Road users can purchase e-Vignettes for their light vehicles, trailers, trucks or even buses.
Depending on the user´s needs, validity period of e-Vignettes can be choosen. The following products are available:

o Week
o Month
The payment can be done with a variety of different debit, credit and fleet cards. The receipt will be sent via Email and can also downloaded as PDF file.

Totally useless! One star is 1 star too many for this app. I can't even get past page 1 of account creation because the app won't accept any password I enter! It might be a conflict of Latin characters (UK phone) and Cyrillic writing in Bulgaria. Who knows?!? But why force this on foreign tourists with a motorhome, if it doesn't work? This will discourage many more tourists from visiting Bulgaria - well done. Not!
This is the second time you're charging the vignette amount on my card but my actual confirmation does not come through! Application works like an old shoe, you need to refresh it 4 times in order to go passed the ,,invalid plate number '' part. Do not recommend , it s suppose to make your life easier and buy the vignette online but it s more of a hastle than staying in line at the boarder crossing to buy it fizically
Pathetic, always problems trough the payment process, no option for remainders for renewal. User interface is rediculouse, nowhere near to intuitive vision and behaviour. Very, very, poor and primitive app
The app is not recognising my plate number. I tried with both latin and cyrillic characters, but it is still showing "license plate number not recognised". If you are interested in the characters they are: СТ****РК. This is not an issue if I use the website web.bgtoll.bg.
All good, but please change the font. I have a good eyesight and high resolution phone and I can bearly see what is written. Think about the older people.
This app is a total joke. The service is a total joke. Don't use the mobile app. Use the web site instead. And better have a good internet connection (even 4g is not good enough?!?!). And don't call the support as this is the only thing they'll tell you.
Ordered a 30 day vignette. The application charged the money, but I've never received the vignette. I checked for the order online, however, the vignette still doesn't exist. DO NOT USE THIS APPLICATION, IT WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!
This app it's alright,easy steps to pay but I didn't received any email and can't download the vignette, get some network error,try on wifi and data mobile...only 2 stars from me for now
I payed for my vehicle, it took money from bank account, but didn't receive any email of Vignette payment confirmation, and checked my license plates on website, it says that my car don't have vignette, so i lost 7 euros and didnt get my vignette... Avoid this app highly!!!
terrible app... actually it doesn't work at all . u cant buy or check anything through it ...useless app don't waste your time and space installing it as u won't be able to do anything ...
When register account in App, nothing happens when all info is filled out ...it states 1 of 2 steps to register . Bulgarian Road agency should hire decent company to support the app.
This app is a fu**ing scam... They took my money but they didn't register my vignette and I didn't get anything on my email... Trash. Avoid it.
Useless, the app not recognise foreign plates, message is "wrong licence number".Maybie for Bulgarian licence plates works but for France is "error" all the time.
This app is useless! I am not able to pay and the app is loading with no result. Better use another way to buy a vignette.
You are better of using another method. The app is retarded - throwing random cryptic errors on payment with no explanation what they mean. In the end I used ePay.
It's not working. You pay and it appears like loading but you don't receive confirmation on email.
super buugy application. seach takes forever and eventually timesout. Couldn't even nake a purchase and had to use tge website.
There is no information about required symbols for password when creating new account. Very annoying.
It aks me to agree with the 'terms of use'. Where are they? Link only directs to the website. Same as the privacy policy.
Got charged, but the app failed to load and issue the vignette. I'll try again using the web app and ask for a refund.

App does not advance after entering card details although the money are taken. It does not show the purchase in the history
Ordered week vignette, money went out of my account but didn't receive the e-vignette on my email nor any kind of confirmation....
Like everybody else used the app to buy vignette - got charged but got no vignette, receipt or any confirmation, app bugged out and i got my money stolen ...
Excellent app. I bought the vignette easily and quick.
These guys are stupid, or thieves. I tried to buy for one week and one weekend, since I am staying only 8 days, but its impossible. Since the weekend is overlapping with the week, I have to buy another week for only one weekend day, Sunday!
Avoid the mobile app, card transaction successful and no vignettes issued!
Useless app, it's not even allowing me to register saying missing or invalid password regardless of what I put in there. When you are so incompetent that you can't even get a registering process right maybe you shouldn't be charging for vignettes. I hope you get defunded and end up begging on the streets.
