The app functions are fine. Does what I need it to do. However, after the latest update the sign in is a mess. It no longer allows me to sign in with my fingerprint so I have to type my password in every time. And even though I have the section to save my username checked it often ereases it. So not only do I have to type it in I have to go through all the steps to sign up my phone number each time.
The worst banking app. Doesn't sync with other budgeting apps, impossible to log into with no way to reset or request a password that in the app or online - to do that, you have to call an automated #. It's 2019. I don't want to call a # to reset a password for an online account. I'm waiting to get my introductory $ for opening a new account, and then will be switching banks asap. Fine for what I need it for when it actually works, but when the passcode stops working randomly it's extremely frustrating to keep putting in my login information. It never saves my username, and I hate that I have to sign in with my username and password just to transfer money. I get and appreciate the safety measure, but it's such a hassle.
This app is absolutely horrible!!!! I've never once been able to use it. All I get is error messages that vary & the default "invalid username" even though my username is being confirmed by the banker on the phone (WHICH ENTIRELY DEFEATS THE PURPOSE OF HAVING AN APP). This is trash!!!!! Don't put it on your phone!!!
Have had better experience with other banking apps. I have set up external transfer accounts on personal computer and the app still says I need to have at least 1 external account to make transfers. It worked 1 time and never again since update even though I deleted and set up the external account on personal computer again.
Awful sign-in experience; no fingerprint option, actively impedes support for password vault by only letting you continue if you TYPE something in the password field. Does not appear to support all banking functions, e.g. Cannot manage external transfer accounts. Not ready for release.
It is nice when it works, but lately it either does not load (white screen) or makes me verify through additional steps. Very frustrating.
Completely useless. Doesn't recognize my user id and password at all, so I can't even sign in. Because of this, I also can't use Zelle.
System keeps logging me out. Then locks my account. When you call in your staff is rude and can't answer any questions on why it keeps happening. Just that this is normal...
This app is great..when it works. Recently far too often I open the app and only get a white screen. This needs to be fixed asap..it is beyond an inconvenience.
Couldn't get this app to work. Although my password worked on the net, it wouldn't work on the app. Spoke to tech support and it just didn't work.
Not happy with this app. It stops working quite often. Sometimes it takes few days before it's back up again.
Constantly requires a text to sign in. App is very clunky and unpredictable.
Asks for my username id phone number and password every time. I've had the app on my phone for over two years. Ridiculous.
It stopped updating my account after a purchase and makes my account go overdrawn because what I see in my account is the wrong amount.

Useless for on-the-go banking. The app repeatedly 'forgets' your device and requires a voice phone call to enter a touch tone access code. Very often requires you to re-accept the terms of service. Similarly, there's a pop-up offering a service or setting change. You have to jump through any one or more of these hoops before it will show your balance and transactions. Switch to a more mobile- and internet-friendly bank.
