Terrible app! Other than the fact that it doesn't work properly ... I try to open it and it just says "oops sorry something went wrong" ... it is not as advertised. They use a bait and switch tactic where they will promise you a "personalized" workout and diet plan as long as you pay for a subscription and when you do there is nothing of the sort. Just common workout plans and random recipes that you can very easily get for free elsewhere. Don't waste your money.
The quality of service and support is one of the main aspects of any app. But here it is one of the weakest aspects of this program.Instead of helping, their activities often interfere with a comfortable user experience. Here, it's incredibly difficult to wait for a response from the operator. But what's even more difficult is waiting a moment to write to him. The contact button here is inactive most of the time. I don't recommend i
I want to share my story of using this service. In general, the app is poorly done;there are often errors, and sometimes it crashes. But what made me feel the most uncomfortable was the food according to the program.During registration, I chose the foods that were best for me. But when I saw my diet, there was nothing in it that I had chosen. It is terribly uncomfortable and just excruciating.
I have a bad back, and have a hard time doing exercises on the floor I find after doing a workout I am usually stiff and sore for several days. My flexibility level is not good. Even though I do exercise almost every day, my arthritis just doesn't let me do alot of your workouts. I would like to try your very basic level to see if that would be any better. Thank you for your understanding.
I don't recommend this fitness app because of the poor performance of its services. It is noticeable that the program was made hastily, which is why many of the functions work questionably. For example, here in the meal plans, there are no foods that I chose at first. It is impossible to progress with this kind of diet. I would not recommend it.
App started out ok- like a lot of the apps out there it gave the option to select workouts & log foods...BUT a lot of the foods are missing even when a barcode is scanned. Also when free trial ended it came up with offer pop up to subscribe for the year & wouldn't load the plan without it - seemed ok value so decided to pay and then it still wouldn't load the plan!! What's the point in an app that won't load content?? I've unsubscribed and will look for something else.
It's a terrible approach to give services to your customers. What I was most interested in was good nutrition. However, instead of giving me the real meal list, the developers opted to provide me with the number of needed calories and vitamins. This is incorrect, and you must correct it otherwise all of the training activities you give would be useless.
As a basic fitness assistant, I did not like this app at all. I didn't get any positive results from following its tips and programs. The hardest challenge for me was following its nutritional advice. The main challenge is that they created a diet for me that consisted of things I don't eat.Even though I had chosen completely different foods earlier. They couldn't even set up a food selection algorithm. Disliked.
When you buy a membership in this fitness app, don't expect any help from customer service. In fact, it is simply impossible to get in touch with them. They don't respond to emails from the app. And on their site, the help button is not active at all. Personally, it's not clear to me what I paid money for. It's very uncomfortable to navigate the app and solve problems by myself. It should not be used.
If you are a person who believed the ads for this assistant, I want to disappoint you. The ads show incredible results that you can hardly achieve. The developers are exaggerating too much about human ability. You can't achieve something like that in an honest way without using chemistry.Especially with the use of the exercises and tips that are presented here. Do not believe them; they are deceivers.
The worst fitness assistant I have ever seen I can assure you that you will find much better options in the Play Market. It doesn't even have an offline mode.I don't understand how they could make an app without this feature. I don't think Fitness Assistant is the kind of app that relies heavily on the internet. There's nothing to play on the web except ads. I don't recommend it.
Very disappointed with this app, was hoping for a good experience as I have paid for a lifetime subscription, and now feel ripped off as I have constant pops looking me to spend more money, all the challenges cost money, I would have thought there would have been some free challenges, This app is totally focused on making money and not on helping people. There are other apps offering similar things for free or for alot less, not happy at all.
This app is a nightmare! Everything about the fitness assistant is awful and complicated. The navigation within the app itself is complicated. It took me a very long time to find a way to disable the subscription. As it turned out, it is impossible to do this on your own.I think this was intentionally done so that the support worker could talk me out of disabling the subscription. It took a long time for the operator to agree to help, but I stood my ground, and he gav
Edited: This app didn't work at all. I have a subscription and access to the website but the only thing I could do on the app was access and edit my profile. The company's suggestion to uninstall/reinstall fixed that issue. I like the variety of exercise routines and there seems to be enough to never get bored as well as to have new challenges as my fitness improves.
Advertisements for their services promise some fantastic results. I was expecting to see some new training and nutrition methods when I bought a subscription. But everything is trivial and not interesting. The primitive tips that are handed out in the free workout programs.Believe me, it is not worth your attention and, moreover, the money. I do not recommend it for use.
I strongly advise against buying a subscription here. Most likely, your payments won't end there. For a really comfortable experience, you definitely need to buy the features that are closed. The developers don't say anything in the app description about additional internal purchases. Thus, they keep silent about the real cost of their services. I don't recommend it.
Some functions are very helpful but entering food and beverage items is very frustrating. Other apps know units common to a particular food item, for instance 1 large egg, 1 tablespoon psyllium husk fiber, etc. It's very frustrating for everything to be in ounces and only have a slider. Would be much more useful to have a variety of units to choose from for each item, and be able to type the number of units rather than use a slider. If these things are changed I will keep the app, otherwise, no!
It's a good concept but there's not enough time to catch up with the next stretch because it starts right away. It should be good if they gave a second for changing the posture to start the next stretch, also it could be nice if there was a voice leading the excercise and last but not least it also could be great if they include some yoga music along. I had to play some meditation music myself to get inspired, but I couldn't complete all the reps because the next stretch was starting too soon
I had this app and loved it. I let it lapse and when I tried to restart the app, I was shown an offer. I paid for it thru Google Play and tried to open the app. When I did, the same offer popped up... As if I had never paid. I've been in touch with customer service and even sent screen shots documenting the payment. After telling me that I haven't had an account since last year, they stopped replying instead of trying to rectify the problem. I hope this review will make them reach out! Upset!
It would be easier if it could also be used on Chromebook and not just phone (easier to see when exercising). Difficulty in accessing on several occasions (but did most exercises by memory when unable to access). I had no weight change 28 days into program so not the best program for me. For the right person it's probably a good program, but I'm not that right person.
It started off great, every day an exercise routine planned and also some reading as well. Once subscribed the reading feature disappeared. Also on the daily workout it just says there's nothing to do. You can access the list of exercises but the actual helpful sessions being planned daily for you seems to stop. I have logged this with the app, and while they're helpful they haven't explained why this feature has disappeared
