***To use the YouMail voicemail system, you will need to enable Conditional Call Forwarding on your phone, so that the incoming calls can be directed to the YouMail system instead of your regular voicemail. Most US Carriers supported, but it doesn't work with most flex / prepay accounts.

* Because Better YouMail is a 3rd-party interface for the YouMail service, we do not have any control over any service interruptions due to YouMail server issues.

* Call Log Integration only works on Android 4.0 or higher. Starting with Android 6.0, Google changed their phone app to use a separate tab for voicemail, and it no longer integrates the messages directly into the call log.

I have att and was having difficulty with there app working. I contacted the customer service in a e mail. What a surprise, I got a rapid response. They helped me out and in great detail. I highly recommend this app. There functions are top notch and the professional customer service is a huge bonus.
I used to love it until the app kicked me out and told me my credentials were wrong. The website still works for me, but the app stopped working. I deleted it off my phone today. I paid for this app several years ago, but I guess I will begin using my phone provider app now. My credentials are NOT wrong...because I can log into my account on the website, just for clarification.
Doesn't allow you to assign greetings to specific contacts, created quadruplicate copies of all my contacts and after I deleted all the copies it re-created them again. Then I tried to edit one of my contact's info and it wouldn't allow me to make any edits, an error message pops up saying Better YouMail doesn't allow it. This app is completely useless!
If there happens to be an issue or question, the developer is very quick to respond. Using this app beats seeing adverts in your messages and allows for native message playback and management using Android's native phone app.
I keep getting a "Can't connect to YouMail for authentication error 1". The app forecloses right when I open it. The app can't even open. And I have reinstalled it many times from the play store. Please help!
hey The app keeps crashing.. I unistalled, but I re installed, nothing helps.. This app use to be great, but now it has become very unreliable. Message don't come thru like they should. Constant re syncing..
So far working great! Customer service has verb helpful but I get the impression they are bothered by help requests. Still great app!
Can you guys please help me I lost the ability to dial out at all after activating you mail. My carrier has no idea what I'm talking about. Even when I asked to speak to another tech. Is there any other way I can disable you mail call forwarding?
Doesn't block spam like normal youmail. Then they say filtering the same as old one yet I go to filter it's on aggressive calls get through I go to log I hit block and what does it do? Calls get through.
Perfect add on for youmail. If you like yiumail , this will make it much better! Had a little issue setting up and the support is phenomenal! Kudos, guys, keep it up!
Contact sync does not work. The app just says "Uploading Contacts (0%)" indefinitely and never uploads anything. Kind of useless.
I love this app and have used it for a long time now for my business cell. Lately I've been getting messages like an hour after someone calls. Bad for my business. Please fix!
Shady. No trial and they try to stall you from trying the app real quick and getting a refund. Edit: fair enough, the developer says refunds are issued for a few days. With the refund button in the Play store? Idk. Leaving 3 stars because the app still isn't that great. Plus the developer has some kind of attitude problem as seen in their responses to criticism. Good apps equal high ratings.
I used to love that you mailed it first came out years ago but now that I switched from Sprint to Boost Mobile it doesn't support it even though Sprint phones Boost and somehow it forwarded my calls to my old YouMail and I cannot get it to unforward how do I unforward my phone calls I have contacted your suppoet team and they did not reply and im not getting IMPORTANT calls
instead of easy made things more complicated, asked for refund and just told me no refunds. I would not use this program it looks like some kind of scam!
Exceptional app. The only one that seemed to work seemlessly with my Mint Mobile network.
Working great.... The smart mail response is awesome. Especially when my wife called me the first time and it said her name.... great job.
Sprint has the same codes that are in the app.. only calling things like they're being shown..
Great for Small Business, easily change greetings, and read voicemails.
These people who developed this app ALWAYS blame the users, it's always us, either our phones or our network, read the comments and read the responses and you will see the developer is ALWAYS on the offense , your app is terrible, the reviews don't lie.
Don't activate this app. It is next to impossible to deactivate it!

Can't verify license?! Bull$hit app!!!!!! paid almost $4 for this piece of $hit. Never will I buy apps from these "developers" Thanks for stealing my money!!!!! Change your name to WORST IT Guys! It suits you crooks better.

Terrible it stopped working completely
I love the app/service. I've always been a satisfied, dedicated user (since back when it was YouMail.) I just upgraded from a Note 5 to a Note 10, and the widgets don't work. I can add them to the home screen, but it doesn't show any messages. It's just an empty widget. Refresh button does nothing. Everything else works fine.
