It's a fake App , It's been 4 weeks since I have placed my order , I am thankful that my order is of only 400 Rs, there is no communication , no update , I cancelled it after 3 week and yet no message of cancellation and No refund. I called Their helpline 50 plus times and it always says we will call back, I sent 10 mails and there is no reply from them as well . don't use this app at all .

amazing interface..good app. great initiative BUT I think you should give us a new feature:: We should get the price list of dogs with their images and names....I know that price varies sometomes..so u can update the price on the app too. In that we it will be convenient for us to shortlist the breeds we can buy and are interested in..then we will contact you for our dream dog 🐕. please implement this feature ASAP.🙏🙏🙏🙏

It is a good initiative everything thing about furry friends are there but the only big drawback is the search option in the app doesnot work. Whatever we search for it says that item not found whereas upon browsing u can find the item there. Please take a look at this else i would have given 5star. Best wishes !!

This is the most important and helpful app in India for dog lovers. Many many thing which was i had wrong information about dogs in this app from video section I had learn right information with practical demonstration which is help me a lot and not only me I think every dog lover those are saw that videos they are also learn about many things about every kind of dog breeds. Doing great job. Really its very impressive. My last sentence in this comment that I don't need any kind of gift or voucher

Never buy from them, they sent wrong collar to me i ordered Large size but sent small size that also rusted and never responded to my return request. Very bad behavior. I called them on their given number , they say its not a number for this purpose we only deal with the purchases not with the return.

Poor application I place a order but it's not placed. Application takes me to the payment gateway and i made i successful payment but the order doesn't placed.

Every thing is best and every facilites for pets are available i m very impressed with this and all the prices are affortable but a small suggestion for your app that change the proccessor of app because is sometimes slow down or show some error but although your app is best and i m the only one who gives only some speciall app rating and it is one of them and like your vedios on youtube but u have to give your rating to the items in your app according to u. I ordered 2 himalaya dog shampoo from this app 3 months ago the order has not arrived yet and this app doesn't have money refund option as well as there costumer care is also not working . I am not getting any response through mail, tracking,and delivery. Don't buy anything

All the things is good in the application but option for shopping is very I have ordered from last Thursday today is Monday I have got only order I'd nothing else cannot track the product even I call on there help line it's always have one answer our customers care person is busy very difficult to get the order and to know the status I would ordered from Amazon would have much better then from this plzz improve

Worst experience. I have contacted them to buy German shepherd and given the token amount and then I decided that I should go for Siberian husky and as there is a difference in price. I tell them you return my token amount and I will purchase a husky from you few months later when I will have enough funds but then I have seen their real faces, they misbehaved and they stopped picking calls and texts, pathetic experience. They just need money nothing else. They are fraudsters. Don't buy anything

Superb App but very less option for shopping and price of articles is much higher then usual...Apart from it, This app is superb. we can care our pet through it.

this app is very nice and there is all types of puppy, food,belts and many more things to understand from this app and there is solution of all the problems that your puppy face thank you very much that you have a videos and one more time thank you very much

In the 'Messaage Me' section, the owner mentioned that any question will be answered within 24-36 hrs. I messaged on 9th August, 2019 and still no reply. I was about to give this app atleast a 4 star but couldn't.

the app is still crashing when you go to cart even after latest update. you also donot reply to our messages either on app or on youtube. i am using samsung note 9.

This app was very helpful for me by this app i really felt easy to order tool and supliments for my pet at low cost and by having home delivery it so helpful also by this app i can clear my doubts about my pet without any problen at any time and can have its better answer

Unnecessary app. Nothing works in this app. You click on any bit but nothing functions. Disgusting and mindless.

This app is the best app in play store for dog lovers We get any type ofinformation about dogs. regarding there prices ,diseases,treatment and other info. And talk with a knowleged person through the messages ,voice recordings I LOVED THIS APP this app works very well

Poorest app ever now even registering with a new Gmail said that it has already taken and I m typing correct password but showing incorrect

App not working properly too many mistakes everything is good but for your app only 1 star sorry 🙄🙄 even main slider not working properly that's the main point view of your app.

many of the breeds are missing which i want and speedwork is slow and lastly some options may not work.please fix it in next update.please sir and remove ads.

I recommend everyone to watch there videos on YouTube Because there are many of the channels those who making a video only for there profit not for helping them those who cannot afford the expenses of doctor.. And special thing about there channels that if you are writing a comment on there videos or on there post they will be replay to you and suggest you the best solution.. This is my own experience which I am sharing Thankyou so much for helping our loves ❤🙂
