Beurer BodyShape

Quite a disappointment. I am trying to connect with a BF710 scale without any luck. Most of the time the app is unable to discover the scale and when it does I receive the error that my user is already registered on the scale but with a different birthdate. The scale seems to be working properly since I'm already using it together with the HealthManager app from the same developer.

Just started to use the app with a new scale. Unfortunately the app keeps the scale awake (BT sight permanently on) draining the batteries. Also, the app looks really bad on big phone screens. Some text is over sized and, in contrast, the scale profile menus has tiny characters you barely see. Please fix

Worst experience ever. I returned the scale. App doesn't connect to the scale after 2 days. It was even buggy when it was working. Scale is working very well. It's a shame that I had to return it because this terrible app.

The Bluetooth on the scales failed one week after I bought them. I returned them to the merchant and strongly recommend that potential purchasers look else where. The technical support was non existent. I would give them a star rating of zero but this is not possible.

I couldn't get past the first step of the app because it didn't allow me to scroll down. And the scale couldn't connect to my phone. I already requested to return my scale and deleted the app. Terrible app and mediocre scale.

Just won't upload measurements from the scale. Very frustrating. Am so disappointed, I paid a lot for the scale, it won't work without connection to the app, and the app doesnt work :(

Rubbish won't connect to the scales. Scales are rubbish I can put on 10 lbs in a day with these. Now saying that my profile is full but can't download it to the app. If you still have the receipt then take them back to the shop

Useless app, gets to the point where you select the BF Scale or Activity Sensor and it won't let go any further, all want to do is set up my pair of scales. The worst part, Beurer doesn't even try to reply to anyones reviews or give any advice

Why won't it find my BF 150? Is not supported by the app. There's nothing wrong with my scale. The batteries are fine. I even put it on top of the scale, switched the scale on, it's still saying "No scale found "

Can be more user-friendly with more measurements, like visceral fat, fitness age etc. Apps last update was 3 years ago in 2016 ~ too old! Data incomplete!

good app. works well with as81 tracker. helps you to workout by providing exercise instructions with different levels of difficulty

Bluethooth doesnt work. Just worked the first few days and after began to fail. Now it wan't connect. It's very disapointing.

Yep, like almost everyone else - it wint connect therefore doesn't work. Anyone found a solution?

Useless app. My phone sees the scale. Another app can connect to the scale but Beurer BodyShape cannot.

Phone can see and pair with scale (bf600) but app can't find the scale.

I have Samsung Galaxy Note10+ running Android 11 and I cant connect to BF710 scale. please fix asap

Everything working on samsung s9,was problem too, try to restart your phone after download the app

Totally crapy products, software is barely functioning, each syncing takes 4-5 attemts

Not so bad application as some people wrote. It is simple to use and practical.
