.
App doesn't work anymore after update. It keeps sending me to the login screen Edit: I uninstalled the app and cleared the data multiple times. I cannot be bothered to call customer service. I'll just install another app because it's more convenient
Prompted to update today. I updated, logged in with NemID, then for a second it wanted to register my biometrics (facial recognition). But after a split second, it went back to the nemID login screen. Tried to log in 3 times, same thing happened. Please fix it, I need this damn app!
I got an error that my due date could not be after my card expiry when stating a subscription. My card expires 4 years after the due date. Maybe it was related to the fact that I chose another bank account than the one connected to the card, as it worked when starting over with the default settings (it remembered all data). After the error it did show a green tickmark, where the slider should be, but I could still use the 'invisible' slider. It also said payment was in progress, but it was not
Hopeless app. Need to login with nemID every single time. App loses any info I put in. The information that the app provides is ok (when it works) but having to start from the beginning every single time is a pain. Have tried giving it all the permissions, resetting the app, clearing the cache but nothing helps.
As you will find on other reviews, I also have gotten a new credit card, and now there are a bunch of errors, I can't login and I can't pay my bills. Hope this gets your attention dev. - Error 1220 Edit: now I can actually log in, but adding a new credit card is still impossible. The "add new card" function just produces a blank screen. I'll keep this app installed, if only to try to get the devs to fix it.
Tells me to add a card, but my card type isn't supported. I pick my bank account, but the pay and sub bar is still grey and can't be swiped. And no, I'm not calling support because your app isn't working. I also had multiple warnings about bills have already payed directly..
This has been a useful app all these months. But suddenly it has some issue with nemid and the life of me I can't get it to work ☹️ Update : It works now. I was almost on the verge of getting delayed on paying some bills 😅
I am not able to login to app. It is keep asking NemID authorization, even after authorization. I used finger print for login but app closes very quickly. And direct me again to NemID. Uninstalled and installed again but the same problem.
Never able to add mandates on the first many tries
Login problem. Its a pain to log in. Every time he ask for nemid and after crashes. Its a loop go back to log in. Still not working. I put my user and pass, i use my nemid and when i go to the app betalingsservice it shows me the face recognicion with a black screen he whaits for 2 sec and it says no face recognized. I press cancel and i whait to login because i put the password and nemid but after dat again he sends me to the mai page where you have login
I cannot get past the NemID login - I log in and it returns to the login page all over. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it doesn't work. It's been an issue for ages.
can't create an account that's already there, but adding a mandate for the first time, only lets you create a new account, not allowing you to select any existing accounts.
