Tired of losing my coins! Other than that, I love the option of picking and adding friends to build and replay with. Other apps that I enjoy don't give me that, and I end up with just anybody. BUT for those times when the game goes out.... It's ALWAYS when I'm winning!!! And I lose ALL of my coins, what I started with AND what I was about to Win!!!. That is the worst part of this app

Once you get established, the game only wants you to buy. I'm not buying anything. It's a damn game with no winnings. Can't change the crappy cards the game gives you. It would be more fun if it were just random like a real game. Well I finally had to delete this app because the videos you are supposed to watch in order to get coins stopped playing. Not worth the aggravation.

Absolutely love the game of Bid Whist! There are really only two major complaints I have. First, the A.I(computer) is atrocious. I mean absolutely horrible. Their logic is unexplainable most times. I definitely get that they don't want them to be unfair but the moves they make at times are baffling. It just doesn't make any sense. My second issue is that you can't see everyone's bid when it's your time to bid. Changing this would be a major improvement. Other than that I love everything else.

So, everyone with an Andriod is having the same issue, not being able to connect to the app without being connected to WIFI. If you're having the issue, they will ask you to contact them in the app, and when you do you will receive this message "Based on the tests we have conducted and the user messages we received so far, there isn't a general lag issue in our application. We believe that this problem occurs due to weak Internet connection." BS I can access every other app on my phone.

The game and level of competition is great. The problem I have is most of the time the game won't load on my Android. Works fine on my iPhone. I'm not particular about the scoring either. Some bets the game only goes to 4 in or 4 on; Other bets the game is over at 5. I'm accustomed to playing until someone is 7 on or in. I also do not like that I cannot see what others have bid when it's my turn to bid. If I look away and miss the bids, I don't know if Im taking my partner's bid out or not

There was an unfortunate issue with my payment method but after a few administrative contacts the issue was resolved. PLAYERS BEWARE!!!! Make sure your payment method is on verification mode. Do NOT use one touch pay.!!! Stingy when it comes to coins.... Treasure Hunt is stingy... Should at least let the emojies be free... Stingy... you can't just send coins easily.. the system jumps while sending, and when you try to find a friend. Administration....

The game is fun but it needs a few improvements. It gets glitchy when another app opens on your phone. Needs ability to see everyone's bid and ur own cards when is your turn to bid. Needs to give bid winner more time to put their hand together. Needs the ability to play with computers and to stand up from the table without leaving the room. Also letting partners play the treasure hunt or at least winning team continue on. It's impossible with constant randoms. Nice social app to play w/ tho.!

I love the concept, but the randomness of the deal really isn't random. Once you start a solo game, your first hand will dictate how you will do the rest of the game. Then, I notice how I get the same last card 46% of the time. This is just based on me putting the deals in a spreadsheet.

Why for the last 3 weeks when I go to get video bonus does it say. Error occured. Looks deliberate. Happening to long. I have contacted you with no results. I notice other people having same problem. Get no help from Zanga. Still 3 weeks after contacting u getting error occurring. I think it is deliberate by Bid Whist. Have no intention of fixing it.

Loading problems. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Using android and apple platforms. I have used this app since 2018, maybe before. I understand a short wait to load, but a minute. Trying to use feedback within the app is a joke. You draft your note, but you can't send it. One can only stay until it's time to move on.

When I say I never write reviews I really never write reviews on apps, but I have to make an exception for this app because I've been playing it for a while and the problems I've been having technical problems with losing coins that I've earned for no reason and when I email customer support they give me a generic answer about there system is working fine and that's all I get. This is happened twice in the last few months and this last time I asked him to send me some kind of proof to show me where those coins went and still I got another generic email. I'm just glad I don't buy the coins I earn them playing the game, but as of now I'm looking for a more reliable bid whist game. I would not recommend

Every since I received a new phone, the game will not open. I installed it and uninstalled it, restarted my phone, and installed it again. I completed this action several times and it still will not open. I love this game. It's to bad it won't open. I contacted customer service through email and it still doesn't work. PLEASE FIX! Thanks Today is 2/20/21 and I am still having a problem with it saying login failed. I have continued to uninstall/install. I will keep 1 star until this is fixed.

I notice the same two players in Solo get decent hands to bid. The other two players are just bystanders. Also, I'm collecting data on the deals. I started this because I saw that my first two cards contained a 10 37% of the time. They is highly unlikely to occur at such a high rate. I got two 10's as my first two cards 14% of the time, so the deals don't truly seem random.

Love the game, but I had purchased some coins for 20dollars and was never credited. I contacted the developers and they said there was no proof so basically I was out of the money and coins via email communication. Plus some of the people I had as "friends " are hard for me to find because the change in setup. I also liked when then had little bonuses on the tables around the holidays. Why make the changes on something that was already good? The Spades game is horrific!

I love the game of Bid Whist itself, but this app is HORRIBLY designed!!! The bots have been designed with no real logic, so they RUIN the game. Additionally, somehow whenever you buy coins it's almost guaranteed that you'll be booted out greater than 75%of the time. It's INSANE!!! Additionally, what good is the player blocking feature when the WORST players, the BOTS are apparently unblockable! I deleted the app for over a year, after being a fan for years, looks like it's that time again!

The game is very fun. It has some flaws like If you choose to block someone and not play with them, the person still pops up as your partner. If you choose someone to be your friend you never see them again. This is something that they really need to work on

Additional time should be allotted in placing and discarding cards. Does not allow enough time to think about what you would like to throw away. After the bid goes around and it is time for your to bid, you cannot observe what and who previously bid. Consequently, you might mistakenly take your partner out because you can't observe the prior bid. This needs to be re-programmed immediately. All bids should be displayed until the last bid is taken. Real big "pet peeve" for me.

Though I wish, time after time, that I'd get better hands, it must just be the luck of the draw. There aren't many Bid Whist apps available. I've tried some of the few others, but either your playing against the algorithm or the app is Jerry. Sure wish you could adjust the algorithm though. Remember, if players are successful for a good amount of times, they will visit you again more frequently. Keep that in mind.

Paid $100,000 in game for a permanent flag icon and now it's gone. Also, I see you suggested below that somebody contact you through the game but I can never get the messaging to work.( Edit. . As per your response that I contact you in game. As you can see directly above I'm having difficulty contacting you in game. )

After uninstalling, thought this game might get a bit fairer, NOT EVEN CLOSE. If players think the algorithm is truly random, just look at the patterns of solo play as well as the player data-statistics. Just played 3 matches with Bid Whist Plus bots - won't spend a dime with matches like these. Designed with a computer algorithm my foot! Routinely pull a total of 4 tricks in 3 games of a 7 game / 30 point match, where their bots pull 15 - 18 tricks in same 3-game span. R-I-G-G-E-D!!!

I got a new phone and my Bid Whist PLUS profile did not transfer over. Now I can't even open the app. When I try to open the app it says Login Failed! What can be done to recover my profile account? 11/19/21 The game STILL will not log me in. When I try it STILL says Login Failed! Update 12/24/21, this game still will not open or allow me to login or connect me. I got a message saying to contact the support team within the app. Duh, the app WILL NOT OPEN OR LOG ME IN!!!

*8/15/19 UPDATE*- still failing to load. Zynga has been very gracious (and quick, might I add) to respond, yet they have no solution. Once they were out of ideas, the replies stopped. The technical glitches know no bounds at this point. UNINSTALLED WITH NO RESOLUTION. The game has failed to load for like a month straight now. As soon as u try to log in it just says it's having technical issues & to try again later. Uninstalled & re-installed numerous times.

The game plays well most of the time. It's frustrating when the computer does not allow you to bid and when it takes over your play. I do not understand scoring. I would enjoy the game more if it played more like the BID I've been playing for MORE than 50 years.

Love this game, a few frustrating things related to sending coins to other players (it jumps around when players start or stop playing), no longer being allowed to play at lowest level and ability to change comments when not playing a game! Otherwise I LOVE this game!!

This is a janky game me and my partners were getting some bad cards and lost a numerous times to something. You end up losing a lot because the stupid computer or game developers give the good cards to the opponents. Im bout ready to delete this janky game.😡 Every app seems to have some issues its probably cause they want purchases to be made. Unbeliveable.

I played Bid Whist Plus on my desktop everyday for several years, till Jan 2021. A stress buster for me. I am not going to use all my cell phone space to play and it is too small! Not understanding why FB cannot leave it like it was. During this pandemic, it helps so many people cope and de-stress !! What a bummer !!!

I use to love this game but lately it has been trash! I haven't seen the treaure game for weeks and sometimes the game freezes and blacks out then takes my money after kicking me out of the game! Also, the computer will just take over and not allow me to play!

Love the game but it doesn't even work half the time. I go to open the app and it loads as if I have no internet connection. Then says to try again later after loading for almost 2 minutes. Don't know what happened over time but this game has some kinks that needs to be worked out.

I use to play this game every day until I figured out that I was targeted by the company in a negative way. I use to win all of the time. Not necessarily a substantial amount, however, it was enough to keep me playing. Now, all of a sudden, I can't get my bonus money, nor will the app allow me to update to the most recent version. I would probably buy coins sometimes if I felt that I could trust the program not take all of my coins. Hence, I just play with the coins that I win.
