Earlier version was user friendly whereas the new one is very complex. I want the previous one to continue. The newer app seems to be fancy but irritating. The old version should continue with little changes or improvements like going back button etc should be on bottom instead of on top. Any additions if needed but certainly the new one is not user friendly. I have almost stopped trading.
Please simplify the app. Too complicated. The background is too heavy. In terms of clarity the earlier app was better. The arrows are a mess. Instead of green ,blue has been used,too confusing and slow. The prices dont update. Please work on the basic functionality and not on making it attractive.
The app is well equipped with the basic functionality of a broking app but there are severe issues relating to connectivity and log in. I have been unable to load the login page of the app countless number of times. Sometimes it works after an uninstall reinstall process, but since the last few days, I've been logged out of my account and am unable to get back in. The login page would simply not load. All I get is the Nirmal Bang Logo working in animation for minutes on end. Fix it ASAP!
New version is not good at all. It has login issues and not user-friendly at all. Previous version was best and user friendly. This version also have problem to show graphical representation of any stock. Most time it not albe to show. If it is possible to give NO STAR then i will give that for this software.
I don't know if Nirmal Bang wants it's customer to leave the service or not. Not receiving OTP after entering user id/pwd/mobile or pan. No option to back... Only u can close it... Previous verson was still ok. But this version is worst. if previous version is getting redundant before fixing issues in Beyond 2.0 then I have close account from NB
Worst app version I have ever seen!!! Previous one was great, user friendly, easy to understand.. Why we can't permitted to use that version back ... graphical chart and watchlist is worst... not even single thing I like in this app... so disappointed n should replace this
App is poorly designed and doesn't work properly.since I installed on my Android there are no push notifications. Come on how hard it is to have notifications ..every small app does it.i contacted support they said clean cache uninstall etc but don't think they have properly build it . Fingerprint works sometimes
I believe Nirmal Bang is agree for improvement... Too many glitches...very risky during trade.. I had to install the old version on urgent basis just to save my money.. this updated version has so many connectivity and login issue that it just put my money on risk during a high voltage trade... Graphics are good but ultimately this is a trading app not a gaming app... Trade process is very complex and app performance is way poor... Old app is pretty reliable on this matter...
I find this app very useful and handy. Also the theme colour of the app is nice. Only two suggestion. 1. Add some widgets to this app so that watchlist can be seen on the mobile screen without login. 2. Add price alert for stock feature, so that user get the notification when particular stock reaches the alert price set by user.
Not showing recommendations under asvisory and research option and many more links not working properly. Looks good and also presentation is superb easy to use . Special fingerprint option for log in . News more important
Not working properly. login problem everytime. this app doesn't show the stock on the same day of buying. One can sell without having delivery so chance of short selling. old version is better than 2.0 . only New feature of fingerprint is good.
I can give 5 star if you provide facilities for GTT order for equity. i will give 5 star if you will be able to add price trigger alert. And one more issue which is annoying is that for FNO rates are reset as zero in your net position section. It should be your buying rate. Technical team has confirmed that it happens from backend. Big improvement, working fine now. Need some improvement for charts. Sometimes rates doesn't change, but we just need to kill it and clear it from Android history
App is good, but not much,need an improvement, there is no past records in app for past trades, price, quantity, and all, application does not show status of closed positions so far, that at the point of time user is in realized Gain or Loss!
Nice app. Font is so small. Difficult to see options expiry date. Please provide Font size adjustment key in settings. Net position value shows incorrect. It has to be rectified.
The old version is investor friendly to use and not complex. It is compulsary to download back office app to see ledger,contract,position etc.It is very tedious to open both app at a time.I think the general the experience is not so GOOD.
this is not a friendly and fast app. critical to use. total amount against stock not show which is very important for us. otherwise we have to use calculator, thats not good matter on treading time. check it once again and serve a better app to use. Development team, please follow our needs regarding all issues. this app is not suitable for online trading.
The older version was much user friendly compared to the new version.... I cannot even search the name of stocks even by their symbol because the search function doesn't work. The app is almost of no use to me as i can't buy anything new.
I have had a good experience with this app. Only thing I am unable to find is the availability of cash in my account. For transaction of margins and delivery, the app is very good. I would suggest beyond to provide easy tutorial link for trading.
Very nice app.Difficult to handle than beyond 1. Takes time to learn.But overall good.Very easy and quick login with fingerprint. Perfect tips for trading stocks and indices, especially in nifty. Hats off to technical analysis team. But where is the option chain? I couldn't find it in the app. Can developer guide me how to find option chain? I have opted out for commodities and currency notifications still app is showing it.Pls fix it.Why don't you provide flat brokerage plan like Angel Broking?
Very heavy app with no user friendly interfaces. If it's buffering at speed of 60mbps home internet then forget about running this smoothly with mobile data Speed. Deleting this app with immediate effect
Where to find futures and options of the scrip.Beyond is much better visually as well as to operate for a lay man .The colour combinations in this app is distracting and too many things at one place makes decision making worse
Previous version was really very good and it had a professional look.....this is more of a game look....can please someone look into or an option should be given to the customer to choose between old and new version....Appreciate if this can be resolved asap.....Thanks
Worst app not able even to login in one go every time need to click of reset password, very slow- by the time it opens, share price changes, customer support team not answering. Will switch my account to some other broker for sure just because of this app.
Good one, can't log in app and odin same time, good security features, while one can log on dual app at the same time in other apps, nicely managed
This is very poor quality app. User interface is not user friendly as compared to another broker and I want to close my account from this company. They only change higher than others but service and performance of the app and site is very poor
Not a good software. Showing wrong holding report. When you sold the shares it will go for pay in shortage and in auction market high penalty. When you ask the details for the transaction, nobody answering. I don't suggest this software.
Not user friendly, not available to check available funds. Not updated, frequently gives error of network connection while on the same network I'm able to stream hd video.
The App misbehaves quite often. A few days back graphs were not opening properties. Only one candle pooped up for the day with no previous candles. Recently, I reported that % change in OI is giving quite wrong figures and even shared the screen shots with the RM but no correction even after 15 days. I see neither absolute OI nor % in Banknifty oftions!
when market opens the app some times goes in idle state. Not able to login at that time.after login it gives error message when we are going to place any order. kindly solve the issue.
Deleted my previous rating to rate again a 5 star. Small auditions in last update has made it better. Few aditions that can be done are here. 1. Plotting Open Interest on Charts for any time frame. 2. Volume Profile Indicator. 3. Continuous Future Data on Charts. User Interface needs to be more fluid. Right now its rough. Talking from navigation point of view.
