App is user friendly but it has issues while using. Sometimes it runs smoothly & while opening next time its says try again.
Order placed without conforming the success of payment through online payment. But while doing for the second time payment is successful but dilivered both the order at the same time and had to pay again for the failed payment too .
App works so slow and when you're logging it to your esewa for payment it crashes so many times!!!!!! They don't send you verification code right away too nor do they have a verification code resend button. Took me a whole 20 minutes to place just a single order!!!
Horrible user interface. It tells you your cart isn't empty, then asks if you want to delete it. But there's no way to go to your cart to see what's in it. Terrible service too. They call you at the estimated delivery time, tell you your food will be delivered within the next 30 minutes, then turn up an hour later, after you've sent them a message canceling the order. Why are all Kathmandu delivery services so pathetically poor?
Bhoj deals got the best customer service. They take customer satisfaction on top priority, and the app is itself a perfect platform to order n get food so conveniently. Overall, I appreciate Bhoj Deals!!
Food are small amount tho the price is expensive. Plus delivery price is even more high!!!! Stupid
*) Why I use this app: 1. bhoj wallet bonus after each purchase 2. Delivery charge doesn't go above 50 (if you buy rs 500 of food) 3. I like the UI 4. Shows rider tracking *) What made me switch to other apps: 1. App crashes if you try to use esewa.. khalti works fine tho. And esewa works fine in browser 2. They call us to inform rider has picked up our food even if you had selected "don't call me for food confirmation" which destroys the whole purpose of "not calling". I find it annoying af.
Very conventional but many times i had to cancel my orders because they say there are no people to deliver or my location is out of zone ( which i think is not) as you guys have provided online delivery service i request you could manage the flaw..if we want to go nearby to eat then there's no use of using the app..sometimes when we order from a bit far restros that'a because we want to taste different foods and telling us its out of zone or there are no ppl to deliver seems bit unconventional.
They cancelled my first order saying there is no delivery service to that address. The app shouldn't have let me order in the first place. Anyway, reordered from another place. More expensive than the first one but was delivered on time. Hope the flaws are fixed. Otherwise, good service and it's nice that i could actually make an order from outside Nepal.
This app is very good. It's very easy to order and get call if we require. It's coordination with customer is good ๐๐. We get call from it if the order we make is not possible to deliver.
This app is very frustrating to use to say the least. I couldn't add food from different stores to my cart and had to checkout food for every store one at a time. That's ridiculous! Even more frustrating was the app asking for a promo code for any order I was trying to make which the app mentions is optional. You can't order without an optional promo code! That doesn't even make sense! Even more frustrating was looking for the cart. I mean really! I can't look at my cart from the home screen?!
My experience with Bhojdeals was just too good. Tracking system of food delivery process was awesome. Above all, the rider and the customer care staff really behaved well. Keep continuing with the same spirit.
Worst app ever been created in Nepal for food delivery. It takes order and its even don't respond for your order it's just makes you to keep waiting until you don't get even angry and frustrated.but no response even not accept your call too . So I want to tell everyone that don't waste your time on this worst app ever been created in Nepal ๐ณ๐ต.
Why is the delivery so slow? I ordered online to save time and you informed that it would be delivered within 45mins-1hrs but still the food hasn't arrived. It about to be 2hrs..I hate to say this but I'm too hungry and it's worsening my moooood ๐
Great app, maybe it it time to update the UI.
I loved this app. You can order from abroad in Nepal and surprise your family but can not order from multiple restaurants at one time without checking out the first order. I wish selecting foods from multiple restaurants and checking out together will be available soon. And also about the location. It would be hassel free if once chosen location is set as default then we don't have to set the same location time and again. I am happy with the delivery, food service and no extra hidden cost.
The app is great and convenient but two thing that would make my review change to five stars would be if there were pictures of menu items. I also ran into a problem where I couldn't add items from two diff restaurants to my cart. It would tell me to clear my cart if I wanted to add an item from another place. Hopefully, this gets fixed soon.
This is half delivery app. I order 1kg they bought me 1 piece . They don't provide half of the item. This is very disguisting app. And the delivery is also too much late for a while I think that the delivery was coming from abroad.
Very confusing application interface for first time user. I did't get any conformation of the food order too.
Really poor service from them. Ordered a food and it came after 2 years. Also, the meat was raw it was like chewing a chewing gum. How can a company run in such a pathetic way. Deleting the app forever
I have an issue with Location Map and delivery boy. If your app has an feature of location map than why delivery boy ask location again by calling? We have already pin the location and they said "Data kholnu parcha paisa jancha" Ridiculous reply. Bhoj Team you have to train your delivery team about tracking Location. And You guys have to update your map too. The map is not showing accurate location. If you call customer and ask their location than please remove the feature of Map in the app.
Excellent app, excellent service. Been a very regular customer since 2018 and have absolutely no huge issues till date. The riders are mostly very polite and kind and the service is always on time. I'd like to add a suggestion, how about a wishlist of restaurants you want to try so it's easier the access them the next time you want to order. It'd be nice to add a restaurant you think you'd like to a list to try for a later time.
App is good m regular customer..abt food then it hardly comes warm nd especially never on time it ws also ok with me i cn understand..but now they are giving irrelevant excuse like tapai ko location dherai tadha paryo near by restaurant choose garnus rey..I mean seriously i was very disappointed by hearing that..nd one more thing stay updated abt restaurants status like if it is close or open..
I use this app alot,love the service but there is one thing that needs to be added in app . Map is not fully accurate when it shows path ,it is not fault of bhoj deals but the map it uses , some of the path that bhoj deal app shows cannot be taken by bike because "galli" is too narrow. So i hope app adds a feature where we can add notes in map for rider to see if the way correct or not.
Everything is Good but Delivery is very late. I would like to give 5 star but due to very late delivery I just gave 1 star. Request you to improve delivery time.
App is best but the business service is so poor it's so frustrating to keep waiting for food for more than 2 hours.
My first order was pretty good. The food was warm and it was beautiful to say the least. Credit where it is due (that's why two stars)! But the second order, oh boy! What a mess!! The total order was worth Rs.3600 and not all the food was what i ordered. On top of that, it came cold and tasteless. My two orders touched nearly Rs. 6k and for what I've paid, I don't seem to get any value for it. Deleted the app and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Most disaster experience with order no 526053 at trails cafe boudha .I ordered laphing and blueberry shake and I paid 645. All that money went to dustbin . Food arrived after 1:45 min and shake was like a normal water not chill at all. laphing stuffing was all out and not crispy at all. I do not recommend this app.I am compelled to give one star .If I would have minus star option I would give that. Too bad service .
Your night service is useless. Ordered food at night waited for around three hours. Till 3 am your customer care said the rider is lost. If you dont able to mange your riders then plz shut down your night service. People waits for 3 hrs and food dont come at time, what is this? Thank you for your โ๏ธ customer serviceโ๏ธ.
Very deceiving app, shows offer on food but when I order, different food arrives. Also if you pay all money upfront, delivery guy asks for extra delivery charge
