BFC Currency Converter

The new app is much much better than the old one. I am now able to send money seamlessly which i was unable to do previously with the older version. Happy to see the developers are working and including new features such as bio metric. The UI and performance could have been much better though. Will wait for more UI enhancements and more faster performance.

The previous app better than this new app. The old one was more convenient and easier to use or less hassle. I supposedly want to send money today but when I tried to login suddenly stopped and it shown as downloading update. So I cannot proceed my transaction online. Hoping for your immediate action regarding this matter.

Very bad experince. My password not accepting . Then i reset, i got one time password. I login with one time password. But before i change the password its asking eKYC updation. So i upload my cpr bothside. After that application logout automatically. Then now i cant reset password showing account is verfication. What is this ? Kindly fix it. Its very difficult to use your application. Not user friendly. Sorry to say.

Very bad experience Each time you log in you need an otp That is very frustrating And above all that it keeps on updating and when in no activity logs out automatically and needs another otp to login again. Very bad Why they need a lot of otp's Even bank apps do not need otp at every log in. Please remove this It is very frustrating

After Updates they made everything complicated, after a month of providing all details and visited branch, still I'm not able to use it and saying verification in progress, they never reply to email or attend phone calls. Best way is to use another exchange company.

You want me to enter CPR no and password every time I want to login??? Can't you integrate the fingerprint or 4 digit numerical pin instead to login... Also it is very frustrating to wait for page to load... Too slow app. Web version is way better than this.

Very bad app time wasting. The earlier app was easy and quick. I tried so many times but it didn't work. Now I have no option other than to use other channels. Good bye BFC.

I'm registering and I filled up all the necessary info in step 2. When I clicked submit, nothing happed aside from two rotation of downloading icon. I uninstall and reinstall but still the problem persists. What seems to be the problem? What a very bad app. You deserve 1 star

Your new updated is broken, it's keep saying "Unfortunately the password entered is not strong." Even if I already used password generator 20 characters with capital, lower case, number and special character. Very frustrating..

Awful experience. OTP never comes for registration. I tried it 10 times in last one week, and also I have written an email to their customer service nobody bothered to respond. Uninstalling the app finally.

EDIT 7-11-20 After your recommendation i uninstalled the app and installed it again it worked ok but today again when i opened it says app needs to be updated when i update the app same story it won't let me using my bio metrics, what is this important update from bfc which is coming back again n again after every 5,6 days and makes it difficult to use the app i think its time to switch to other option as there app runs flawless and there rates are even better compared to BFC !

After installing the update, the app keeps on crashing and is not stable. I always have to start the app 4-5 times to get it running.

Before update it was working smoothly but after updating I can't to login every time warnings received that password invalid and if you repeat 3 times wrong password then your account will be blocked. Many time I change my password through Google bfc and login there smoothly but when I come on this app again show password not correct. What I do now. . . . . Please resolve these problems.

After trying the other remittance apps and bank apps, I now can say nothing beats BFC. NOTHING! No hassle, super fast, and when I made a mistake on a name, it was resolved the same time, no sweat. Unlike others that takes days even week to resolve a simple concern.

Terrible service, it's been 4th time sending money to Indonesia always with problem and long delayed. Last transfer on 19th November until today 22nd November still not receive the money try to call the customer service 6 times no agent answer, asked for call back they never call back. This Enough!

Previous one was better. This one is bogus. Asking for OTP which you don't even receive. Then it says 'your phone no. is invalid'. I was able to send money on the previous app without any hassle.

Useless app, it says OTP sent for registeration, but it's never received . Its not even registring then how it will work further. You should work on improving the app in current situation as many ppl prefer not to go in person for money transfer.

Useless app.... trying many time to enter cpr to begin the registration but some message pop up like error blah blah. Not usefull. I downloaded and uninstall and download again. Same issue.

This apps is so bad apps ever I had. It's not convenient anyway, I updated a week ago and I try to use again, but again the same issues you need to update again. Could u think team BFC It will helpful to your customer??? Poor apps.

Why does the application check for the update after every time the application is opened and why does it tries to download it, usually updates are hosted on Google play store rite? This is causing serious doubts about the security of the application.

Not great. Very buggy. Sometimes works often doesn't. Gets annoying having to try 3/4 times to get transactions through.

Very poor after updating this app.. cannot log in. First it says verify with OTP and then it says successfully logged in. But again they ask for OTP for verification whats this about...? Please look after this. Its really frustrating.

Its good service. I had one time issue for non receipt since last 6 months. Really beneficial service as per my experience. Thnx

Checking update every time, most of time app getting struct at middle of transactions at various stages and performance is too slow Other than above provided features are really good.

Good app for sending money/remittances. But why no option to pay bills and credit card debt? Makes this app less useful if there is just one option. Please look into this. Thanks.

Not at all happy. Unable to send money. Everytime I get message correspondent Beneficiary bank not available. If you check with BFC employee at any of the outlet, Everytime same answer - problem with the server.

For sending money it is as normal useful. But there is no option to pay the credit card and school fees in this app very poor!!!!!
