It's not letting me back into the account even installed and Uninstalled the app not letting me have access to it. Trying to call the case worker not picking up the phone .

Today I didn't get no notification for my usual check in & I'm having trouble logging into my account, it saying that my user name and password can't be found.

I'm trying to open the app but it doesn't appear anything on the screen and I can't send a picture or have a look in calendar, I don't want to wear the ankle track locator again.

I don't have good things to say yet. I've had nothing but problems trying to register and sign in . Only once did I get to complete my entry. I'm still trying to get it right. I am old school not smart phone savy I'll get it ! I am still having problems trying to log in. I don't know what is wrong. Me or the phone . B I smart link is the only app that i have ever tried to email on its just something I have never done. I am doing what I can to get it right. I don't have anyone to show me here.

Couldn't send a picture thru. I messaged them on the app, never got a reply. Got a call and got told to delete and reinstall, I deleted the app and now I can't install it back. They blamed us for not sending pictures. Ridiculous!

Works well as long as Internet is available

I've been having trouble with the check-ins not alerting my phone which causes my probation officer to call and threaten to file a warrant for my arrest because I missed the check-ins, which is incredibly frustrating and distressing. The facial recognition needs to be refined since I didn't have makeup on when I took the first pictures, however when I put on makeup, facial recognition becomes much harder, even in adequate lighting. Please fix this issue and I will gladly give five stars.

App constantly crashes in the background, no response from support. Drains battery from constantly reopening and crashing. It's highly difficult to take a picture and let alone open the app to do a check in. Needs a lot of work

I tried to sign into it it says my app is no longer up to date Go download a new one in the app store. When I get to the app store and try to download it it says it's already installed and up-to-date.. but hey it's not like it's a big deal ... what's the worst that can happen they can violate us and throw us in federal prison over it. The sad thing is is it's still not as bad as the phone system that calls you.

App not working at all. Can't send a picture, cannot open calendar to see my appointment for home visit or check In. Because of it I can be back on ankle bracelet again.

Works good. New update would'nt install, could not download app. after being told to uninstall and reinstall. Does not work at all now.

Facial recognition is terrible. I've given up. Probation needs a new service provider. I take a picture once it fails I stop right there. My officer understands the faults and that it is a piece of S**t app poorly implemented and useless.

It's horrible I downloaded it and it gives no option to set up your account you are automatically expected to have this info already. I was never given a previous username or password and it gives no option on setting up username and password

Everytime I go to do a check in it gives me a black screen and my po snidely says it's your front facing camera that is broken. My camera front facing and outward facing are just fine I have been violated 5 times for not being able to check in this app is crappier than anything its retarded that I get violated because this app doesn't work!!!

This app has qorked reakly well for me especially when my phone isnt working right and has no service for regular calls. I always get on here and make sure my agent gets in touch with me

The app is not working for me. It allow me to see but only hear the person on the other end and even today im not being allowed access!? This app is important for my livelyhood and I need this problem/issue dealt with and corrected please and thank you. Stay safe

So far so good. I think this is a much more productive way to stay in contact. I hope that it continues to work well. Edit 3-29-21 App wont load terms and conditions. Cant use it at all

This is a sketchy app for sketchy people. I hate this app and DO NOT download it. Doesn't matter if your PO says to, DO NOT. This app will track location, pick up on things you are saying and allows the "justice " system to SPY on you whenever.

One of the most bugged and frustrating apps I've ever used. Errors almost every time I use it which just so happens to be every day too.

Better than an ankle bracelet, but I have a new phone and when I try to take my picture it turns it sideways so I still have to carry my old phone around. Very frustrating.

won't let me log in to my account, saying wrong ID/wrong ID and password.go to reset my password and username don't get one.can you fix this.cant use this app always error! Now working Thank you 😎

I am having trouble accessing the check in and self-report option as I'm trying to login it not allowing meto check in which may cause me to give violated it is very frustrating and stressing it would be greatly appreciated if you could do something about this issue

I keep getting in trouble when this app wont submit my picture! Tells me i havent checked in!!

Every time I go to the calendar it says session expired and logs me out.

Does not do notifications. Causes of problem with PO.

This app has a bad service provider. Its probably a 24 hour surveillance, Enjoy!

Keeps giving error message. I have uninstalled then installed again.
