Everything listed is either pending or contingent and the listings are never consistent. I can pull a search and get 45 house then do the exact same search a minute later and get 90. It's not reliable and it's very frustrating for someone looking to buy their first home. Also, when houses go into pending or contingent status, they should be removed from the listing. It's like showing a child candy and then eating it in front of them. My realtor is AWESOME though!
I created an account to save properties. I log in successfully, but it kicks me to create account when I try to favorite a property.
This app doesn't actually work. It doesn't pull any homes to see even though I KNOW homes are there and available. You can see them on the website and on other sites. I was really hoping for a better experience than Trulia or Zillow but this is by far the worst of 3. Atleast the other two will show me homes even if the listings aren't up to date.
Slow to no load, then redirects to areas I am not interested in.
This site is extremely useful and easy to navigate!!
(See update below.) Couldn't find listings in my local zip code that I knew existed. I'm an agent, and have screenshots. Devs, let me know if you want more info. UPDATE: Devs reached out quickly, and the issue was addressed. Works as advertised!
It ALWAYS states to adjust your criteria as NOTHING available. As All other apps. Have a plethora of new homes to choose from....ESPECIALLY when willing to go as far as Springhill! I checked in RUSKIN just to see? It still came up w %0!

A lot fewer search options than the website. As is, it's no better than the other real estate apps. Save the memory on your phone and just visit the bhg site instead.
Easy to navigate and easy to use
Not enough properties. Compared to other apps. Viewing the same area comparatively, there were no properties on this app, where other apps had at least 10-15 in the same city.
Is a little buggy, sometimes have to reset the app to show all the houses in my search criteria. Wish it had ways to exclude or include certain things like two story or master bedroom on the main.
the app has been great , until last week i can no longer access my saved homes .this is highly frustrateing since i am actively trying to buy a home!.... the problem has been fixed thank you so much

It just keeps searching, and registers nothing in Michigan. This app has an extrodinary amount of work to be done to it. You shouldn't have released it.
it's a solid app. works well. but I can't find a way to link my list with my wife, or with the agent I'm already working with. a comment feature per house too.
It's good if it can find the zip code, or address or even the MLS#, but ALL too often it CAN'T find what you are looking for.
when I opened it it says, "unfortunately, we do not have brokages in the area you are searching in." However, app does not allow you to change area.
The problem i have with this app. Is? It won't stop the searching mode. I had to rate this app. 2 stars. Hopefully it can get fixed so I can use yalls app.
I've been house hunting over 3&1/2 years. this ap has served me greatly in my search. Invitory has been the one and only obstical. this app is great!❤️😇
Will not pull up homes even with no filters. I have been using it for a while now. It worked well when I first installed it.
Very user friendly. wish the property taxes would show. Would be helpful, on the manufactured homes if the lot rents showed too.
MArginal at best. Keyword function doesn't work. (It says there are no homes in Pensacola FL with a pool.) Nor doesmit directly inteface with the listings sent byna realtor from BHG. Younare better ocf to use Trulia to seach.
It won't pull up any of the listings. When I search online, several hundred listings come up.
It is so easy to search. I like email notifications of how saved search are going.
Great communications and made time to show properties without a lot of notice.
Downloaded the app but a search never yields any results. Continuous searching.
Not enough inventory on file worth searching for unless it's cities with a population over a million.
Love the homes that I see. I also see my old age living in one. Gardening,cookouts,family,friends in enjoying life the way life should be. I love it. Janette
This app would have been okay 5 years ago but for today it is subpar. Missing many features from no dark mode for the midnight searching to clunky animations when you click at homes to few 3d views that them selves range from videos to odd apps. It seems like the creators haven't seen another real estate app in 3 years.
