Hello, I'm a parent of a gymnast and have registered and used the app for many years. It brought a lot of happiness to us during competition time. Thank you for that. For the past few weeks I'm unable to log in. Resetting the password seems to work only for the website but not the app. I tried to send an email through the web form but it does not work either. If there is a support person reading this I would appreciate some help. Thank you.
So, to use this app in any meaningful way you need to set your gymnasts as favorites but to do that you must first set their club as a favorite. So far, so good. But what happens if you can't find your club in their limited database? Nothing. You literally can't do a thing. Pointless...
I have tried to download this app multiple times and I never get a verification code to my email. yes, I do check the junk folder also!
Great app, you get the judges scores as soon as they get put in. Faster than the actual announcements. Everything is super easy to find, I follow my daughters club and all her favorite athletes and competitors.
I am so upset that they are closing this app down. Can't you just charge the app users an annual fee. I would pay it. Best gymnastics scoring app around.
l used to love this app. My daughters' gymnastics scores were immediate after their events. However, l am not able to sign in with fb or google anymore.
It never loads the scores. I have tried this app 2 times and have been frustrated both times!
LOVE this app!! I get the scores before they are displayed and can see where my gymnast is compared to others.
App won't open even after installing and uninstalling a few times. Terrible!
Works well most of the time, but did not work at all for my son's last competition two weeks ago, and still waiting for the scores two weeks later...
Doesn't work anymore. I uninstalled and reinstalled but the app won't open passed the loading screen??
App rarely keeps you logged in, then doesn't accept a new password when it's reset.
this app is really quick and i love that i can watch as a whole team or individual.

Asks for a birthday but doesn't say whose. Used mine and with the next set of questions, it didn't jive so it locked me out. Won't let me fix the info.

Why did you change it? It doesn't work. I can't find what I'm looking for! It is NOT user friendly, which is the whole purpose of it! 😖
I wish you could see all athletes in one session scoreboard not just classes jr c, sr a, etc.
Great app but the adds are annoying when I'm trying to check the scores
I don't hate the app, just the Facebook login function is broken. The error message says the app is still in development mode. This occurs on all environments: my Samsung phone (Android app), my Apple tablet and your website. Furthermore, your Contact Us from on your website does not submit and the email address listed in the Google store just bounced back undelivered. Frustrating! Hopefully you can resolve that soon, I just want to see my club's scores!
