I cannot even get on the app anymore. I keep getting an error message. Would be nice if it worked.

Makes getting paid easy when I'm on the road

I, like many other people it seems, can not log into my account. Don't let the pictures fool you as I have never seen any of those screens. The app opens then automatically tells you there is no Internet connection when there is. I have tried this with my phone data connection as well as my home Internet connection with no success. The app is useless at the moment and I would like for them to fix it as soon as possible but for now a thumbs down across the board.

Well before the last update i used the app multiple times a day i would transfer money pay bills and just regularly check my balance and what I've spent but now since the update i have not been able to even get the app to connect it tells me i dont have network available which is a lie. This app is the only one i have that does this. Im debating on swapping banks because this app is what helps me keep up with my spendings without it my money for work is direct deposited i never know how much or anything unless i go to the bank. Please fix the issues i dont wanna swap banks over an app 😂

I can't even get on to look at my stuff. I loved the other app I could get on frequently and check to make sure all 3 of my accounts were right. But now it's keep saying error and there is no Internet connection. Which is not true I have WiFi plus I have data on my phone.

I get an error saying it won't connect. Tried reinstalling. It was nice when it worked...

Like the old app better, you can't pay bills on this new app, can only view the bills you have paid, defeats the purpose of the app, still have to drag out the laptop

Loved the app until the recent update. And now it will not let me sign in. 😡

Easy to use and makes life greater. Occasional error but not horrible

Can't even sign in right now because of "service error" and most of the time when I log in it says "an unknown error has occurred" and kicks me back out as soon as it logs in

Single transactions are listed MULTIPLE TIMES... very confusing

Great app when it works

I so much want to use mobile banking app, but I've been greatly disappointed with the last two releases. I'm unable to access account details...it gets an error code and goes back to the sign in screen. Same as previous release.

All the convenience of an Automated Teller Machine without having to drive to the "ATM". Deposit Checks, Verify Accounts, Transfer to other BI Accounts, and More all from your MOBILE PHONE.

Everything works great except the app won't load transactions for me.

I can't view any transactions. It will show its loading, then signs me out!? Please help!!

Won't let me photo deposit anything. There's no button to click or anything. Unless there's an update soon then there's no way to photo deposit anything. Really annoying.

Poor convenience, more so than the old app. Won't remember login name, not needed for security.

I deleted the old app and will delete this one. It will not load the transactions again. So sad because I love the bank.

I downloaded the app and tried to go to the website to sign up for mobile banking and got absolutely nowhere. Needs to be simpler.

Every time I wanna check my account it pops up error encounter fit. I try to access on line it deny me I really wanna know how much in my account!!!!

I have had NO problems with this app. It is easy, quick, and convenient.

Freezes up and crashes often. Reinstalled several times.
