The app is very slow and at times it lags and becomes unresponsive. For eg. while entering MPIN, when I'm done typing the MPIN, then the asterisks start to show up in the dialogue box. Also the aesthetics and the design of the app are really complex for a regular user. I expect better from a reputed bank like Indusind bank. 2 stars just because banking services are reliable.
One of the worst bank.. there UPI facility never works, says amount exceeding even for rs 80k or says transaction already completed. so frustrating that I opened my accout with them.
I am trying to create my UPI I'd and after going to the last segment it is showing that you have closed the app and redirect to do the same thing from the beginning.. I have tryed it from more than 10 times in a week. It keep on showing the same thing.
Suddenly we are not able to use this app. It's showing Bug fixes and Performance Improvements with a Download Now button. But there is no updated version on Google Play store to download. I uninstalled and installed it again, but still seeing the same message with Download Now button.
The worst experience, IndusInd technology is pathetic. It is so slow and whenever you rest the pin it does show it has been successfully reset but still it won't let you login. There isn't a single thing that works well in this bank. The worst experience I jave ever had.
The worst bank app/UPI app I have ever used. The app doesn't work with WIFI, it's okay fine, even mobile data it's not working properly. I had already registered and setup UPI, but when I open app I need to register again and again. What the hell. Can't login straight to app even UPU is setup. Need to register everytime and it cost SMS charge and then registration failing. Fix the app ASAP.
It takes so much time to install, and even could not install after so long. Can't say anything about its use.
Earlier this app was working just fine but for more than two weeks now, it keeps showing technical error. I have uninstalled and re installed the app, cleared cache, deleted app data etc but nothing seems to be working. This was the only app I use for UPI but now I am stuck. The app is not working from yesterday...1st it was showing connectivity error but after I reinstalled the app its showing an error that it is unable to verify the device integrity...I tried to operate it from 3 different devices but it's not opening on any of them and same error is showing.
Earlier Not able to connect, showing your request could not be proceed due to technical reasons please try later. 6/7/21 Thank Indusind team after the new update the app is working smoothly. I think this is the one of best bank that working on the customers issues within less time period. Changing the Stars from 2 to 5
How to restore our app pin if we forget it. It is really very hard to retrive the account if we change the mobile phone. Mobile OTP is far enough to generate new pin but here there is no easy option to do anything. Sturuggling in the middle.
Every time when I am open this app, show error message says there is a problem. Error message: "OOPS! Your request could not be processed due to technical reasons, please try later." This is the message I got when open app. Kindly check into this.
How a private sector bank can have such a app which doesn't work most of the time? SBI Bank has mush better and usable app. This app show "something went wrong" when trying to make any UPI payment and from today morning, App itself is not opening, it's asking to Update the App, but even after updating, it's again asking to update the app. I wonder, how the app gets tested by before releasing a new version to Play Store.
Download this app only if you want to waste your time and mobile memory, useless app everytime I try to make any transaction its shows Something went wrong. Better use third party app like paytm or Google pay.
Worst UPI app ever. Constantly facing issue while transferring evenkw amounts. Shared my problem with their team but they came up with idea that uninstall and install the app
Unable to resister in the app .every time it stops during processing and message appears on display "the app does not responding close the app".i have tried to uninstall and reinstall the app but the results are same .
This is the worst upi payment application that i have ever used. I'm receiving a UPI mandate from an ipo since past 3 days but im not able to approve the mandate using this application. I reached out to my local branch in panvel but there also i didn't receive any support. They advised me to drop an email at some xyz id but from there also no revert...its been 3 days...finally im using this comment section to register my issue because atleast people are getting automatic replies here!
Nightmare to do anything through this app. Upi Id payment invented for ease of use. But creating/paying via upi I'd using this app is worst thing I ever did. Creating upi I'd didn't not ask to set upi pin. I thought the app's mpin was set as upi pin and tried making payments and it's keepon failing... Suddenly realized myself and reset the upi pin made the payment successful being 4 days after created the id. Use Amazon, gpay or phonepe better than this ****.
Please make some improvements. This app has a lots of bugs. Enable fingerprint sensor login. Unable to make UPI Collect Request as seeing error merchant details not found. BharatQR is still coming soon. App closes and reopens in refund transaction.
Payment with UPI doesn't work. It worked hardly for 2 times and then it gives message 'something went wrong. Couldn't find out till now what went wrong. Bank is unable to help me
This thing welcomed with the messege "this device is unreliable and look like a rooted device"!(erro code-2). Really? Come on Indus.. We are expecting a better service from you.
Just a pain. It just keeps saying something went wrong and issues started since 15 days back. It should actually say "Dear Customer Indusind doesn't have expertise in digital payments".
I have just now downloaded this. It is saying to update the app. But when I am going to update it and there is no updates. Not able to use the app.
When I registered the indusbhim app he showed error and also customer amount received but Still my amount not credited it's over 10days when I call customer support no one help me it's a third class application
I am tired of trying to reach on your reachus email id. My app is not proceeding after the screen saying "We are unable to process your request since your Device and Mobile number is registered with multiple VPA. Please mail us. Thank you." I have sent many mails but in vain. Please help?
Extremely slow app. You use BHIM to save time but this app always takes 5-10 minutes to login and then selectung VPA. This issue is not once, it happenes always.
It shows app can't be used because device is rooted. But it's not true. I have a good device which haven't been rooted or anything but still not able to use app. Worst service.
Unable to setup induspay. Getting error that device is rooted or not a physical device, which is wrong. Kindly fix the bug and improve the app so that I install it.
Worst app. Upi app and mobile banking app both apps are not working. I opened my account few days before lockdown and there app is not working and my fund is stuck since then. For a bank it's really a shame that your. App is not working.
I do not hold debit card. Govt has already allowed non debit card holders to register & use UPI. However this app is not providing option for same to proceed with aadhar otp. I am not able to use UPI.
