BFV-Team-App
The new BFV team app is here. With this app, the football teams in Bavaria can organize comfortable and fast. Simply request an invitation link (for trainers: via email to [email protected], for players: from the trainer) and you're ready to go.
It can be used on all official game dates and players who are also deposited in the SpielPLUS system. These are kept in sync permanently. So if a game is canceled, that will be passed on directly to the app.
In addition, the app synchronizes mission and presence statistics, task distribution, and competition information.
Information for trainers:
To start the app, it is important that the team is unlocked to use the app. This requires an email to [email protected] showing who is the coach (ie the name), which team is trained (name and age group) and with which mail address the trainer wants to use the app. If the information agrees with the information in the SpielPLUS, the trainer receives a link to the given e-mail address and can start using the app.
After the successful unlock, coaches must invite the players from the PlayPLUS system's play permissions list to use the app. Afterwards, coaches can view and manage all data and information about their players. You have a direct overview of player availability and tasks taken. The attendance and performance statistics of each team member are also visible at a glance.
Team Members / Players:
All the players reported in the SpielPLUS for the team will be shown in the app and can easily be invited via any of the "Share" apps installed on the phone (What'sApp, Mail, SMS, Skype, etc.). It can also be added to other players (outside the officially eligible players) and also other supervisors.
Events:
All game dates scheduled in the SpielPLUS are displayed in the app and automatically updated. In addition, however, individual appointments such as training times, team meetings or the final tour can be entered. All players have the ability to say off and on and synchronize with their personal calendars on their smartphones.
Tasks:
The coach can assign his players individual tasks per game that can be accepted or canceled by the players.
Competitions:
By linking to the SpielPLUS system, all competitions of the team are automatically displayed in the BFV team app. All information on leagues and games, tables and statistics can be requested at any time.
Statistics:
Training and performance statistics are displayed to each player and are visible to the coach for all players.
Chat:
The built-in messenger feature allows coaches and teammates to communicate in a secure environment.
