Can't recommend this at all as it will not connect- permanently things the camera is in offline mode. The tablet which came with the camera works fine so it's clearly an issue with how the app works on phones. This has happened on three different types of phone so far.
Won't connect to any devices apart from tablet it came with. No wifi connection, has to be constantly plugged in, otherwise doesn't work. Image quality is not great either.
Every 40 min.or so the screen recycles and comes back with a half inch of blue on top and on bottom. That's a whole inch off the screen. I emailed developer but they will not respond! . Fix and I'll up the stars
It doesn't work! Won't connect to my phone or the Wi-Fi. Such a shame as this monitor had the potential to do everything I needed it to, but unfortunately it will have to go back!
App works well on our Apple phones, easy setup. For some reason won't work on our android phones or tablets, that's why I've given it a 2.
waste of time!!! does not connect at all no matter what you try it just doesnt connect. giving it a one star is still to generous it doesn't deserve any recognition at all
on my old android it worked fine. but on my Samsung tab 9 it shows the camera wifi but never connects to it. it just attempts to connect endlessly
Useless app. Does not work. Defeats the whole purpose of buying a monitor with wifi capabilities. Wouldn't have bought this monitor if I knew the app didn't work
App doesn't link to camera, it's hard to manage. With Technolgy as advanced as it is how id this even possible.
got the camera and parent unit off of Amazon and together those are good. app tries to only connect directly and won't attempt wifi connect

Agree with other reviews, does not work on Android Oreo device, cannot connect to camera.

Excellent monitor. To connect other devices, you have to connect to the camera using the BMT prefix.

The camera is great and it can connect to my wife's iPhone through the app, but not to my android phone. Doesn't give me the chance to connect to it through WiFi and only tries to connect directly, which doesn't work. Very disappointed! 😔
Camera doesn't connect to phone so we can't use it outside the house.
Won't connect to the camera
Similar to other reviewers, the app cannot connect to the camera when running on my phone and the app crashes immediately when attempting from my tablet. However, I have an old phone from 3 upgrades ago that actually works. The app still pops up errors occasionally but restarts itself successfully. So more than a 1 star but don't attempt to install on any hardware that is relatively recent.
