Unable to use this App. it show that either your id is wrong or not been registered for mobile banking. Kindly check and revert.
The best Mobile Banking application used till date. Everything under one roof, be it IMPS/NEFT/RTGS, Bill Payments as well as card related settings i.e. enabling and disabling the cards when not in use. The multi user functionality is also the added advantage in the new release. Since all banking related options are there in this app, it helps the customers to transact from the comfort of their home without the need to visit the bank.
I was using this app from last 9 months and it was working fantastic, I was recommending people to use it over other banking apps. But starting from last month ( June 2020) I am not able to open this app , it will be showing server error and even after cleaning cashe I can't open this app. So every time I have to uninstall and install the app with all the login details, and if I call to customer care they aren't connecting or calling back. I am getting very irritated and soon I will be moving
Initially app had problems and I gave it 1 rating. I see a huge huge improvement. App has the lot of capability to improve and be like one of the leading banking apps as Axis, Kotak Few Improvements 1. RD is shown as FD 2. Maturity date should be shown on listing page along with deposit no 3. UPI system integration Kudos for having your own app rather using third party app. I wish it gets better with time
I would say this is a one stop app, best in today's Covid-19 scenario. We can stay home safe and at the same time make all requisite payments, enable/disable our debit cards thus saving it from misuse, from the comfort of our home. Super easy, super best app... Just love the app
Since past many months I am getting error every time I try to open my Nexa app that something went wrong . I have uninstalled and reinstalled new latest version. Still i get this error. For few seconds there is a message that authenticating via Google safety net , after which I get the error that something went wrong. Unable to login and use the app since many months now. Please suggest how to resolve. I tried by re-installing the app again today........ This is sorted now . Thanks.
Convenient to use, easy to make imps and internal transfers quickly, smooth running app, also shows how much deposits you have and if you have taken any loan-outstanding balance. Good app guys!! Keep more upgrading!!
Pathetic service. Even with my high speed Wifi net, It takes a lot of time to open. And then it takes a lot of time to process and all. Too slow. Instead, it would've been better if Bharat had UPI service too. Or fix this
Firstly I found the app superb. Later on it starting giving trouble like taking so long time to open just a app. Just a white screen appears and later nothing is show. Seems really troublesome.Worst experience!!!
I won't able to use that apps since update. I got this error "Google is unable to trust that you device or the software running on it is android compatible". Please resolve my issue as soon as fast. Still not resolved my issue. Request you i totally depend on nexa because of lost my debit card last month.now i am handicapped.
Nexa mobile app is very neatly developed and much secured app. I have used this app and i would highly recommend it, it is very simple and convenient to use as it very user friendly, easy to transfer money, pay bills and other services. I appreciate the efforts of the developers for designing and developing this app.....
It's a good user friendly APP. Had some issues with it like getting a blank screen but the same has been rectified by the technical team. It's working fine now.
I am Happy to know that Bharat Bank is Active on UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm etc). Customer Support is excellent. Performance of the app is commendable. IMPS money transfer will be done within an eye blink. All of my transactions on Nexa were successfull till date. Lot of other services are also available on NeXa . My Favourite is 'Touch ID' access which can be enabled in NEXA app settings option. We can just login with our fingerprint (Mobiles with fingerprint sensor only) instead of Mpin.
Not authenticate app to use for any kind of your mobile banking. I have tried to sign up with this app but every time it says that my mobile no,Pan no and customer id.no is invalid and not correct.Despite I am using every thing correctly.Now imagine it,whose fault it is anyway . Secondly everytime you click on the app button to get into,it is taking almost 15-20 seconds to start.This show how the poor technology is being used to make any banking apps. Not upgraded app.Thumbs down.
There is only mobile recharge option not any other..like dish charging etc.. But all over good.
Best banking app to manage multiple accounts. All in one app with a simple user friendly interface. It's easy and fast as compared to other bank apps.
I'm unable to use this Nexa app for tranfer or recharge . Kindly let me know it was too easy through ICICI account
Bank servers are down every night what if we want to do an urgent payment. I have faced this issue many times.

Terribly bad app. Every time you update old data is lost. Need to re-enter all details again. This time even the app widget disappeared. Unless all these bugs are fixed makes no sense in using the app.
Hey there, I had an issue with my login which was solved by my home branch, thank you for solving it as soon as possible. Recently I recieved a call from bharat bank customer care when they saw my negative review on PlayStore and I was shocked. It's good to see when bank's customer provides us with good service and help. Keep working like this. Also i liked the way these people called me personally and asked whether my issue is solved or not. All the best. Keep working like this.
At the beginning i found some connectivity issue in app, nexa used to show blank screen or server error. But from last week I have not got a single issue while using the app. Good job team

The app is ok but one problem is I can't find any QR code scanner option.
since from months we are facing the issue of payment of bills plz kindly fix it as soon as possible as it is causing great inconvenience to us
App still on installation says failed to make secure connection to the server. White screen is displayed. Nothing beyond. Earlier also same issue. Now bank says app works only for Android beyond 5.0 version. In their reply they say issue resolved where is the issue resolved??
Superrr. Very easy to use. Fund transfer are quick. OTP is FAST n auto read by Nexa. Love the EPASSBOOK view. Gives details of CHEQUE issued n deposited by me since 2014. Card DISABLE option keeps me SAFE. can order chq book & register for statement thru mail service. Shows my FD n Loans. Alerts me on my phone n utility BILLs n allows payments. I can TRF money to CONTACTS having a/c in Bharat Bank by just tapping the contact. No need to visit branch. Can add notes against txns. TOP CLASS APP
Best banking application ever, easy to use for everyone but their is one problem after payment the share confirmation option is not working always showing formate not supported.plz solve it as soon as you can.
