I have been using this app and following these Bible reading schedules for the past three years. I have read the Bible chronologically, thematically and will soon finish the mixed schedule. It is easy to use and keeps me on tract. You clearly see where you are and it helps you to mentally follow the theme. It has helped to make Bible reading a joyful experience.
I love this app. I have so many options. I can choose to read the Bible in a year or I can read the same chapter three days in a row. It takes the emphasis off of performance and onto meeting my spiritual need. I can also choose to read it in chronological order, thematically, or as it appears on the Bible. Best app ever!
I love this app.. but the only complaint I have Is that I only hope that you guys make it possible to read the scriptures directly from the app? It was bit difficult switching back and forth from my bible app to this app when reading the bible chronological. If you enabled bible to read directly from the app it will be much more sufficient and save time and add ease of access for other things like taking notes. I took away 1 star for this but it's still a convenient and great app!
Love this app. Really helps to keep myself accountable. I would love to select the duration for the Thematic reading plan as well. I think currently the thematic plan is for 1 year. Some days are too overloaded when compared to others. Would appreciate if that plan can be followed over a duration of 2 years.
It is okay for me. It's a good morning wake up call to be up from bed and start hearing from my God. As we are imperfect, we read and easily forget. With a daily reading reminder, it makes it easy for an perfect person like me to recall easily. Thanks for the efforts.
It's pretty basic but what more do you need? It means it's easy to use. I set it for Bible in a year and it tells me what to read. I like that it jumps around each day to a few different books so I'm stuck reading all of levitucus for instance before I get to something interesting (yes I said leviticus is boring!).
Awesome App! The easy to use format and scheduling goal options have allowed me to set a plan and stay on top of it. Whether I get ahead or behind schedule, I quickly see where I'm at and where to pickup from. Exactly what I've been looking for. Many Thanks
Great Read-through-the-Bible app. Choose from sequential, chronological, and themes along with 1 yr and multiple yr plans. Has a reminder set-up and back-up/restore, but no sync option between devices.
Love this app! When I get a new phone I load it right away. I just wish when you restart you could adjust to Jan 1. I had to reset my phone to factory and reload the app now it has my year as May through May. I know where I was to update it. This would also be helpful for people who have been reading and just find the app.
Would be better if it contained links to the Bible. It was tedious especially when reading the Bible in chronological order. Had to go back and forth between this app and another one and that was challenging sometimes.
Great app! There is just one room for improvement please! 😃 It would be nice to have a 6 months reading plan as well added to it. Thanks That would be perfect
I love love love this app. Different plans to choose from and easy to use. The only thing I don’t like is that I switched to an iPhone mid year and now can only use my schedule on my old Android.
the balance of content from day to day is not even close to even. one day might have two short psalms and the next day might have 5 very long chapters. This might be extra bothersome if someone's schedule is restricted by time as its difficult to estimate the amount if time it will take. other than that i love the app.
I like an app that simply gets the job done. This app is that. Just wish it could sync btw devices like ministry assistant app. But my work-around is to store the backup in the cloud n restore on the 2nd device from the cloud.
I absolutely love this app. It's been very helpful in my consistency of reading the scriptures. (Especially chronological order). Thanks much
Great app but Please kindly add custom feature, it is too strict on how many books one should read a day, at least i should be able to choose how many books to read in a day.
So far the only problem I've come across is the reading of Genesis chapter 36 is missing from the chronological schedule. Other than that I haven't experienced any issues and will continue to use the app.
I like this app, but too much chapters for a day when I choose the yearly mission, why don't you put an option with for two years with 2 chapters daily? I think that would be more accurate and easy for the ones who don't have too much time free. Thank you for understanding
Great app, read the bible in a year. A few more schedules could be really helpful though. A schedule just for the Christian Greek, or just the Hebrew scriptures, or a schedule that was for only one chapter a day.
I LOVE this app. But i'd so love if you could make a 2 year chronoligical reading, i get too overwhelmed when i read more chapters and fail to fully meditate. Id appreciate an extra featuture of a two year chronoligical reading schedule please.
Very good app. Love the chronological schedule. Only dislike thematic schedule. I never understand it. When I'm done w/it, I'm re-reading chronological for next years bible rdg.
Great. But, I've started a Facebook group to do this together. (If you're reading this review, feel free to join.) I love this app and used it in 2019 or 2020 to read through in Chronological Order. I want to use this app in my FB group, but some of the members have said it's not available for IOS. Is there a version they can use or do I need to look elsewhere?
This app is wonderful, it will help you read the entire Bible in a year or you can set at your own pace. It even has a daily reminder for you to set for your daily reading. If you're anything like me, I need the reminder and encouragement and this app does just that.
This app is good insofar as it's fairly simple and has a good selection of reading plans. But from my experience (on the two year sequential plan) the allocated portions for each day seem very haphazard. There are often days where my daily reading finishes in the middle of a paragraph. Or the daily reading will contain the end of a book and then a few verses of the next book. It's like no one actually checked that the reading plan made sense.
