It does not refresh when you open the app. The steps does not go to 0 and therefore the steps taken is not correct. It also does not take the correct city for the weather update. It uses another city and does not default to the city you type in. You have ro change the city everytime. I cannot find 1 app that works correct with my Bfit phone. The other apps does not even connect to my watch. Really dissapointed.
This is the worst app ever. In fact, I don't know if it is the watch or the app. You can't even walk into the next room, without the thing losing Bluetooth connectivity. Sometimes, when you try and connect on the app, it doesn't work. Considering the price of the watch, I really expected more, but it is just garbage
Im so disgusted in the product, watch sport 2.0 and app, disconnect the whole time, telephone blue tooth works well..... Show a pulse rate of 168 bm - really!!!! Feel like i can go and give it back to the shop, expected that this is suppose to be an updated and upgraded version of the old products... 😖😖😖😖😖😖
Can't even connect device totally terrible went from bad app development to even worse was better when bfit used verryfit app at least even with data loss and no cloud back up it was beter than app totally refusing to connect will not recomend and i am totally disgusted in quality of software and hardware involved!!!!!! If i could give it 0 i would
1.The app could use a different face,things look scattered when you share 2.my maximum goal is 5km when i can and would like to go longer.. 3.no flipping duration time.how am i supposed to get motivated to push harder.. 4.Going back to my veryfit pro app
Can't even pair the devices it just doesn't connect with my phones Bluetooth and I've checked everything my phones Bluetooth is working fine and is compatible , just got the bfit a few hours ago. Move 3. 0
Watch bluetooth keeps turning off and disconnect on app. Then when i want to connect is does not find my watch. Remove app and install it again and still the same problem...... I have got the bfit sport 2.0....
1st version was doing well, ever since the updated version. My watch doesn't want to connect to this app, I might as well buy another watch not from this brand I'm disappointed.
Not accurate at all. It counts steps whilst you are sitting down, any hand gesture counts as a step. I end up with 98000 steps a day 🤔. You can't edit sleep hours but it calculates wrong hours. A lot needs to be fixed on this app and watch i would go get my money back if it were possible but they refuse.
Watch disconnects from app and then I strugle to get it connected again. The app does not save my data either. Sometimes when opening the app it does not respond. Just had to uninstall the app
When I install this app It messes up my lock screen. I can't answer WhatsApp calls without unlocking my phone and opening it manually. When I remove bfit game my phone works as expected. I even reset my phone to check and it does this the moment I install this app.
I struggle with receiving correct sleep data? My watch is fully charged before I go to bed, it has often not recorded any sleep or the sleep data is incorrect! Please help??
I've had the bfit 2.0 for a day and its counting a ridiculous amount of steps. Its counting even when I am asleep or sitting down and I've mailed to support to find out how to fix this and have received no response as yet. Someone please help.
At first the app worked just fine but now When bfit is installed my other apps gives me problems when i lock my screen when in another app and unlock it again the app goes away ..but when i uninstall bfit game my other apps work fine and they dont close at all when i lock and unlock my phone can you please fix the app .
Since the new software update my device keeps on disconnecting from my phone and then it is within the Bluetooth radius.. Struggling to get it connected again
Please can you explain the radius of the Bluetooth connectivity. I was charging my phone in the bedroom and when I left the room to the next, the Bluetooth disconnects .

Poor fhe device disconnects from my phone after an hour or 2, then I have to uninstall the app and re-install it to be able to connect.

I didn't have problems with this app until the update. Now my watch disconnects even when I'm within the Bluetooth range and it has trouble connecting. It also doesn't update the info displaying on my watch to the app. I have to unbind the device, restart my phone and connect again at least 3 times a day. This is absolutely ridiculous. Please fix it or release the old version again.
