I love this app! Makes life easy some days not having to drive to deposit. Easy to navigate and use. I have a business account with other banks which allows me to transfer funds.

The app is easy to use. I do wish I was able to turn my debit card on and off.

This app constantly errors and fails to sync. I'm always having to log in and go through the extra verification process. Multiple times in a row. Fails to load. Fails to sync. Its nice when it works. Seems that isn't often, though.

Edit: I am changing my rating from one star to 5. it turns out the issue I was having with this app was actually my old phone. Also BCCU contacted me one day after my one star review and tried to help me. *Is anyone going to fix this app soon. It worked great for a long time but now it keeps saying there's authenticity issues and often makes me resign in several times before I can actually use the app. I really hope BCCU is working on a resolution! this is very time consuming.

One of the most archaic mobile banking apps out here. Its clunky, lacks a single sign on if you have multiple accounts, difficult to transfer between accounts and when the bank refreshes the app it resets everything. You also have to have permission from the bank to deposit, yes deposit, into your own account and they limit the daily deposits via the mobile app to such a ridiculously low amount it is prohibitive to business owners.

Super easy to use. I love that I can see everything from my dashboard. My only issue is Pending charges don't reflect that the amount has been subtracted from balance. I would prefer it showed just like a regular charge

I've only banked with BHCCU for the past 40 years so can't compare with other banks but I can't imagine there being a better banking app than what BHCCU offers. I totally love it! All my banking needs at my fingertips. I pay bills, transfer monies and know my balances at a glance. You can't go wrong.

After moving 40 miles away this awesome app has allowed me to remain a loyal BHCCU customer, my only regret is not installing it a long time ago, once you start using it you will no longer have any need to drive to the brick and mortar locations except maybe to deposit or withdraw cash otherwise this does everything else and it's extremely easy to navigate and use.

This app works quite well and I've only had a problem with it once when for some reason my phone did not automatically update it. I fixed it by changing my phone setting after manually updating the app. No problem since!

The credit card management function is...not good. First it was a tiny version of the desktop website that you had to zoom in on. Now it's a giant blown up version of the same site that you can't zoom out on. Zoomed versions of desktop sites don't work!

I love being able to move things around within our account. I have various saving line items for vacation, emergency fund and others. As income comes in, I transfer where an amount is supposed to go. Then when I need to write a check, I transfer the correct amount to checking. The savings, hopefully will accrue interest until the money needs to be used for an expenditure.

It doesn't seem to be updating with my most recent transactions which has caused overdraws to happen because I had trusted what the app was telling me was my balance and found out later on that it did not have accurate information but before these two incidences and the current incident where it is not tracking my most recent transaction.

Other versions were easier. Also can't see name of account therefore difficult to figure which account is which. Hate that transactions for each account are lumped into 1 list.

I love this app! It is user friendly and customizable. I also love that we don't have to enter our user name and password each time. It is very easy to switch between accounts. Love the upgrade.

I like it the way it is. Don't change anything.

Sometimes you have to take picture of your check a couple times before it's accepted...if it takes long for system to "transmit" it. It has improved this...

I cant remember the last time I stepped into my banking institute. I love the convienence of online banking. From bill pay, transferring funds to depositing checks. Thank you, Blackhawk Community Credit Union, for making life a little easier.

App and online banking are useless if you prefer to use the online info instead of keeping a written ledger like its the 1980's. Bill pay and check transactions are not reflected on the account balance until days after they clear. Ive been charged hundreds in overdraft fees because the app/online is not up to date, and my balance was wrong. When I protested this I was told to keep a written ledger. Garbage service. Abusive fee policies. Go somewhere else if you like to keep your money.

Very frequent sync issues and poor user interface. Difficult to distinguish one account from another when transferring between separate accounts.

I love banking with BHCCU, they are a no b.s. place to keep your money. Always used to call for balances and what not but once I got the app, I realized I should of got it a long time ago! Very convenient!

Very good. Fast easy-to-use, and in constant refresh. So you can see transactions happening in real time.

Fantastic App. Has everything i need including remote check deposit. Very easy to use and very intuitive.

Loving this app.. can transfer from one account to the other. Check on transactions regularly. And pay my bills all in spot.

this app sucks keeps has my sign in 3 times to verify then put in pin?? then deletes one of my accounts.nothing but problems!?? talked on phone to fix 5 times but it all happens all over again.

Usually works just fine but then every now and again it decides that it's not going to work and I'll lock me out if my account, has happened multiple times.

Makes banking with BHCCU so easy. And especially during times like these with a pandemic, you dont have to leave your house or have any contact with anyone.
