I'm definitely a fan of this app and Beyond Bank's willingness to provide continuous improvement via updates. I like the idea of the spend tracker released in the latest update but the numbers are a bit useless to me because majority of the money going from the account is simply being transferred to my home loan account. It would be great if you could set up the spend tracker to not include money transferred to home loan account which are essentially home loan repayments and savings please!

Doesn't even work. I've been trying to register and sign in for the last half hour and it always just says "unexpected" at the bottom of my screen whenever I go to confirm. My acc number, password and everything are all correct, I just can't get to the point where it sends a text to verify the app and my sign in.

This app has most of the functionality I need. Little things like cant change name of account yourself etc are whats missing. Would love to see a notice saver product so could auto roundup into it to help with saving. Also was awesome that some recent feedback I gave regarding sms was implemented almost immediately. And thanks for being fossil fuel free lender

Been a mostly good app, teething problems here and there, but with everything beginning to rely more and more on technology and less on human to human interaction things appear to be failing more. Currently I'm unable to pay my bills and they're now going to be late due to a failure of this app and banking system, what's worse is when numbskulls charge late fees and technology is often at fault.

Would have given it 5 stars but I lost fingerprint login with this update. My Galaxy S8 is fully updated to the latest version of Android. You can go into settings and switch it on, but it won't stay on. A few people seem to have this problem with this update.

Can not log in at all. Wouldn't accept my password, so tried to reset it and re log in. Even the new temporary password that the app sent me wouldn't work. I tried several times with different temporary passwords and can not log in. I have also uninstalled and re installed but nothing works. What a joke. App worked fine until last week, now nothing.

This is an easy to use, intuitive app. But it needs one improvement - the option to email transaction details to someone else. This is possible using internet banking on the website, but not in the app.

When I originally got the app it kept saying "access is denied" when I tried to view my accounts, so I uninstalled it and just used internet banking through the internet app on my phone, which was do-able but a pain. Now, months later, I decided to try it again and it still does the same thing!

Since the latest update I seem to have lost Fingerprint login, and even going in to the settings to turn it on it just won't work and then defaults to off again. If fixed I would give 5 stars.

Typical frustrating nonsense. App requires a scan of my driving license but has a size limit smaller than my phone camera produces so now I have to go off and spend time editing the photo. Can't you just make these things easy? I only need your app because my employer changed their salary sacrifice provider, I was pretty happy with the last lot.

Get your app sorted out, nothing but issues for the last month and a half, 8/10 the app isn't working and won't let me log in and I need my bank account daily to get by. Honestly ridiculous, doesn't help either that customer service are just as useful as the app.

New version has major issues (Android 6.0) the Accounts screen gives "Unexpected" error and when trying to make a payment or transfer no accounts are available to select. Pls roll back the update while you fix it
