Bid Whist Free – Classic Whist 2 Player Card Game

Love this game! Very addictive, but I took a star away due to some ad's you can't get out of. I don't mind ads some I even download, but when you keep going around in a circle and just can't get back to the game that is a downer for me.

Update: I had to get a new phone and re-download the app.. The new version will not play to seven and frequently hangs while loading a new game and will not load new players. That's disappointing since I liked the previous version. I also get tired of playing against three people. The partner I am paired with makes wild unattainable bids, and let's tricks slide past them when they have a card in their hand that can beat the previous player.

I like the different game options as I am a new learner of the game. I would love even more if you could turn off the play assistant, where the game highlight the card group that has been played so you want renege. That would make the game more challenging and closer to an in person game.

It is with great pleasure that I rate this game w 5 stars. It is the closest App I've ever played online that would remind you of playing at home. Altoon games is very responsive whenever there is ever any concerns to ensure we have as close to a real live experience as possible. I spend more time playing this game than any of of the other online games I play!

It's fun to play sometimes, annoying at other times. Real Bidwist players don't play like this. You always play your trumps first! Unless it's a lot of amateurs playing that really don't know how to play. These players play their losing cards first and get set with all their trumps still in their hand. Good practice hands when the hands are played right.

Great game for passing time and honing your bid whist skills I love it the only downside is the ads that I have to watch after each game to continue they are super annoying

1. Game will reset and change players in the middle of a game. 2. person who wins bid is not aggressive in pulling trump, causing bidder to get set. 2. Opponent bidded a 4 Downtown. My partnernand I won five books, yet the system says that my opponents won???????

I love this game♥️♥️♥️ it reminds me of when I lived in Chicago playing with my friends🤑🤑🤑 I am addicted. I have no complaints at this time.

Downloaded this game yesterday, knowing that Whist evolved into Bridge. Having played Bridge for decades, I was curious when I clicked on a pop-up ad, and spent the next hour enjoying this game, which is actually more complex than Bridge. Glad that I bit at that bait!

The game is fun, need to have real people play the game, and need be more challenging game, the cards need to he shuffle more. Need have real people on here and quit dim the lights down on the game. It would be nice if you could communicate with your partner, instead mojito sign.

Update o3 31 22 Some confusion needed to play "your" I love your version of single player bid and state tour game,feel it is addictive. Really competitive I dropped spades😏😊 the state tour game quit again chow do I reactivate State tour bid whist.? I cannot restart state tour enjoyed the game, I enjoy sometimes bid whist game freezes there is no prompt for restart only to leave game. Finally the issue with the ads is resolved! I really do enjoy the game. emailed a screenshot of the ad that is hanging up the game it's the only one I've gotten trying to play times today so I've lost all of those wins! ad! was one day! And then it reverted back to hanging up on the ads this is very frustrating please try to fix this issue ! Please help! I can't get in touch with you through feedback

I am STILL having problems with these ads that don't allow you to close either by hitting the "X" or back button. So I am continuing to lose 250k points without having a chance to win and double the points. It's okay if I lose the points because the other team wins, but I shouldn't have to lose them because of a glitch in the programming with ads that are basically worthless. Guess it's time for me to find another Bid Whist game to play as this problem seems like it will never go away!!!

The way the game is set up is fine. Unfortunately, the programmers aren't knowledgeable about how the game is played. It's not Spades! Your partner cuts you out and pays no attention to what cards are leading. Usually trumps lead so whomever wins the bid has more control over their hand plus the computer keeps every card instead of try to be 2-3 suited. When a Boston happens (opponents get no books) there's no extra graphics, scoring or prizes.

You're playing with computers, not people. Not only that, the game automatically gives you winning hands, every hand. Try it for yourself. Play ten hands and see how many times you get 3 to 4 aces and at least a 5 bid. The entire point of the app is to give you good cards and keep you under the impression that you're doing well against other "real" people to keep you playing. This is done solely to get you to view the ads that appear after every round concludes (or pay to remove ads together. You cannot lose a round in this game unless you try to. If you're going to make a cash grab app at least make it operational, if not at the very least fun.

This game is not as interesting as I thought it might be. You can't change the players, and the graphics are about the same after so many plays/games. There's no real challenge. I'm going to uninstall. This writing is an add-on to the above rating. I still feel the same with the exception that now I'm noticing that the credits you're toi receive for spinning the wheel and watching vids YOU DO NOT GET! Bad move.

The only reason I rated it for stars was because when you bid a no trump it does not give you double when I play single which I play more than with a partner. Got to check out the partner to see if it doubles there then I'll give another review. But it rocks

It is bid whist but there should be an option to "check bid" if you did wrong and want to change your bid and also should have an option to play "two hand" bid whist and also the option of a five, six or seven card Kitty with the Jokers

Does not help you gain valuable logic. You win every hand not a real game. If you want to learn the very basics of the game it is for you. If you take bid whist seriously don't download. Multiplayer online should be an option. Review of the hands played should be an option. There should be levels of increased difficulty should be available. Should be able to form online leagues

Very good, one necessary improvement: create an option for computer player(s) on "play with friends" table when 4 humans are not available. *UPDATE 8/13/20 - Thanks for responding again, but my request is NOT to play with random people but to be able to assign 1 or 2 COMPUTER PLAYERS to a "friends" table when 4 human friends are not available. When it is clear that the hand is won. Can we have a button that asks other players to agree and end rge game rather than playing out the hand similar to when the bid is set. I dont like how when you go to a room you are automatically in the game with no control over the amount of the bid,. You need the ability to decide if you want to stay in room or go before the deal based on if you want to bid say 50000, which I lost on 2 games in the same room and I didnt even want go play for that much

I like the competition & the people that appreciate a good card game.

Nicely done...previously they would show what everyone had in their hand at the end of the game and now they don't. That was a nice feature and would be a nice option to choose if you want it on or not. I like the game a lot...maybe an option for card size, deck color change or table color change? Just for extra pizzaz.

Really like the game but could be a little more competitive. There is no way to go back if you make a mistake I hit hearts but it selected Spades which I didn't have any and I lost that hand there should be a way that a person can go back if that type of mistake has been made you should be able to make Corrections when there's an electronic era

Nice work on your fix. But its time for a few adjustments and fixes. Each hand should played out to the last card, not end just because a team gets set. It is sometimes possible to make books on the other teams bid. Also we could really use a line to communicate. You have forum options that remain idle because players have no way to communicate with each other. A Mod might even be able to improve game play once communications are set up.

This Bid Whist is like all of the others I have played in that the bots seemed to have been programed by people who do not really understand the game. HOWEVER, this is still my favorite game of Bid Whist. I appreciate the way the bots take defensive bids to block the other team from winning. My major complaint is the way the screen darkens when it's your turn to bit. It becomes very difficult to see your own hand and you can not see what bids were made by whom. I wish that could be corrected.
