What are the requirements for using UPI?
• An android phone with internet services
• An operative bank account with any bank in India
• The mobile number being registered with UPI must be linked to the bank account.
• Active debit card relating to this account for creating mPIN.
How do I register in the Indian Bank UPI application?
• Download Indian Bank UPI from Google Play Store.
• Tap “SEND SMS” to verify your mobile number. An SMS will be sent from your mobile for verification. In case of Dual SIM, Users need to select the SIM registered with the bank for verification.
• After your mobile number is verified, the Profile Registration screen is displayed. Fill in the required details.
• Create four digits numeric application password for logging in to application and confirm the same.

Super annoying app. I was not able to create a profile. the app never sent a mesaage to confirm the mobile number. after a few days miraculously the mobile number was confirmed in one go. Not able to create VPA. the error says "Unable to process your request. Try after some time." this app has an uncertainty and don't feel that this app is reliable.
It's very easy to send and receive money and for merchant payment. I love using this app. But one important feature are missing. We can't save beneficiary name everytime I have to type it.
I CAN'T USE ANYTHING THAT IS CONNECTED TO UPI. YOUR SERVERS ARE ALWAYS NOT RESPONDING. Do you even have a working server?? I can't use Google Pay or Paytm either because there's always a server issue on your end. What on earth is stopping you from fixing your own servers?? This bank is clearly not able to keep up with the competition. Even the app design used by the developers look outdated by a decade.
very bad experince. Being a trader, i want quick UPI payments. I cant wait to whole day for this app. Indian Bank look into this seriously. The app do not open and says something went wrong try after sometime. I have many other options too. I can not wait.
Unable to register or delete the UPI address which was incorrectly created. Wasted my time trying multiple times. Suggest to integrate the UPI with main application for easy access.
Have sent more than 5 sms but was not able to register. Error says turn on mobile data for registration and not wifi ! First time to see an error like this. Developers please take a look on this. We are in 2020 and this app is designed for 2005#
Recently I change my registered mobile from nearest home branch. When I again install bhim Indianbank UPI app in my phone, then i saw that app showing for create new UPI address. It's not big problem but which person save my upi address, i have to give them my upi add again. Now i am little worry if i will uninstall my app again for any reason then i have to again create new upi add.. so it's not good.. i have business. I have no time for do this all time and it can be problem for my customers
Not able to register. After sms validation & setting pin, it always errors out "unable to process your request. Please try after some time" Have tried using different mobile data connections at different time of the day. Always same error
It is very slow system, at the many times of registration show server not responding, in the age of 5g technology this happened , i recommend about that improve your upi system to stay in competition
After app is registerd, unable to register virutal id. Error message showing "something went wrong try after some time". But I am receiving mpin. Do not install this app and waste time. This is useless app
I couldn't login this app. Always showing "server not responding" message when I try to verify my phone number. I tried again after new update and the same occurs.
Menus given in single screen are easy to navigate. For Bhim upi I get an error message 'your mobile number is restricted for login'. IB Credit Card balance (debit and available) can be given.
Not able to register as" Some thing went wrong please try after sometime" message is coming umpteen times. The drop-down for security question does not open . Taken up with Digital Banking but no reply
It's a very worst app. I am very disappointed to try this app. I register this app final stage of debit card last six number input. But not found. I am so much time try this app but not success. So, i'm "UNINSTALL" In this BHIM indianBank UPI app.
This is one of the f****** app does not responding correctly and pin have not updated this is stopped immediately and when I have uninstall this app and Vinay reinstall at that time the SMS are not recognising this is which type must be updated
THIS IS A FUNNY PLACEBO, USELESS, WORTHLESS, WASTE OF DATA,ROM,RAM nd not worth for one star application from the great Indian bank, it's luk like "நீ பழனிக்கே பால் காவடி எடுத்தாலும் ஒரு அடி கூட நவுறாதுடா" conclusion I've tried long long days to create UPI ,but its died before finished.... please withdraw and come back with good.
App always shows invalid pass code. The email id given in developer info is useless. They won't reply. Bank staff is not even aware of the existence of this app !!
While reseting UPI PIN instead of showing number of secret questions only registerred questions by the customer should be seen as the customer. May not remember the actual question what he has registered. Also APP is suddeenly showing that my UPI registration has been deactivated. What is the solution ?
Worst Bank Application have ever seen. Not reliable. Lot of issues with app. Most of the time it will just throw errors.
First of all its the slowest app I've ever seen as its loading time is too longer. And when i want to change the registered ac it not going to happen.
It has been 8 days now. Where is my money? UPI transaction shows completed but it failed to credit on payee's account and i complained to the bank they said it will be solved in 48 hours.

Unable to recognize SMS for registration and unable to register inspite of resending SMS 10 times.Really very poor app. Think before installing.
After entering application passward it is not taking to the next screen. I have even tried new passward but again same issue.

Low level because we couldn't retrieve earlier payment address. Once we had deregister or reinstall our earlier payment address could not retrieve as same UPI I'd.
I was using this app for funds transfer between banks. But now for the last two months, the app doesn't function at all. It constantly gives the error message - "Something went wrong. Please try after some time. CANCEL / RETRY ". Please sort out this issue at the earliest to facilitate making EMI and other payments.
