Love it, but some cons. My school made me download this app in order to have access to the textbook. i like that I can highlight and erase them easily, but I cannot seem to use the "read aloud" button. It stopped working. I tried using it on my phone and it also wasnt working. I did send an email, and I got a reply within a few hours or less that it is a bug. I hope it can update here soon and hopefully fix that bug. Being able to use the read aloud feature helps alot with my adhd.

The app has no ability to write in notes, underline text, or draw directly into text . I would like to have the ability to highlight using the whole color palette not just 4 colors. Also the ability to flip through the book naturally is needed. Having to tap next section to move forward is akward, it pulls me from reading and learning the material. Please add more customization options such as the ability to adjust the color of the text without changing the background.

The reader skips half the words and sentences making it for an in reasingly frustrating experience. I bought the ebook for the sole purpose of listening to the audio. Not only that, the app itself is not very mobile responsive. The text resize just zooms in and effectively cuts off half the page which is hard to navigate in general. Straight not a good time.

My university institution doesn't even show up on the app so I can't even sign in to use it. Absolute garbage, can't believe I paid money for a digital textbook and this is what I got. Screen reader is terrible on their website, skips words and pauses randomly multiple times per sentence. Saying this app is accessible refers to the option being there, not that it's functional.

Good luck highlighting anything less than half a page you had no intention of highlighting. If you manage to get your part highlighted you better write it down somewhere because it won't save what you want. There are issues with my chemistry book where there huge spaces between chemical formulas. And lets not talk about how it's messed with equations to the point i have to youtube whats being talked about. swear this app logs me out every week or so, making me unexpectedly have to log back in.

Ridiculously slow, laggy, and clunky; freezing and skipping. I Will never buy ebooks to be used through this app again. It's embarassing that my university would provide such expensive texts only viewable through this P.O.S app. I will get my books elsewhere next time.

I can technically read my textbook, but the download for offline reading and highlight functions are basically unusable, making this app barely worth the space it takes up on my phone. If the developers can do one thing to improve this app, please fix the highlight function it's essentially useless.

Absolutely ridiculous app.I can use the website on my laptop but when I enter my credentials on the app,it keeps giving me an error. My university is not even in the list so I can't use that option either. Even on the website,the book has shades behind the texts.It is hard to read.I am hoping that I will never have to use this website and application. I gave two stars for the ability to see the book even though it is so hard to read it.

BibliU absolute garbage. It doesn't give me the page numbers, so I can't reference the text I literally purchased for that exact reason and I can't download the book through the app because my institution doesn't even show up as an option and I can't log in through my account for no apparent reason. I'm a student with no money and I wasted it on this trash. So mad.

Update: App is working again after software updated 15.1 IOS.I’ll update my rating once the app works again. The book store and audiobooks libraries are not working. It says “something went wrong”. The only thing working is my personal library.

It's frustrating! It's just completely unfair to refer to this as an ebook. Nothing is working. To think that I'm just beginning to use this book and I'm stuck with it , is quite depressing. It's been from one problem to the other, I cannot easily navigate through this 655 - page book either by clicking on the relevant area of the content page, or searching the page number. You just have scroll through the pages within the units. I'm also not able to highlight. Now, no access on my ipad.

They declined giving me access to my text books after I bought them and when trying to log in it says wrong email or password. I figured I would just change my password but then it now says error. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE universities & College's please don't use as an option but try others like Tophat. Now I have no way of accessing my expensive textbooks, crooks.

It's just not good. Highlighting and noting is dreadful and infuriating. Nothing saves, nothing stays. Worst ereading app I've ever used. It easy to use in terms of navigating t the app but it's worthless.

Text to speech is broken, no bookmarking or highlighting, app fails to save last page i was on constantly. Just use the pc version and dont waste your time.

Just terrible read aloud function. The reader starts on the wrong side of the page so you have to "fast forward" to the start of the page and then when you reach the middle the reader stops playing and then you have to restart it from the beginning to get it to read the second half of the page. The text is glitchy and printing to a pdf from the computer version takes about 30 minuets, and you can only do 20 pages at a time, and then once you have the pdf it can only print 3 pages at a time.

The app is so buggy that I couldn't use its bug reporting feature to report any of the issues with it crashing, deleting what I wrote or refusing to send. The claimed features lime text to speech just don't exist and it's really slow on all devices I've tried (phone and tablet). I've emailed the devs in desperation because I'm now required to use this by my university. If I didn't have to, I'd never touch it again.

Contacted support and although I did hear back from them once, they completely disregarded my concern and ignored what it was that I really needed and when I clarified what the concern was, they just did not bother to respond. I hope that in the future that none of the books I obtain through my university are with this reader. The reader crashes and is not user friendly at all. The audio is tragically horrible and stops mid page. Don't waste your money using any textbook that has this reader!

I purchased my textbook purposely in the e-version and not the print version so that I could have the text to speech feature that you offer. I have tried to use this on your app and the performance is horrendous. After listening to one page in chapter one it brought me to a page in chapter 4 when I then reset it up to read page two to me it read the column on the right before the column on the left. It then bringing me back to read page one again. Can you please update this feature

Good thing it mainly offers textbooks, cuz it's terrible as a book app. I don't think I've ever used an e-book app that worked so terribly.

The text to speech isn't working on my app. It reads part of one sentence ten skips like 3-4 sentences and reads only a part of the next before skipping again

Absolutely rancid and aggressive DRM software. The narrator is broken, the application freezes, and the number of pages you can save is locked to a flat 10-page limit, not the industry standard 10%, 10. By the time you realise it's this bad, you've already agreed to the terms of sale that eliminate the possibility of any refund.

This app is so helpful when it comes to studying and finding books specially in Spanish, I love when it tells me when I finish my reading goal for the day. Great motivation.

Useless - I have an ebook that I tried to access on my phone's browser for the first time and was prompted to download this app, but somehow my institution isn't listed so I can't sign in. Immediately uninstalled.

The read aloud doesn't finish sentences and skips all over the place. I've deleted and downloaded it 3 times.
