Calls for update, but none available. I downloaded the app and ceeated an account. It was at that point that a message popped up ststaing that an update was needed. When I click "ok", the app simply closes. I downloaded the app from Google play store, and there is no update available for download. The app won't proceed past this message. I'm going to uninstall and reinstall and see if this clears up.
I like the simplicity of looking up any property or area. The ability to refine searches is great too. I'm not, however, a fan of the way the pictures are displayed. It's hard to zoom and often (way too often) I'm booted back and have to start from the beginning again. That is very frustrating.
Not very user friendly. if i look at a house snd click the back button to look at all results it goes back to the top and i have to scroll all the way down to where i was at. Would like the option to view by Map instead of typing in a city.
Really love the app. I think the listings need to be updated more often and gone through for any and all errors just to be sure of the information put out to prospective customers. Otherwise the app works great and is easy to use.
Search features are very limited. Needs to catch up with all the other realtor apps that let you modify your search to what you're looking for. I should be able to select want a pool e.t.c and narrow down the search to actually find what I want.
Not sure what I am doing wrong. The app is so complicated to use. I feel like it is forcing me to insert my phone info. I can't seem to save anything without it signing me out. There are too many overwhelming save buttons. You can tell that they've been trying to change things but it seems that they have made it worse. I don't know how much I could take. I'm a little disappointed and frustrated. I may just uninstall. Also, now that I am reading rvws, the 5 star reviews don't seem real. Fix it.😑
the app keeps shutting down on me idk if it's just my phone but I have to go in at least once a week clear the data on it and go back in. it use to work perfectly. but other than that the app is great.
I love this app and my realtor that's working hard for me to find the perfect home! Sarah is the BEST at answering any random question I have about buying/selling a home. She makes this process extremely easy and I know im in good hands with her and Berkshire Hathaway. The app shows me what houses are available... as close as the neighborhood I live in- to all parts of South Carolina. Sarah is very knowledgeable in real estate and the app is an amazing tool to finding my home sweet home!
It is nice to see what houses are available and the information about them. However anytime you want to save a house the app closes. It is very disappointing since this is supposed to help me share houses I am interested in.
The website is awful and the app is not much better. The map doesn't allow you to properly search by drawn area or multiple school districts/counties. Hire someone to update your tools and you would get many more sales. Options now are back to using kw, redfin, zillow and re/max
The app is great for seeing local MLS listing. It just has minor glitches when scrolling through the listings, you lose your place.
well this app tells a well good description of the property and home unlike some other apps and websites that share the same lifting this app actually tells a lot more good till and the actual things that featured with the home and the other websites actually left underground pool out of their descriptions when this app and website show the same property with an underground pool in-ground pool which I thought was pretty awesome and actually might make the purchase now just because of that extra
App keeps crashing when trying to save my searches or pull up previous saved searches from the desktop site. Difficult to draw a region and have the search updated.
App needs maintenance. It's good to look up a place if u know the address. I'm still having a hard time figuring out how to search with it. And the login... when I go to save a property it tells me to sign out
It does well searching and seems to find about everything on the MLS, but you have to keep refreshing and if the area is to big it won't search which is why is has less stars.
The photos for the homes take forever to load, the filters are a little awkward, it's takes a while to filter your search.
I think the app is useful and the clients always in the beginning say they have problems starting to navigate it but then they seem to get it.
Needs better mapping integration. Difficult altitudes, jurisdiction boundries, and no overlays. Its handy.
So far helpful and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Information is almost always completely correct. Better than most of the other apps I've used for the same purpose. Thanks for a great app app keep up the good work 👌
The older site was easier to navigate. the initial page comes up and you have to click to get to the page you want instead of being directed right to the search page.
This app proved to be the single most helpful resource for us coming to the area from out of state to buy our house. Mike Le Van truly assisted us even with our eventually choosing another realty. We really liked it's convenience and the accuracy of the house information.
This app is never kept up to date. every time we called about a house it was already sold/rented but showed on their app for weeks. also, these people are only helpful if you're buying a house. good luck if you're trying to rent because these people are nonexistent.
a good sight, easy to use. I see properties when I'm driving around that are not on the sight though.
Needs more options in price ranges. You should be able to pick clusters of neighborhoods instead of just one. Could also be helpful to be able to turn on suggestions if you're not savvy, such as if a property were listed for a certain number of days, BHHS could suggest a ballpark number to make a reasonable offer or point you to other options within your budget. The app also sometimes freezes and takes you back to the first page of search results.
