I orginally connected to this app as I have a bitfit scale. It worked perfectly. Now, I changed my phone from iPhone to Android and I have several problems linking to this app. It says that the password must be from 6-16 characters. I did that many times yet it failed. Then, I tried changing passwords, failed again. I sent several messages to support but that also failed. Please advise URGENTLY
It worked perfectly fine until I changed phones and had to login to the app. I requested a password reset via email link. It keeps on requesting I use special characters in the password which I did but still no matter how long or how "special" the password is, it's simply not allowing me to log in! So frustrating
Im not sure why this happened but I lost all my scale stats except 3 , weight, body fat and BMI. I have no idea where the rest of the stats went when i had a long list of stats when you go to Share. I did try to weigh again but still nothing returned?? I really lovved that ir had all these approximate statistic and now they are gone. I did uninstall and reinstalled the app but logged in with my details and still nothing returned. Would love feed back as to how i can restore this.
I am unable to log in. I have forgotten my password and I keep getting 4 digit password verification numbers that are of no use. After submitting the 4 digit verification, the app takes be back the password page. Can't remember what password to insert. Going around and around in circles. What am I doing wrong? How do I get a password reset.
Good day. The app does not want to take my weight measurement on the Samsung S10. It connects to the scale via bluetooth but then it doesn't do anything when I get onto the scale. Feeling miserable. Please assist asap.
Doesn't work. Simple as that. The app doesn't connect to the scale and customer support is horrendous. Return your scale if you still can.
I have used the app on samsung S7 for about 18 months. No problem. Then upgrade to S9. The phone dont conect with the scale and the app keeps on restarting. Please fix issue with app and new model phones
The phone just stopped linking to the device. Removed batteries, uninstalled and then reinstalled the app under a different email address. Its now a useless scale 🤬
Bluetooth worked one day and never after that. I did the Bluetooth anomoly business and nothing worked. It's frustrating because it's brand new. How can I fix this??
Can you please bring out an update because I keep on having errors and getting a pop up on my phone stating that BF Scale has stopped working and it's very frustrating!
The app pairs with my scale but it won't bind to my wristband. The move 2. It's so frustrating.
It doesn't connect. It will connect the first time, then when someone else connected mine didn't connect
This is amazing but plz can I request a function to manually put in dates? I have to press 7mil times to get to a yr and month I want. I work with older generation and this takes forever Plz! Everything else is perfect
Rubbish app. Stopped working for no reason and cannot reconnect the scale
Will not give any feedback except for weight and BMI. Tried everything including deleting and re loading app. So makes it a bit useless
My scale and app worked fine. Untill the new update. It doesn't messure my bodyfat, water, bone mass, muscle nothing. Only my weight and BMI

I have had this scale for almost 2 years . . . love it so much, app worked fine and then suddenly stopped working around Jan 2019 . . . reported it several times and it seems bugs were fixed, but used the app only once since it has been fixed where it actually worked, back to square one . . . still doesn't work, keeps closing immediately with 'stopped working'! Needless to say I am not happy as I now own a very expensive scale which I cannot use for how it is intended, which is what I paid for!!
