frustrating experience, can't even login to app right now. [08.04.22] Now I am able to login, but surprised why it was bot working earlier. Tried many times with different numbers and also with reinstall, but none was successful. Looks like some glitch in the bpcl system in tha back, because their website was also not working properly. Atleast they should deploy new versions or fixes over late night. Hope they will do better next time. Updating rating as well.

What a worst app. Every time I recharged with this app it shows error even that my credit card has sufficient balance. But this app every time shows error. If by luck rechage has done but their system is too slow it takes 5 days atleast to come into my account. Their previous app was much better then this new one. I don't want to use this app but I don't have alternative.

The idea of this app to save time but unfortunately this is not at all serving that purpose. QR code scanners not working at the fuel stations and they are forced to enter code and phone numbers which is increasing the time for the total pricess. Using phonepay or gpay directly will save a lot of time.

You need to make it more user friendly as your customers are from multiple background some are educated or some are little bit. So please think according and improve the service of this app. Aslo please include if someone want to change their address/address details. Obviously there should be verification process in place while confirming this details. Looking best result...

Paying through UPI is a problem because it requires you to switch to the UPI app like gpay for example and when we switchback to the Hello BPCL app it asks for sign in pin and the transaction doesn't complete while the amount gets debited from your account. There is no record created or transaction failure message either and I had to call the BPCL customer care to explainy problem and get a refund.

All other payment methods fail while booking (tried multiple times by changing the modes). Only Cash On Delivery works. Still giving 2 stars, at least it lets you book online.

Walllet doesn't hv Google pay. The app doesn't show the actual cost that was paid when the cylinder was delivered. The rate charged is of the day when the cylinder is delivered n not when the booking is done. Also someone fraudulently books the cylinder in my name and then it is shown as cash on delivery.

It's is good app and user friendly. Charging convenience fee is ridiculous. We have to pay exorbitant rate for gas also payment gateway charges. After all these things we have to pay again 30-40 for delivering the cylinder in home. It's a organised looting by the way from common people.

Lots of time coming for update this application. Payment options always stuck. This is something exceptional issue now. After click on new booking refill I choose UPI payment option. Payment also deducted from my account but on this app it's not showing and not even cylinder booked. Horrible experience. *Cylinder is basic need so please fix the issues as soon as possible.

This app is good but in app there should be an option also to provide for booking cancellation because I do not booked any refill but delivery man come to my home with refill cylinder and @take the delivery, . Where I am doesn't know about booking of refill because I didn't booked but cash memo is shown in my name. I don't know who booked refill on my behalf and it's shown delivered to me in app but i refuse to take the delivery from delivery man due to i have no emty cylinder.

This app only do some basics. The booking status should give latest status. Just scheduled is not a status. If billed, should show billed. Delivery date and time should also be specified. Shame on BPCL, a company with billions cannot make a proper app. Improve yourself. Even after 2 years no improvement

My booking for refill was rejected and money re credited to my account. But the problem is I have not given any information about this. When I contacted the agency, then only I knew what really happened. I think this is not fair.

It does not save credit card information si need to type everything each time I book. The 'Book Now' option should be on the home page like it was earlier. Basics missing. Otherwise OK.

Quick and easy! Apart from 'Payment History' available in the app, it must also have 'Booking History' and 'Billing History'.

Use this only to book refill and it's very easy, just 2 clicks and booking done. But to disable the auto refill booking, we need to visit BP website. App should have this option too.

Even without delivering the cylinder, our distributor mark it as delivered. Every time the same thing is repeated. No use booking through the app. OUR DISTRIBUTOR NEVER DELIVERS ON TIME. WE REPEATEDLY CALL THEM AND REMIND FOR THE SAME. EVEN AFTER BOOKING IF WE HAVE TO REMIND THEM ON A PHONE CALL, WHATS THE USE OF THIS APP KB BHARATGAS, RATU ROAD IS A USELESS DISTRIBUTOR

I have always been using online orders and payments now from last two bookings the gas shows delivered but is not getting delivered and then there is another order on cash and is delivered to me. That means there is a false order made on my name and it's sold in black that is what I understand and this way is not good. I am going to take legal action against this

3rd class app and 3rd class service. there are no where to compain about branch. booked 2 month ago but still not delivered after that 2nd booking done a week ago but still same result even i have paid already. I am unable to find where to complain about. This company is just grabbed my hard earned money.
