Just so so. Often won't perform one of its main purposes which is to sync data between the blood pressure equipment, oxygen measuring equipment, and the phone. Updated, changing to one star. Syncing info to phone very tempermental. App forgets you and you have to sign in again. Now I'm having issues with it recording wrong date. This software has gone from bad to almost unusable.
I see a lot of frustrated people trying to connect the Bluetooth for their blood pressure meters. When you try to pair, the blood pressure displays a 6 digit connect code on its display but it looks like 3 seperate two digit numbers. I thought it was an error code until I noted in the instructions the connect PIN was 6 digits instead of 4. So far the meter and the app are working great but the supplied instructions with the device could use an upgrade.
App doesnt work well. Can't sync without going through setup to reconnect. FAQ in the app doesnt work, so you have to use the manual because the device is not intuative. Changing users can be done, but you need to find a mysterious button sequence - keep the manual close by.
Useful, but difficult to connect. Must co stantly open the app to facilitate a transfer of data. 3Mar2022 Utilizing the app for awhile and it has stayed connected since resetting the Bluetooth connection, even when not utilized for a month. Only request is to segregate data by user profile, so if shared within family you know whose is whose with manual editing the comment section.
Using the BP app. The medication function does not work. It is really difficult to set up the data it does not permit you to go back and correct an error without totally starting over again. The reporting is the minimal amount gives hints of collecting other information but there's no format in which to see that information. If you're wanting to learn about afib and tachycardia and your heart in general I would get something else.
Very unhappy the app doesn't have more options. I used to be able to put initials in on 2 of us and that has stopped. I also have an updated phone. I can't even call customer service. Just had to send a message. All this is good for is a weigh scale.
Rarely connects. When it does it doesn't transfer the data. My scale has been full for weeks but I don't want to lose the information before it syncs or I would reset it. I've tried all the troubleshooting, nothing is working
I don't know why I need this app. It doesn't actually connect to the device even when figuring out the 6-digit connect code. Ultimately it looks like too many features have been added before getting the basics to work first.
Only keeps a certain amount of info then stops and does not let you start over. Could not Uninstaller till you asked me to rate the app. Reset did not work. Took out batteries to see if that helped. Now it's weighing instead of lbs it say 10: 4.8 st. What does that mean? Now that I've Uninstaller and reinstalled I'll see what it does.
Worked at first (about 2 weeks ago) then worked intermittently. Now it simply does not sync to and collect the weight data from my scale. Retried 6 times, just doesn't show up.
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I'll be returning your device. This app is awful. It desynced and suddenly the physical device wouldn't log in. I've rest my phone, the scale, I've uninstalled and reinstalled everything and it just won't sync. And because of this it won't even do the smart scale functions anymore. Your product is a hunk of garbage
App has stopped recording weight. Last time it saved my weight was a week ago. The other functions (steps, sleep, pulse, etc.) have yet to work at all. Maybe someone can let me know what is wrong!
Scale Worked great for about a year and then started getting harder and harder to sync with bluetooth.it's now to the point it won't connect at all and I have to keep a pencil and paper beside the scale to manually record the data.
Very nice and easy to use. The Bluetooth pairing process was a bit frustrating due to the meter prompting one thing and the instructions saying another. But I figured it out. Follow the manual😁
Worst software I've seen in a long time. Setting up of the BP machine is glitchy. Then I thought I should download the app and get the bluetooth running. That is when I started reading all the bad reviews and thought what have I gotten into. What was scary was there was no response from developer to these reviews. Installed anyhow. I got as far as where the app asks for your birthdate. It would probably have taken 5 minutes just to set the year the way this software was set-up. That was enough for me to decide this box of garbage is going back.
Getting the device connected via Bluetooth was a challenge. Sync codes I've had to enter in the past were 4 digits - the app wanted 6 and 2 of them were small on the monitor, so I was entering the 4 large ones.
Initially, I couldn't seem to connect toy scale. Through perseverance and just repeating the process I got connected. Now there are no issues, works as intended.
Just purchased a BC 57 bluetooth to replace my worn out Beurer bp that I have been using for 7 years. Everything paired up and BC57 doing the job even says it's transferring info but isn't. Anyone else having this problem? I think the app needs to updated but cannot find where to get an update.
The app provides most features you would like to have. However, connectivity to your device is temperamental. I have only been able to sync the first time. It's also missing the ability to connect to Google Fit.
Weight varies by up to 10lbs and the damn thing sits in the same spot and never gets moved. The scale will say 145.8 and the app says 145.9. I will zero it out, wait for it to shut off step back on it and it says 168.8…what the hell then the app says 168.9. my weight on my old scale was 145.6.…I understand weight fluctuates but 13lbs in one day. This scale sucks 🥵🥵🥵
The scale, the system are a great value for its price. I went to an upscale gym where the membership was about the same as my cable bill and would have my BMI measured weekly. Their machine(which I'm sure is expensive) gave about the same reading as the scale/app. Good buy.
I don't understand what it's about. The scale is likewise. I found no User Manual. This APP explains nothing. I even tried the button on the scale's back to try, and get some understanding. Where's my hardcopy of the User Manual that's supposed to come with my new Scale? The APP, AND Scale were not self explanatory. I Hava an IChoice OX200 Bluetooth PULSE OXIMETER that I purchased to also use with my new Scale. How can I pair it with the APP, and use it with same?
Not the most intuitive. The menu is fairly non-descript and it isn't clear how to use the associated device with multiple users. The export function is very valuable however and syncing via Bluetooth is seemless
it's great, it read in kg on the scale, when you pair to the app it automatically converts to lbs. it's great to track progress. it logs it into weekly segments. great set up! I love it!
I was impressed at how simple it was to use the app. The initial startup a first use are basic to-the-point. Once that's done, using it is effortless! With the app on a home screen it's literally 1. CLICK the app 2. Check that bluetooth is ON & START B.P. Monitor!
Initially it worked great. Then it stopped syncing and now will only give me a weight. The website is hopeless with trying to find a solution. I hope somebody will reach out to help.
It doesn't always pair. It will give me the always give me the BMI. If you try to enter any information in the other folders sometimes it doesn't always work.
My scale has stopped synching with this app regardless of all I tried: uninstalled the app, reinstall, made a different user account, factory reset the scale. Nothing worked. All I get is an error message. Have not been able to connect with Bluetooth even though the app tells me that the both the app and the scale are paired. Connection with the app only lasted a year. Then all of a sudden, nothing.
Works fine for 1st user. Worthless in trying to add additional users. After reading other reviews, it seems this is a common complaint. Perhaps an alteration in the description of product capabilities is in order.
After 3 days, the scale no longer synchronized all the data other than inputting the weight from the previous day, but no other info even though the scale showed all the new data. The software seems unstable and FAQ opens a webpage with no data! I was quite willing to pay 3 times the cost of a normal scale because of the information it would give me. Sadly, it has not worked out.
