Same issue as colouring app. They are good but the back button doesn't work which means no ability to go back to main menu because there is no menu/home button in-app.
Wish I could have the full version again...I bought it and on my new phone am not able to get full version... I figured I'd buy it again...wrong...Google store tells me error I already own the full version but I dont really have the full version ... :-(
I love this app for my son, but I had to reset the device my son uses and when i redownloaded it, I cannot get the full version. Because of this reason, I can't give it 5 stars

I got the app to try out for my grandchildren but once in there was no way to exit. I had to restart my phone just to get out of it so I uninstalled it. How do you exit it once you are in?

The game is great but i dont understand why you nee to buy the full version it it is just a tracing game i am so confused

Well it looks like a free app till you get further down the alphabet and you have to pay to see the rest. It's why I gave it a bad score. No we're does it not say it's not a full version. You should indicate in the description it's a partial version. Change that and I'll update my rating.
I love the app and I think it will be great for my son but we just paid for the full version and got a black screen. After a while I made it go back because nothing was happening and it is still the free version. I clicked buy the full version but now nothing happens when I click it. I checked the bank account and the payment has gone through. Your ineptness in addressing this would be appreciated.
Game developed dealt with problem below. Thank you for that. The game really is enjoyable and cute for kids. Bought full version on my phone and can't get full version to sync to my daughter's tablet for her to play. How do I fix this? I tried uninstall and reinstall and even tried hitting purchase, but it just says I already own it but doesn't unlock the rest of the alphabet.
I love this app, but it's not letting me make the in-app purchase because it says that I already own this item. I didn't even make it yet.
I made the in app purchase to get the remainder of the alphabet (the game only comes with 7 letters) and after a few days the app forgot my purchase and reverted back to only 7 letters.
I only have the short version but my grandson wants the whole version so I will now purchase. He really likes it, it easy to operate, I have not had any trouble with the short version

This app is pretty great! However, for some reason I can't put it on my kid's phone. We both use Google play, and the other two games show up, but not this one. If I could figure this out it'd be perfect.
