BHIM Bandhan UPI

It is a great app. Fantastic working. Two deferent bank allow in same app. Only one problem that QR code not showing directly.

Worst ever service and user interface it takes 20 minutes to load up details and further end up with try again and so on

Bad experience. My All upi transactions failed several times.Customer care also not rectified the fault And not listening me .After several attempts they have registered my complaint 3 days ago but did nothing even not contacted me.

Very poorly built. Have been trying to start it for an hour, but it just fails on the first screen of number verification. Tye page keeps loading and wasnt able to send a single verification sms (all permissiins have been given). Seems like the message service is broken. I understand that this bank was mainly built for the rural people, but they dont seem to care at all about the modern city users. Yes i mean it, their netbanking interface is that poor compared to other banking apps.

When I'm trying to connect my Bandhan account to this app, it gives me an error saying "Account linked with multiple names". What is the meaning of this? Even if I have multiple names linked with the same account, none of them can access this feature? I am unable to create UPI on my own Bandhan account. Ridiculous! Trying to contact the app developer through the developer email results in mail delivery failure. Pathetic!

An absolutely useless application. I have two accounts mapped to the same phone no. None of the accounts care fetched. It went on saying "something went wrong". U can't de register also. Not vlear why such half baked application waxs releases without basic testing

During sim verification the app sends sms from the wrong sim ,even if i select the right sim registered with bank Edited after 6 days. I switched the sim manualy and i was able to register but found more problems later. Googlepay , bhim , phonepay cannot detect my vpa says invalid upi id what a non sense. FAQs are wrong Can i link more then one account with a single vpa? It says yes which is not. I cannot set a default account

Since the account opening there hasn't been any instance where in due course I haven't been inconvenienced or I haven't faced reckless service or system incapability. Don't expect such outdated flawed system at a modern age Newly formed Pvt bank. Moreover showing no Sim active. Very Sad state of affairs in your Bank and worst systems inplace even when compared with 3rd world countries.

Non banking app non professional app very bad

Too much payment failures, Sometimes can't identify own bandhan bank accounts. I am Bandhan bank customer but still facing so many issues. Money will get debited either the transaction is going to successful or failed. App support team do not care of your query and complaints. I have 2 pending complaints from last 2 months. No update. I am forced to use 3rd party upi apps.

Worst bank app I have ever come across. It gets stuck at first page only. Not able to access it after updating also.

Worst UPI app I've ever seen. Not recognizing mobile number, says InvalidMobileNo. And the worst part of this bank's UPI is it's not only worst by itself but also blocking other UPI Apps from sending or receiving money form it's account... and don't know who are there in the customer support section, illiteracy at it's best

Very poor transaction failure still deduct money from account too much hassle.

Every time, when I try to register after accepting terms and conditions it shows device binding failed. It happens more than 7 time. I cant register in this app.

Third class app. I am unable to generate my VPA using the Bandhan Bank BHIM app

Installed but not using it as there is no way I can share the transaction details with anyone-no screenshots possible, no copying of the long transaction ID etc. allowed. How is anyone supposed to use this app with these restrictions. Please introduce sharing of transactions on whatsapp etc. Many people would have uninstalled because of this-I also will have to soon.

Customer Care says those who do not have an account with Bandhan Bank will not get this service. Calling time today (19.04.2022) 10:49 P.M. Then why this kind of harassment is being done. But my UPI ID was created, I called for a problem and I got such feedback.

The app does not work. I haven't been able to get past the sim card selection page. The sim selection page itself does not come up if there are more than 1 sim in the device.

It just doesn't work. Even the SMS isn't getting sent. And if sent, getting sent multiple times and then giving a message "binding failed"

Bhim bandhan app requires many points to correct as comparison to many other upi app. @It does not create 6 digit upi pin.creats only 4 digit upi pin.It does not solve transaction problem. @ It does not accept and pay to collect request from other entity. It accept only person to person collect request only . @ On adding VPA ADDRESS of bandhan bank to other upi. Its upi pin to check balance does not support . @ This upi app always show payer/payee mismatched PSP for collect request from entity

The app is okay. i have this big irritation right now with the fact that this is a separate application to the actual mbandhan bank app. So why is there separate app for this? Nobody else does. Then why do i need 1 extra app for something loads of other apps do on their own anyway?

Worst app Its not working, i need to send money but its options are not working, its very irritating and irresponsible work by the bank because everyone needs a perfect app for their bank account maintenance and bank have to maintain it perfectly for their customers.

Worst app I have ever used. Whenever I try to transfer fund, it claims limit exceeded. The fact is that the app starts claiming this from the first transaction of the day and the amount is 10K. AFAIK UPI transaction limit is 20K for Bandhan.

It is bogus application. Every time I tried to add bank account and debit card it is giving a message of "your request to setup upi pin has failed".

Useless app. Don't even activate the account. I'll close the account with this bank. Even after hundreds of try this didn't work.

Not able to register.... Showing"mobile number linked with multiple accounts", though it is not like that.

I gather a pleasant experience with the use of Bhim Bandhan UPI. It is very simple but with full security. I fully rely on it.
