So many problems to list. Works sometimes, most time it doesn't. Mostly just gets stuck in signing into the account.
Where we live aren't very many homes but a lot of vagrants walking by and living in woods, just having the notices up around our home and on windows and doors, works very good as a deterrent. Thanks BHN Home Security.
At first, this was great and easy to use. However, the lack of updates have made this app useless to me unless I have an Apple phone. Need to update this app immediately.
this app is junk... I have to keep uninstalling it and reinstalling it to make it work. they need to hire an app developer that knows what he's doing...
Not working. It is stuck on the loading page with spinning circle of nothingness.
doesnt work with 5/2019 android update. it hasnt been updated since 2017.
almost 2yrs since the last update? how about you get someone working on an update to make this work properly with Android 9?

worse app I ever had
Updated Aug 2017: FINALLY, the app has been upgraded and with a new UI. The app now works as it should and looks great. Took way too long to but it's for finally updated and looks good. Original review: The beauty of a mobile app is allowing you to do things remotely. The ability to view security camera remotely is key to this app for me. However since running Marshmallow (the latest standard OS release for Android) the option is broken. Bright House appears to not know how to fix this, or they do not care, as it's been months since Marshmallow release/Update and BH has not fixed their app. They also have a vertical keypad displayed that scrolls off the screen. 1 star until fixes are implemented.
Worthless. The app never allows me to see security video. We are all being completely ignored by the Brighthouse and now spectrum tech people. Not sure how they still have jobs. One problem after another. Obviously they care nothing about my security, only my money. No one is embarrassed at Brighthouse over this app? Don't blame it on android since other security companies, including TWC/spectrum, have much better reviews
As of August 2017, this app is worth using again. Don't know why it took so long, but grateful for the app we finally have.
They fixed everything I had issues with. Changed my rating to 5 stars. This app is awesome does everything I need it to and is very user friendly.
My installer Curtis was great he knows his stuff and was very helpful with all of our questions. I'm think he needs a raise......
About time! The new update in over a year has finally been released and I have to say the app is finally usable again! The UI looks very modern now!

This app is a JOKE! It takes a good 26 seconds or more to load to view the cameras in my home. Most times, it remains stuck in limbo... thinking!!! I have 7 cameras & 10 smart plugs. Cameras at $100 pop with hard to find parts! All were a waste of money! I have a few WYZE Amazon cameras. I'm heavily considering selling mine as a lot & going with Amazon WYZE Cameras, smart bulbs and sensors. Their app is swift, efficient, inexpensive, and you can purchase protective covers to mount outside.
