This app crashes more than it works. And now I just did the update and it wont work at all. Very frustrating.

This app gives the user all kinds of issues. There are times where it works great but other times, it wont do anything. When viewing the schedule, it cuts off on the end so you only see the first two or three numbers of the total hours for the week. You cant print anything, only half of the print screen shows up. The app itself takes a long time to load anything, which is a problem. Oh. Theres also the "youre not logged into sap" error, when you clearly are logged in.

So i started at fresh ( wonderful store by brookshieres ) and was told to download the app to check paystubs, schedules etc.... And i got the app to load once and it took forever. I used the bgcforme website and it's the same issue it doesn't load correctly nor can you navigate anything. So i just go and check everything on the computer at work which is also slow but it does allow me to check everything. But this app is complete garbage, so just check whatever you need before you leave work.

Glitchy. The app is incredibly slow and freezes constantly. I'm sure it would be helpful if it actually worked properly, but as of now it's just about unusable. Hopefully BGC fixes it.

Horrible! Can't log in, doesn't recognize user name. Can't recover info because app doesn't recognize email address. Can't create an account because this app wants an Employee ID #...I'm not "wholesome" or "Christian" looking enough to work for BGC. They shut the old app down before making sure this app actually works. Total waste of time.

I understand that the company is trying to embrace technology (which is good) but this app won't let me (nor most people who have reviewed it) log in. Not that it would automatically be better as the older version but the log in could be improved immensely.

It doesn't work. It doesn't recognize my sign in info, and when I try and create an account it requires an employee id #. I am a customer, not an employee. The old app worked great, but now that it's gone I'm back to using an actual sales paper. Bad business.

Old app worked great. This app will not recognize me. You locked down the old app so no way to get my points. It's called up date a app don't just come out with a whole new one in lock the old one down.

App does not work. It allows me to log in but all I get is a black screen or it freezes up.

Can't login. App does not recognize email. Can't reset login info due to app wanting an Employee ID. Very dissapointed.

The app won't allow me to access the schedule. Was working fine. It says the security certificate is expired.

Can't log in. I get notifications in two emails but app won't recognize either to get password help! Junk

I had to get a new phone and had to redownload the app....DOESN'T WORK!!!! Won't recognise my email, username....NOTHING!!!!! FIX IT OR GIVE US BACK THE OLD ONE!!!!

Yes I have the same problem never been able to use it because it will not allow me to log in won't let me recover doesn't recognize password our email

It stinks can't login at all. Bring back the old one. Don't like the new app, nothing 2as wrong with the old one anyway.

Sh***y app. I can login... Sometimes but then it just freezes and won't load. Same with the website.

The app doesn't work at all, freezes up my device. If I could give it a zero rating, I would.

Always freezes ...we should also be able to veiw our learns on our phones thru this app ..just wish it would run faster

For some reason on my phone I cant get the app to work i'll log in and then it says unable to connect.

Can't open . Opens and no data on screen. Trying to see schedule

HATE THIS APP!!!!!!!!!!!! Cannit log in! Will not recognize my info. Have been using old app with same info for YEARS!!!!! Get the old app back!!!!

OMG!!! Not one single time have i been able to access this app since i've installed it. HORRIBLE!!!!🤬

Takes a long time to load the main, and nothing will load when I tap on it.

Takes the screen a long time to come up . D ifficult to change screens

The new app lost all my account info. Needs a fix quickly.
