Way too many ads. Does not work correctly when you're trying to ask questions about the Bible. Has mistakes in the answers often. When you're listening to the Bible at times you lose the bar that goes across showing you how much time you've listened to the chapter and how much time you have left so you can't pause it. The man's voice is not consistent sometimes fast sometimes slow sometimes extremely dramatic and other times Pleasant. I would like it better if he spoke a little slower and a little less dramatic. But I am grateful for the app. it doesn't always work during the day when it's the peak times also. I don't think the lessons with opinions given by men on necessary or correct at times. And there are cults that are advertised on this also

The "verse lock screen" is an interesting idea. I think another interesting idea for it would be, instead of having the lock screen /after/ a lock screen, just have the words of the verse appear on the user's phone background on top of their picture background. It would be more convenient for the user and it would allow them to read it with their own background. This would also encourage people to use it even if they often have to turn their screens on and off more often than others. I would use it if it didn't just add another lock screen showing just half the verse that I have to click on and load the entire app to read. It adds a lot of unwanted taps and loading time. Other than that, great feature! Great app overall!

Great every day reading to stay connected. The only thing that has been a problem is the ability to save anything, like my profile. It always says "failed to save" every timeno matter what I do. If this could be cleared up I would love to give this app a 5☆rating. Other then that I love the variety of bibles and the adds aren't even all that bad. Please fix this problem, I've done everything from reinstalling to checking for updates...

Absolutely one of the best Bible app's I've downloaded. I love the Bible in One Year. It breaks the Bible down to easy to read segments for a quick approach. The daily verses are fantastic. They provide a great reflection and prayer and always seem to just speak to exactly what I am going through. The multiple translations of the Holy Gospel of our Father God is amazing. I just love this App! God bless!

i love the many versions, the ease of downloading and syncing so cell coverage is not a factor, the variety of study plans and the ability to study with friends. i like the badges and milestone streaks a lot. The only negative is that it should be easier to connect with friends in my contact list by putting in their email. I should have my FB friends pop up first. my friends with common names are a matter of blind luck. Some of us have been trying for months and we are FB friends.

I just love it. Everyday there's a bible verse waiting for me to open and read and a little prayer that goes along with it and much more as well. I just love everything about this bible app and really love having it right on my phone , it's really easy to use and navigate but also very informative and uplifting and guiding. I read each daily verse and devotion and prayer and it always uplifts me and helps get my mind focused where it should be each morning, encourages me.

I've been on a few other Bible apps and this one is simple and straight to the point. To me that is more important, the other apps more bell's and whistles is like more clutter and confusion. I also like the days prayed tracker, it's motivational to see how far you've come.

I absolutely love the app! The one problem is that when I get notifications, I can't retrieve them. It always goes back to the "retry" button so I never get to see what I'm being notified us. Sounds petty but it would be nice to read comments/prayers from others. Developers if you read this, help!!!

Light Bible app is such an amazing way to learn so much about the Bible. If you don't quite understand the scripture, there's a reflection of it, to bring a better understanding of it. Also, it teaches you how to 🙏pray better and the quizzes helps you to know the Bible as well, last but not least I love reading the passages by Frances Taylor they leave you with encouragement, enthusiasm, and enlighten of what God, expectations are of us.

i have enjoyed this app until recently. I have been playing the quiz and after I got 998 points it would take away a point every time I lost but stopped giving points when I won! if it isn't fixed very soon I will uninstall. Also I cant seem to find a way to get it to post a question. Very unhappy now as I was working toward getting my master level.

The app does not work well when I set my phone display settings to the dark mode. The Notes, when being edited, use white font on white background, so can't see what I am typing.

Am I the only one having trouble with the quiz part of the app? It keeps saying error timeout and doesn't give coins when I win a challenge and when challenger wins it says battle error. I absolutely love this app and love the quiz portion but wish it would give the coins so I can keep going with the quizzes. Creators of app. thank you for the verses and prayers daily. Please look in to the error messages for the quiz part. Thank you.

I love this app it's my favorite but there is a problem with the widget, it no longer allows you to view the widget with light/white text, it only allows you to view it with dark text, it creates a problem because I have to use light colored wallpapers just to see the text, please fix this, either way you get 5 stars... Love You Long Time! Goodbye

I refuse to pay a subscription price to get an ad free version of a Bible App that pales in comparison to other FREE apps such as YouVersion and Blue Letter Bible. It is extremely difficult to maneuver through and I never found the reading plans section. Plus, there aren't nearly as many Bible versions on this app as with other FREE ad free Bible apps.

Horrible experience. I have used this app since 2017. I subscribed to it. As soon As I did I have had problems with it counting the days I've read or daily check in. I have emailed them tons of times since 2017 and the problem has not been resolved. Yet they have charged me for "renewing" subscription. Horrible customer service

I have been using this app for awhile, and despite the fact it doesn't include some of the translations I like, it has some good ones. And, for the ones you can download, it allows you to bookmark, highlight and favorite, and allows you to search those ones. Overall, I really enjoy this app, especially the Bible trivia game.

I have downloaded and deleted MANY different Bible Study Apps, but until this one, I couldn't find one that was actually helpful. I never benefited from any kind of Religious education and this app has been vital in helping me to read and fully understand the Bible. I love the different Study Plans that were made with obvious care and the Daily Verse and Devotion. As well as the ability to Pray with and interact with other Believers. And access to your preferred Bible version.

I love this bible app. I get really into it. You can read the bible (note, highlight, etc.), share Prayers, Q & A , w/ other humans on the app lol. It makes it fun and brings it to life. There's also, Passages to read on the homepage with daily verses, devotional, & prayer activites. Well done.

This bible app is my favorite. Unlike other bible apps, this bible apps enables a user to search for verses and change translations. As a catholic, I have the convenience of choosing either a literal translation or a convenient English translation. This app is so great. Without this app, I would be stuck with an inconvenient bible app that has big print.

I love the visual scripture devotionals, as they are a great way for me to study and memorize scripture. The overall app, however, seems very crowded! Great segments, but too many of them! Nevertheless, I will continue being blessed each day by what He gives me through this application.

I love this app! It helps me get and stay closer to God. I love the daily verses and the insights, along with the prayers. The only problem with it is that sometimes there are misspellings. In the quiz portion of the app, there are times it appears the person writing the questions doesn't have English as a first language and the meaning of the question gets lost in translation for me. Otherwise, I love this app and all that I can read and learn about the bible and God!

With scheduling, I can keep my ADHD scatter and pray on a fixed, definitive schedule daily, without fail. I love sharing the scriptures, prayers. It's especially great to count the days that one successively prays. I love the planner function for the purpose of studying and sharing The Word.

Great app! It reminds me every day, even in my very busy life, to commune with God. It also reminds me to pray for others and that I'm not the only one in need of prayer. It's good to get outside of ourselves and think of others. Society and technology has made our lives so complicated and in some ways so isolated that we frequently forget to look outward and to care about what's going on in others' lives. Thank you for this app. :) (Less advertising would be great...I'll consider buying it.)

I love the app, but it's missing one thing. It needs someway to message others through a messaging system. If you guys could impliment this in someway in order for people around the world to either fellowship or gather in person, that would be truly a blessing and make this app perfect!

Really impressed, and is simple to read and understand God's words. Though some verses can be challenging but explanation is always at hand. I find it calming and comforting in many situations. As I always refer to it everyday in life and build better relationships with God and understanding God's character

The app is wonderful but 25% time it will not allow you to post prayer and you come up with a message says network error please try again later. When you try to go to ask it will not let you ask a question it says operational failure try again later. You uninstall the app two or three times and reinstall it and it still doesn't work. Then you try it a few weeks later or month and it may work again. It is wonderful when you open your phone first thing in the morning it is waiting on you .
