I faced the same issues as others. Correctly entered all the required details but the app kept telling me verification failed. Several failed attempts. Hope the glitch is resolved before the effective date of the new system.

It won't let me log in even though all my credentials are correct. I have cross checked this from my laptop and that works but not on the phone. It just gets frozen. Weird and not helpful at all

Had a hard time signing up and i couldn't use it to activate my new debit card. Pending transactions are usually wrong and despite turning off text notifications, I still get a text every time I use my card. Convenient way to check my credit card balance though.

Registering a PIN online: failed to proceed past the birth-date screen, which I entered in the required format several times. This was after 30 minutes registering my new debit card on the phone, because that online process failed; the live person on the other end of the line was OK but repeatedly apologized for the app he had to use. This app reflects very badly on the Bank as a whole.

Cant get past the first screen in the enrollment process so app is absolutely useless. Complete waste of time.

Literally won't even let me log in. Just keeps loading and loading and loading...then nothing happens and I'm still at the login screen. Was this app designed as a high school class project?

this app cannot be used unless you have an US phone number to enter during the registration process. for credit union members living or retired abroad, not an ideal solution.

You can't proceed with the enrollment without an US Cell/Mobile Nr. So if you don't live in USA isn't helpful.

Does not work. Couldn't enroll and in addition phone service works great

Opens for a nanosecond then crashes

Useless, and why separate from BFSFCU app ????
