The peshitta text has its origins since the end of the second century, although its oldest manuscript dates from 534 AD. Translators prefer not to give their opinion as to the great question of whether the New Testament was written primarily in Greek or Aramaic (see page X). Although some theologians think that some evangelists (Matthew and Mark?) Wrote in Aramaic, there is no consensus about it, and the reality is that the oldest manuscripts in existence today are found in Greek. Even so, the Aramaic peshitta text has great value because of its antiquity.
The translation into Spanish of the Peshitta Bible was a pleasant surprise. The version is clear and beautiful at the same time. It is evident that the translators have great mastery of Spanish as well as Aramaic, since they manage to transmit the biblical message using contemporary language, but without leaving behind the elegance.
One of the most interesting aspects is that the translation was done by Hispanics, and represents an effort to bring to the Spanish-speaking people an ancient version of the Scriptures in a manner faithful to ancient manuscripts, and understandable in our contemporary language.

Very Excellent. However, as I am an American Citizen whose Primary Language is United States Standard American English, I wish that there were a Bilingual Syriac/English, or Hebrew/English Edition of This Fine App for use, not only on Android Phones, but also a PDF Version of the same for easy access to this excellent resource with a Personal Computer, readable in Windows with the Adobe Acrobat PDF Reader.
I am so grateful for this app! It has opened up a clear, fresh new reading of the Scriptures for me and being very blessed. One thing I have to say is that it was not "share friendly" to me. It is a good translation to have as reference in our Bible study. Knowing that there is no perfect translation. So this one and KJVCE are excellent Bibles.
It's fine app just need a lot of improvement there is no way to change size of letter or a faster way to chance pages l day or night mode etc

This version is the real one, from the original scriptures. I was trying to download this version for mý iphone, but it isn't available.
