Others have reported that the app only works for 2 days. The issue appears to me as a problem with the user interface. It only shows the first 2 days while data files are collected continuously. If I cannot see my data but the app still collects it I hava a feeling of being exploited. This data collection is not for my benefit.
In general Good but it still have some problems 1. It don't always start automatically (or at all) and that would be good. 2. I have had it pick up my cats heart beat instead of mine so it would be good if the app could recognise non humans and disregard or point it out (my cat are 127 127 heartbeats a min, or 127 might be the max the sensor can detect)
Loses data, this morning I still saw the log of the night, this evening half the night is gone, from 6pm to 2am is missing. Navigating forward and backwards is a catastrophy. Why not just swipe left and right to go to next or previous log entry? Otherwise it does measure amazingly, just the app is terrible.
I have just bought the sleep sensor and the app crashes after entering Registration details. So I am left with a device that I can't even set up. Beurer Customer service seems difficult to contact due to their website contact form not working and no Facebook message system.
Several days all ok ... now refuses to open, now 1am ...trying to sleep and faced with dealing with an app that is meant to help me but makes things worse. I have an old phone it was fine ....no reason for it to fail! So all the money, data gathering was a waste of time ...great job! (Not)
App keeps crashing . Keep asking to send data to "server"? What is happening to this data? Who gets access to it ? App stops working properly after few weeks. Its very disappointing
Seems to work fine so far but not sure how accurate it is compared to the data from my hospital sleep studies. There's no information in the app or manual about the recovery section or what HRV/LF/HF means, I've done some googling to find out but I'm still confused and the ratio used is backwards compared to the paper I read.
App crashes after entering registration details. I am left with a flying saucer under my matress and no data whatsoever. I've seen numerous reviews and complaints about this issues, but only silence from Beurer. Please guys, fix this issue, this device is useless without the app. (Samsung Note 10)
Seemed fine for 3 days then started showing gaps. The app now detects but does not connect to it. App reinstalled about 11 times, no change.
Terrible app, need to manually turn on every night otherwise does not record sleep. Will send back hardware for return of money because of this.
Unstable app. Only official support for older phones and developer unwilling to even look into bugs in the app when used on newer phones. Stay away, return the product and get your refund while you can.
I love this app. It does what it is supposed to. Works perfectly on my Samsung Note 20. I find the sensor and the app very accurete. Thanks for the tips for better sleep.
Worked for 3 days. Now won't open. Very very disappointing that there is no response from Beurer. I spent money on the device and if it doesn't work I've waisted scarce resources for nothing. WAKE UP BEURER!!
Same as everyone else. Keeps stopping in the middle of the night and I have to download again. Keep waiting for the company to correct this problem buy they obviously don't care.
Overall ok, but sometimes the app does not start automatically and the last night is not recorded.
It is a shame that I do not see anyone from Beurer here to answer or help people who bought, with confidence, a 150 Euro product. This tells me that Beurer does not care about their CONSUMERS.
Works wonderfully for 3 days then stops and you have to reboot
It's amazing. You wouldn't know it was there, yet you get huge amounts of data in the morning.
I wasted money on this device as the app refuses to connect, very frustrating

This app has issues. The app is apparently only suitable for use with a short list of smart phones. This fact is only revealed once one has bought the sensor and then discovered that the bluetooth connection is unreliable. The App reports a breathing disturbance but does not show when these disturbances were recorded. It is impossible therefore to differentiate between the possible occurrences of apnea and getting out of bed for some reason. I have returned the sensor.
