Bi-Mart RX

This app needs work! Freezes constantly. Works ok the first time use, then locks up my entire phone. Uninstall- reinstall, use it once, locks up with second use. Uninstall- reinstall, use it once, locks up with second use. Repeat EVERY SINGLE MONTH I need to use it. Useful app but not if I have to shut down my entire phone and uninstall/reinstall every time. 😠

I have been using this app. For a couple of months and it makes things easier for me. I no longer enter script #'s one at a time through the automatic system. I just open the app when I receive a text and click meds that are due to be refilled it is fast, accurate and very simple. I love it.

App previously worked well for me. Now, the app won't open. Rather it says Upgrade Now. Once I click that button it takes me to the Google Play Store. On that page it gives two options, to Uninstall or to Open. There is no Update option. I eventually uninstalled the app & installed again. I still can't get the app to open.

Worked fine until it didn't. Suddenly the app would not open. After uninstall and reinstall it is working again but only if it is opened from google play app. Frankly, it's less trouble to just use the phone system

Seriously the worst pharmacy app ever, dont waste space on your phone! Unable to update or delete Rx that are years expired unless they are hidden which then hides everything. Cumbersome and not user friendly. Get it together, this could be useful but certainly not in the current version.

My installed app is telling me to upgrade this app and takes me to Google play store automatically. However, Playstore shows I already have the app installed, and only gives me the option to open or uninstall the app. Further, you can't get ahold of BiMart's tech department to troubleshoot the app or your account. Bi-mart needs to fix many problems. I'm about ready to uninstall this app and do all my prescription business over the phone. P.S. Albertson's/Sav-On pharmacy uses this same app. 😠

Fails to sign in most attempts and when I do succeed in logging into my account, it consistently fails to load my prescriptions. The earlier version was much better than the latest update. Try again!!!

Stopped working correctly. It doesn't go passed log in page. Update, support said to uninstall and then re-install. This solved the problem and I can log in again.

Honestly im very happy with my choice of pharmacy but the new upgrade on their app truly sucks. The app is supposevto make refilling meds easier, well the new upgrade to this app is a pain. It takes me a good 15 20mins jus to get signed in. Please fix this. The old app was so much better. Whomever did the upgrade did a poor job. Im very disappointed

Was 5 stars until the update. Now it won't open, goes to a screen that says it must be updated. There is no update option in Google play store. I uninstalled and reinstalled again and get the same error.

This app used to be slow anyway, but now some upgrade has made it impossible to even sign in. Nothing but error messages. FIX IT! Some folks rely on this!!

This app deletes anything with no refills. I cannot order a refill from list. We are supposed to call the pharmacy, so they can call the doctor's office. These should not be deleted. We should also get a reminder even if there are no refills.

Does respond to my search input on the store of my choice. Gave up trying your app is as bad as walgreens, your store is great but for get trying to get anything accomplished with the store pharmacy cause it is not happening. Sorry but that is the experience i got.

Good app but it doesn't have a way to delete old non-active prescriptions. And also duplicate but changed dosage prescriptions. Please add editing functions as Bi-Mart said they could not help me with these problems.

I don't really like this app. It keeps changing the dates of my prescriptions to longer out than they should be and when I went into my local Creswell Bimart to tell them they didn't seem to care. They did fill my prescriptions there at the desk bit I thought this was supposed to make it easier...it doesn't

Worked decent for awhile but the last update fully broke it and now I cant even log in without a time out message. Dissapointing but not surprising given that bimart is usually ten years behind the times anyway.

Worked fine until they changed it. Now I cant get it to open. Uninstalled and reinstalled wont sign me in. The app no longer works. Trash uninstalling until you fix this bs!

This app needs some work. It only listed 3 of 4 prescriptions that I refill regularly, and only listed 1 of 2 prescriptions that I called in this morning. I mentioned this to a pharmacy tech but they didn't seem to know what to do n

Works great. Has all your prescription showing when they can be refilled. Also let's you know when they have been filled and ready for pick-up.

WONDERFUL APP! Reminds me to refill prescriptions. Can manage all family members. Will auto refill when ablento if you request a refill too soon. I LOVE THIS APP... SUCH A TIME-SAVER!

This app wirks great for ordering, refills, reminders. The text messaging for when a script is ready for pick up is helpful.

😞 good app, I use frequently. only issue is I can't hide prescriptions I don't take anymore. I don't know what happened but yeah.

Said I needed to update. Wouldn't let me update. Unistalled and reinstalled. It still won't open, says I need to update. Please fix!

This app does not allow me to use it for both my husband and me. I need to have the capability to access both of our info in one place.

Freezes up a lot. Does not have any consistent lists of meds. Has never had all my meds available on list

Could not sign in or get anywhere. It looped around and kept saying I was already signed up under another email.

Issues with last update were fixed and app works great again. Thanks

I love bymart but the app could be a lot better. It kinda sucks.
