This is the worse experience in my past 3 years . Not good
They try to get restaurant to give them google verification code. BEWARE
We keep tell them add our menu with rice option for customer, but no one do anything ,we need to call customers everytime,what a company don't do anything but want charge u more . So many issues with the technical support . They do understand english or not?? What a child IT support .
App was great. They took away ability to give a delivery time estimate. This has resulted in customers complaining on busy nights. It says customers on the edge of our delivery radius will get food in 35 minutes on a busy Friday night. Not gonna happen.
I think you need to set a limit to the order before customers use their card
Horrible customer service response
Spent more than 1 hour successfully uploading menu images only to find them all deleted and completely gone. Now when I go to see the menu images, the menu doesn't appear at all. I have Uninstalled the app and reinstalled it multiple times. Please fix this bug and I will rate the app 5 stars. Thank you.

The only thing positive i would say about beyondmenu platform is less fees than other platform such as Grubhub, Doordash etc, but that's the only good part. Beyondmenu doesn't protect the merchant like DD or GH. Even if it shows that our driver is out for delivery through the app, it still doesn't protect merchants especially after a customer dispute a order after they received it. I'm in the process of disabling a restaurant on Beyondmenu platform.
