What are the requirements for using UPI?
You should have following:
· An android phone with internet services
· An operative bank account
· The mobile number being registered with UPI, must be linked to the bank account.
· Active debit card relating to this account for creating UPIPIN.
How do I register in the BOI UPI application?
· Tap Send SMS to verify your mobile number. An SMS will be sent from your mobile for verification. The SMS should be sent from the mobile number registered with the bank accounts.
· After your mobile number is verified, the New Registration screen is displayed. Fill in the required details.
· Create four digits numeric password for logging in to application and confirm the same.

Getting Started
• Download the BHIM BOI UPI app from Google Play Store
• Select your preferred bank account
• Create a unique ID (for example – yourname@boi)
• Verify your account & set a UPI PIN
How to send money?
• Select your & receiver’s unique ID
• Enter amount
• Confirm mobile payment by entering UPI PIN
How to ask for money?
• Select your & sender’s unique ID
• Enter amount
• Receive money when sender approves the money transfer on his app

Although iam entering correct upi in it showing invalid. For Other banks upi pin is accepting. For kotak&iob not for boi. I attempted no.of times no result. But app is nice.
From yesterday night, update notifications coming on opening the app. My app is already updated. But not opening.
On 29th April 2022 only This app is updated. Now it shows update the new version. What type of app . We don't understand, why it's happening.....?
I downloaded latest 2.0.10. App says latest is 2.0.9 and doesn't allow me to proceed.
After update on 29th the app is not opening only pop up shows app needs to update

Not even starting after first time downloading says error and try later waste of data and time worst app ever
It's horrible, sometimes it says the recipient UPI id is invalid, sometimes the pin is incorrect, I'd advice everyone to uninstall this app. I faced a very messy situation because of this app once.
ZERO STARS..... Worst experience ever! What is the use of such an app that repeatedly makes you verify the device by sending SMS to server when the server is (always) not responding? By the way, each SMS incurs a charge of Rs. 1.20. I had tried to get my device verified at least 10 times within a span of 5 days, but to no avail. Apps of all other banks work perfectly fine on the same device.

Still unable to use. After proceeding by submitting mobile number, I get stuck on the next screen, it shows 'Loading' prompt and then something like 'Process timed out...'. I have been unable to complete the process because the 'Security Question' field does not show any valid option to select and proceed, only the default text "Select Security Question". Developers are NOT caring at all. Local branch of bank have surrendered as soon as I approached them.
After installing for 1st time apps isnot opening. Saya " something went wrong please try after some time" uninstalled and reinstalled but issue persists.
Works flawlessly till now. Could not transfer money to stock holding corporation of india. It might be duet limit of transfer of money.
Worst App .....After SMS Registration ..when you fill up your details there is no option to proceed Further... I would rate this app as Zero * ...App Developer and Authorities has not Checked or tried out themselves
I don't like the app. First time i installed it and tried to check the account balance but it keep saying Wrong pin even after entring the correct pin. After multiple try it started to show another message "no of pin tries exceed" and this message never goes away. I raised a complaint from app Menu but it more than 7 days & I still didn't receive any response to my complaint. I even tried to de-register & re-register upi again but still gives the same message "no of pin tries exceed".
The app worked for a while, but many times was extremely slow. However for the past 10 days the UPI PIN stopped working. I am unable to reset the PIN despite multiple attempts. The BOI customer care number for UPI is unreachable. Message to UPI online gets a standard response to uninstall and reinstall. It still does not work.
Worst app ever existed in banking field. Takes upto 1 minute to log in where other apps takes hardly 2 to 3 seconds. No option to check requests. Just gets sms from bank about request but app doesn't show that. While sending money, takes upto 5 mins to verify payment address whicg eventually fails. On 2nd attempt, it says session timws out and app is forced close. I would recommend to use 3rd party app such as PayTm. This app does not have worth
App is not working. Registration sms was sent using Mobile data then it comes an error. Check your network settings then it keeps stopping. Shut down the app development because, it's not working. How come such an idiot designed this app to not being able to hold the verification process smoothly?
When i try to open it shows ERROR MESSAGE SOMETHING WENT WRONG , then after trying for 15-20 times it finally opens . Then you've to verify your mobile number linked with BOI , i tried this for 2 hours but it constantly shows only one message SERVER NOT RESPONDING . PLEASE I REQUEST TO THE SO CALLED APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT TEAM TO FIX THESE ISSUES ASAP .
Only Last 5 Transaction Showing And Bank Statement Showing Upi Pay & Mpay No Detail are showing This App after 5 Transaction Very Bad experience If required statement after few days then you're fool
Probably the worst app I have come across in a very long time. Seriously, everytime I try to login there's a connectivity issue or a server problem. I incurred SMS charges five times trying to register my phone number on the app.

Registration is itself unsuccessful. Hope they resolve the issue of registratiin of mobile number, or any other technical issues of detection of OTP generated through SMS and subsequently register it. Since the app is itself unusable due to login glitches, i am not rating more than 1 star.
After a long time it's start working after update... But if we've TeamViewer or AnyDesk installed in our mobile then it's not working. We've to uninstall those apps to use this BOI UPI. I've installed those apps for professional reasons. Please make changes. And Why don't you integrate this app to BOI Mobile app!! We need to installed both apps, Just refer other banking app and update BOI Mobile app.
I was able to use this app only one time in last 6 months. and also called And email to boi support but nothing change. very bad experience from last 6 months rapidly. even to open the app, always showing something went worng from last 6 months
After multiple attempts and successful SMS App is working fine. Rating is revised to 5 stars. Thanks to Dev. for sorting issues.
