Don't use this app, They deducted my money saying it was credited by mistake but it was never credited to my account. They deducted my money. Their customer care is the worst in the world. It's not easy to connect them. Hardly they will pick up the call. Would have given negative rating if it was possible.
I have been using the app for quite sometime. For the previous version, I would have given 5 stars, but for this version it's just one. The interface is so difficult to understand. I just can't find where are the payments made to me and whether they have been transferred to my bank. This should be there on the home page itself! The app is quite slow too. On every page it says - please wait. Disappointed with this version.
Worst experience. First of all there will be always technical issues and will get the payments late. Now they have blocked me from getting the amount collected transferred to my bank account. Chat service is worst but I managed to get connected and I was informed that there is an access credit of 60. Surprisingly I got an WhatsApp message stating Bharat pay has transferred 1000 to my account by mistake hence they have block me from transferring the amount. Don't try to cheat people !!
even 1 star is also waste for new version...i would give 10 stars for old version..in new version everything has been changed ...no OTP while withdrawn...not able to check the swipe balance ....not able to transfer swipe money even for charges 😞..it was mentioned that after all the qr money withdrawn we can then withdraw swipe money .then y need of having a investment account 😤..I don't know what happened with Bharath pe but plz we want the older version
Well i found the app very interesting. But eventually app is creating trouble. Sometimes it doesn't show transaction, sometimes it ask verification again and again. It's very suspicious to put money here . Rest the app is wonderful.even i am getting interest but i don't wanna risk heavy transaction.
Useless support system. The transaction showing in their swipe machines do show it in app. And thier support team helpless with that. So there is no value for our money. Not trustworthy for your payment. I do have many outlets and I am discountinuing their service. Waste of time and money.
I have been using the app for quite sometime. The new interface is so difficult to understand. I just can't find where are the payments received to me and when i transferred to bank it difficult to take record of transaction like previous previously there was good interface systematic pages for everthing in detail . Disappointed with this version. do needfull
Previous version is better than the current update. It's not showing interest amount and investment amount separately. Lots of Confusion, showing error, not display in one window, etc. Requesting please update the app like older version.
During beginning I got normal message for every transaction. Now I am not getting normal message for transaction. If we want to know the transaction amount (received from someone) then we need to switch on the mobile data (net connection) then we will get the amount credit message via whatsapp. If I am not having data for using net then I cannot get message for transaction. This may lead to misunderstanding with customers those who are sending the payment via Bharat pe
Very PATHETIC Application Everytime when you do live chat, you will get same automated response whatever may your concerns be and the actual issue is never addressed through app. Even on phone, the customer care person will always give you false assurance and the issue doesn't gets resolved. If you raise an issue, it is not taken seriously, you will get a call from support team just for formality and your issues will never be resolved. It is a VERY BAD application. NEVER go for it.
It is the worst app i have ever used before 1) App is too much slow 2) Too many bugs 3)It takes too much time to reflect in the apl when customer pays..in emergency time it takes too much time ..so donot go with bharatpe 4) app shows only network error most of thetimes. We donot want such type of service from bharatpe. Its nothing but only Waste of time.
The new interface is very disappointing. Delay in notification cause troubles. In the old version,the payments are notified through sms but now it is available only on whatsapp payment notification. At my shop ,my other partner is not on whatsapp so he is unable to receive payme nt notification.Which sometime cause problems.
One thing I was awaiting about the soundbox speaker, and here it comes. But there is a problem for making a order. My application still looks older version even after updating application from play store, and I am unable to make order speaker as it only showed in new applications, Please allow old application holders to order speaker or kindly update my application to new version.
Newest update ruins it all. Previous version is lot more easy, efficient. there are lots of bugs in new version especially in loan and qr section. Also service is down sometimes which result in payments not receiving on qr. Please bring back old version. Loan EDI deducted regularly but not getting updated in app so system keeps calling me although i paid edi.. please look into it bharatpe. Thank you
It's been more than two months I am complaining about swipit machine & there is not cleared my issues yet. I have open issue tickets many times & without solving problems they keep close tickets. I have send video of the issues facing as per they ask to send on their link, but still these people are not cleared my issue, even it's a simple issue of network of the sim they inserted.. It's very very bad of you guys not clearing customers issue. Even I stopped transactions they don't care!!
The new version of the app is pathetic...old version was ok...interface is ok but it is so buggy and crashes a lot...always shows some sort of an error...for a financial institution to have this kind of an app is unacceptable...not able to withdraw funds during urgent needs due to this faulty app...
I have using it from last 2 years. My experience with this app was good in starting but from last two months when I trying to bill payment and after entre account details and number it shows blank screen. I have mailed and call to customer care many times but no response. They told that our team will be work on it and team is working from two months and issue is not solved till now.
Day by days getting worse experience from this app. Transactions are happening properly but bharat pe account is not showing the credited amount even after 2 days !! Unable to withdraw money, but payments history showing money received successfully.Raised ticket but its showing now resolved even my money is not showing in bharat pe account. Kindly check this issue,its really headache now to receive money through the app. Expecting kind and sincere cooperation. Please respond.
Initially the machine n app works perfect. After some period, ull start facing problems like, app showing amounts in free more than 1 time (which happened with me & I didn't take a screenshot so I don't have a proof of that) but apart from the 1st amount rest all were charged falsely. Now since 3 days I am getting on Rs. 6/- in free withdrawal, where as the total is above Rs. 4,000/- I have mailed them yesterday n day before as well, no response from the team. Suggestion, don't opt for BharatPe.
One of the nice app for easy business transaction, but the issue is card section it's always problem. Edit (28-05-2022) customer service aswell the mail provided is totally useless never got my reply back... seriously atleast try to help the users a bit🙄🙄 I'm leaving this app permanently. THANK YOU for making my mood really worst. I told you they never responding so stop saying mail us when u never reply.STOP IT I'm already tired of it
This is a worst app I ever seen in my life they say that there will be no charges for swiping credit or debit cards but in reality they are charging instantly. For 95k I got charged 1401, 40k its 590, and for 10 k its 147. Sales agent is not responding, Customer service will raise a ticket and it closes with no resolution. Daily I am wasting my time by calling n chatting with this support people still the issue continues. I lost a huge amount of money till now.
There is some problem with your electricity bill payment thing...it never allows to pay, always there is message that the 'biller does allow to pay after due date'. Although i am avle to pay through other apps easily.
Before app was too friendly and too good!!! Now niether they have sent an update so that I can update!! All my money is getting struck in investment account and am unable to withdraw money from that using OTP!!!! Fed up speaking to customer care fellow guys!! What can they do when the app developer itself are not worried to lose customer's!! I'll give 2 days time to revert if else I'll jump to Paytm!!!
I liked it, but from past 2,3 months it's changed alot. Lot of server issues, Transactions missing, we doesn't maintain screenshot of every customer who paid, we have to loose whole amount when this people have server issues, if we ask for these missing transaction we have to give all the details even they doesn't have in their servers. Employees checking loan eligibility with out permission leads to CIBIL score damage, if we ask customercare no proper response or nouse. App is not same for all
Previous version was good this version is not so good difficult to understand and from the date i updated this version I'm facing problem in receiving payment getting notification also very late about payments and i ordered swipe machine it's not working from almost 10,12 days but no response at all from customer support very bad experience from customer support, this app is becoming worst day by day before it was good now there is occurring very much difficulties in Every mode.
Everything is good but irritating point is app response. It is very slow when trying to go in any menu, takes too much time. Maximum time getting errors messages while going to banking page.
Companies always try to upgrade their features & services but Bharat pay do the opposite they always degrade their features & services. Previously i updated the app , after upgrading I was getting my payments instantly ,also charges for widrawal was approx. 1% that was a good move / feature but now they changed there service they are charging 1.75 + gst that comes more than 2 % also we get our payments on the next working day.
