BHCCU Mobile Banking

1/13/18 - The check deposit is broken. After taking a picture of the front and then taking a picture of the back, the front resets itself and all you're left with is the back. Retaking the picture of the front resets the back image. It's a never-ending battle that isn't going to be won. Phone, for reference, is an LG V20

I love this app. Use it all the time.

I specifically asked if I could do mobile deposits by taking a photo before opening an account. I don't see an option for it. This is disappointing.

It is very slow! Not user friendly. Rather use it online!

I can't see my credit card or car loan. This should be basic banking app functionality in 2016

Cant access my credit card so I have to go to the website either way.

I use Blackhawk Community Credit Union for all my business and personal banking!

That's the best I can say. The app is insanely clunky. When we have free app design templates from Google's, this should really be better. I'll use it because it's the only option.

Much better than using the website, especially on a mobile platform. Though other mobile banking apps are light years ahead, like Summit credit union for example. You can do a quick "peek" at your balance which is really convenient.

The photo and ads say that you can deposit checks with the app, but that feature isn't available for my device.

It's a useful and intuitive app. They were only lacking deposit by mobile and they have that now, so it's perfect.

Good. I would say great but it doesn't have a way to access my CC. Have to access my acct from my PC.

I was just thinking about how much easier it would be for me. Being less able to function than I used to be. But after being told that I could make deposits but no place to do so.

How do you deposit a check from this app? I can't figure it out yet people say you can? Otherwise I love this app. So much better than calling to check your account.

Been excited for the deposit a check feature, but app doesn't allow focusing, and I can't get a clear picture of the check in order to deposit it....I LOVE IT. PIC FOCUSES WHEN YOU SNAP THE PIC. IT WORKS PERFECTLY! !!!

Why do you need access to my contacts?

This app desperately needs another update. It was nice before and I could view my accounts. Since the transfer to new credit card providers, I can no longer view that account and have no idea what it is. I live my life on the go and it makes it very difficult to keep checking on a computer I'm never at. It needs 2 things. 1. Ability to view ALL accounts with totals. 2. Transaction/transfer history. Paying of the credit card take 24 hours to complete and knowing when that time is up is a must.

This is my bank I have had this bank since 2012. I'm getting mad because it won't let me in at all for the log in page. Please help

Still no way to view credit card balances on the mobile app. A definite step backward.

Like the new app, would prefer smaller text like the old app on the account pages and to be able to see credit cards again

Unable to see additional savings account and credit card information. Please add these capabilities.

This does what I want it to do and is a lot better than having to deal with the website on my phone.

Made easy as pie but can't transfer to out of state accounts.
