I rated 1 star because of the poor chat service. First of all your chat agents seems to be unavailable most if the time. Secondly the 15min time limit for a chat is ridiculous. I have experienced multiple times when I still and some questions to ask and the chat expires mid conversation. Then when I tried to reconnect back to the chat I keep on getting "all of our agents are busy". I've experienced this multiple times and its frustrating. The agents also kept me hanging when I got through.

Facial recognition is very buggy and unusable, whereas the tab for fingerprint sensor just shows up blank with no other option. Otherwise the app is solid, the UI is clean, a bit plain but simple and reliable for basic tasks such as checking account balance and transfers. The fingerprint access worked well on my previous device (Nexus 6P), but just cannot seem to work on my new device (OnePlus 6).

This app is unusable! Terrible. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S10. Stuck at loading after entering login details. Clearing data and cache is useless, helps you to only progress 1 screen after. Then the same thing happens again after choosing a selection. Uninstalling and reinstalling practically does nothing. Works maybe 1 time in a hundred of tries. You pride yourselves in having everything done online and yet this problem persists for months now. Fix this.

The app is so basic & clunky to start off. Your lucky if you can even login to your account half of the time. The connection to login is really slow despite having fast Wi-Fi that makes checking balance or transferring money can be frustrating. Imagine you need to transfer money for an emergency with the slow services, RIP. This app really needs a makeover & a big updates to make it fully usable & convenient to be use in a daily basis. If I could rate it 0 star I would.

In all honesty, it's the best way to pay as you can go cashless especially during this covid 19. But it's really upsetting that despite having a good wifi connection & an updated version that claims to fix bug & improvements, it's not working fine. By the time I want to proceed the transfer, it suddenly becomes slow & states that service is unavailable. Who will be responsible for the money lost? Fix the app asap because if this keeps on going, my money will end up being lost just like that.

After my Android OS update to Android 10, the app doesn't work as it used to be. It would just stopped working or just exit from the app. Sometimes when I try to choose an option, it would close unexpectedly. And the biometric fingerprint function don't work too.

I really appreciate the chat with an agent function. However, while waiting, my phone's screen may go off which automatically causes the chat to end before I even get to read the reply. Also, the chat history is not updated immediately.

most of the time, im using this app on android os. so far not much comments on that. but in my experience whenever i use this app using data from imagine or DST wierdly its very laggy sometime took more than 10 mins just to load a page.. but when i use on those with progresif data, i seems to be faster. i think you need to look on these problems a.s.a.p. as i frequently use my Vcard.

I almost always use BIBD but now I keep getting "service unavailable" error messages whenever I try to log in now... please fix ┌(˵༎ຶ ل͟ ༎ຶ˵)┐

Having issues like long login times until it freezes causing difficulty in times of doing online transactions, quickpay or on the spot payments because of this issue. Also fingerprints only works after a while before having to delete data and clearing cache to use it again. Did not have this issue on ios. Please improve for Android users also. Not everyone are using iphones.

most of the times i couldn't logged in. i ever only logged in once and that was out of sheer luck. Yguys need to update this app for much better support especially on new phones and its OS version. currently on Android Pie on Samsung S10. after bypassing the username and password screen then proceeding to the 8 pin code. it'll force itself close. reinstalling doesnt help either

Never have i gotten any problems using this app in my Iphone.. recently change to the new Samsung S10 and this app works worst than ever! I can't even log into the app properly, loading note stuck until i reinstall and installed the app.. again and again. Within a month period! Now i am leaving it there i manage to log in but i cannot do anything to the app, i cannot check the account, i cannot make any payments and even make any transfers...

Explain me, why does the apps loading all the time? At certain point, I can log in but somehow when I want to do any transaction the apps automatically log out by itself. If you say network of my phone, I used Dst and Progresif both phone doesnt work. If you say, my apps is not updated, it is the latest version. If you say, its only applicable for Iphone only, then you may work on the apps for android users too. Lousy.

Slow loading and cumbersome app. Keep getting error 00740 or something and biometrics don't even work. UX / UI are outdated. Coming from the main bank in Brunei with a lot of subscribers, this is disappointing. The only redeeming quality is it does work when it works.

Try to log in, keeping on loading but never successfully log in. This happen around 8 out of the 10 time i try to log in.. worst part about the long wait, it said no internet connection when my internet is running fine. Baiduri's app is better and faster. Please fix this issue. Been going on for months.

Past 2-3 years the app has been stagnant. Serves the function, but not revolutionary. Even biometric function doesn't work well and the app can be unstable from time to time. Not sure which part of Nexgen you're referring to.

Everything is fine except for the finger print log in feature. It works for the first time but after that it doesn't. It might be the cause of newer in display fingerprint sensors. Pls look into it

The apps keep on crashing, slow to login. When trying to payment or transfer its loading very slow and sometimes will logout. Just withdrawing from bibd aspirasi account itself i have to try several times. It took me an hour for the process. Log in and out again and again. Please BIBD improve your apps.

Had some problems with the app which keeps crashing after log in. Now rectified after consultation with the customer service team. Fantastic! Edit: Crashing issue gone after clear data. Thank you very much!

Please fix the lag for this app. It has been quite a while now. It takes time to load to transfer between accounts, sometimes it brought me back to login screen even though I don't have internet problem. Using Topup also a bit slow.

The app stops working every now and then. it takes FOREVER to login too. Used to be really fast. Im using HTC U11 with Android 9. Edit. Found two ways to make it work again. 1. Re-install the app. Or 2. Restart my phone. I have to do this everytime it stops working.

They fixed the issues concerning some users not being able to login. Thanks for your hard work in maintaining the app in good standards. Not a full star because the issue was a serious one that was left for a few days to rectify, unacceptable but nevertheless a good job.
