Setting my store doesn't work at all, even with location permission granted. Can't do much without having a store set. Samsung S10 running Android 10. ***UPDATE: FIXED***: Kudos to the devs for promptly fixing the issue with setting location. I easily set my store and can use the app. It's well designed and snappy to use. It's got exactly what I need. Easy to load coupons, see weekly ad, and display my barcode.

May 21 I left a review saying it seems to be working. Now. on the 23rd, it's back to it's old tricks of items disappearing again.Also it sometimes won't even allow you to add an Item. With as expensive as they are, you'd think yhey could make an app that works. It used to work correctly for a long time, but the last few months, it's been hit and miss. I don't think it's the app as much as it is the servers at Bi-Lo corp. that needs the overhaul.

My god this app drops more than lol mobile and thats a brand new. The pictures dont load up quite correctly and whenever i refresh thats when it crashes. I also hate the 200 word limit on the nomination page. I had so much more to say about my nominee. Looking at the other reviews its clear they really had a touch and go with this. Loads of bugs they had to fix even upon launching. Goodness. If it werent for the fact of convenience i would probs uninstall - v-

App update, while looks nicer, is less useful compared to the dated version. As previous mentioned, the removal of the shopping list feature renders the app nearly useless. Also, the ability to not view weekly sale ads in an image format rather than a list is not as helpful.

As of Feb 6, this app is still the worst grocery app on the planet!!! There is no longer a shopping list, which there used to be, that showed you which aisle your item was on. There is also no way to add extra items to the crappy "list" that has replaced the shopping list. Bring it back and I will give you your 5 🌟

Been using Bi-Lo for YEARS and have used app for a couple years and never had a problem. This last update does not load any coupons and keeps crashing on me. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but reinstall will not work. Fix this app! Too many problems.

I loved this app until someone added a map feature that is supposed to show store locations. It does not work and it will not return home. I uninstalled then reinstalled and still doesn't work. I can't access store ads or any information. So disappointed!

Great before last update now it is super slow and usually closes. Would love to see a feature that allows us to see when we receive the deal of the week rewards. Or maybe allow us go click on it like a coupon so when it is removed from the list we know we got credit for it.

I like the app over all. seems to have most of the features of the other stores I use. The only thing missing would be a search window. A place to look up an item and it would give you a list of results and tell you where in the store the item is located. then its 5 stars.

The last update is horrible. They have removed the option to enter your own grocery list or add to the available options. This app is now useless. If this is not fix I will need to find a new app or start shopping at a different store. No option to select zero stars.

Never seems to open in the store. Very strange. I open it in the parking lot and it works fine when checking out. Its very convenient for adding coupons and using mystery bonuses. Great for keeping track of points too

This app isn't working, freezes, won't bring up the store flyer, can't see what's on sale and is pretty much useless. I know there are some store transitions going on currently, but unless I can see what's going on sale I won't be driving 10 miles one way to find out I wasted my time and nothing I want is on sale.

What idoit decided that getting rid of the grocery list was a good idea? There were no positive changes to this update. Obviously the dev team are not actual users of the app. Bring back the list so that your app is usable and not just an electronic coupon envelope.

Please add shopping list. I would like to add things to my shopping list so I don't have to use a separate app for my list. Would also like to be able to see that a coupon is available to clip for a sale item.

After wandering up and down aisles today then following an employee doing the same I know what this app needs... a search feature. I know that it wouldn't be 100% effective since half the stuff they advertise either isn't really on sale or isn't in the store but it would sure help. Most big box home improvement stores use their apps to help you find items in the store so why can't BI-LO? All I wanted were raisens so the employee and I wandered around for 10 minutes until we found them on the breakfast aisle. Yeah right, brings back memories of Wally World doesn't it. Minus 1 star for a lazy app and 2 for all the sale stuff that was already out of date.

This Bi-Lo app is useless and worthless. I can't log on after entering all my info. The screen stops after the green check mark box about getting email, no button, end screen!

app has lots of problems and does work when you open inside the store.. App has not worked for over 2 weeks. I uninstalled then re-installed several times.

Your app continues to crash and disappears from my screen.takea forever to activate coupons. Since the new company took over everything has gone downhill including the deli,meat department (they dont even cut meat at my location anymore),produce is disgusting.

This app sucks iopens up but it stays frozen on the page that loads up said it fixed bugs but cant do anything or see anything thats on sale just a few lines saying you can get digital coupons whats up with this app completely useless

app won't work without putting your location. And when you try to put the location, it doesn't take. You cannot go past that page so basically you can't use the app. This just started this week.

I would love to see the option to add my grocery list from the website to the app. Searching in-store would also be nice so I can find what I am looking for. Otherwise, the app works well.

Best grocery store app I've used compared to the other grocery store apps I've used far more easier to use than others better prices and sale items. Large assortment of deals buy one get one free is awesome.

The update has made it even worse. Unable to see weekly add, unable to separate new coupons from ones clipped, and no search feature.

Pain in the tush!!!! 😟😟😟 Why you can't just sign in and not have to get a text every time to do it, is beyond me!!! Like someone else said, going to stick with Publix app!!! I'm uninstalling the app, because it's useless!

A couple weeks ago we stopped getting your flyer in our area. I don't think it's necessary 4 anyone to have to put their phone number or other private information just to see your ad. Then when you do find the ad it's only the first page. I was a devoted customer

This app is ridiculous. It keeps saying to connect to the internet when I'm already connected to the internet. It's pointless if I can't use it to view my rewards or to get my rewards.

Terrible. I haven't been able to sign up because it won't accept the number on my rewards card, so you can't do anything; and there is no customer Support information given. Ready to delete this app.

I've tried to download the app from my phone and my computer. It does not work for some reason, your phone number works in the store but there is no way to clip and use the coupons.

Since the update, the app keeps on freezing. I can never make it through the ads for my grocery list.

I recently needed to purchase some seasoning crabs and had difficulty finding it. The Mananger spent much time trying to find Old Bay seasoning. He continue trying to help me and consulted with another employee who had seen a can on another isle and she brouught it to me. This manager continued to helpvme with other items. I really appreciated them both and by the way. The Crablegs I got at Bilo were delicious!. I'm 76 years old.
