User friendly, though it took two attempts to load the app. Once installed and opened for first time I thought it was very easy to navigate.

App has a hard time loading and sometimes won't load at all. Easy to use though.

I've been using this app for a few years and it's been great. Now I just get a white screen, can't log in to check my account. Very disappointed!

Constantly crashing and getting locked out of my account. as well as they lie they haven't updated since last year. Unreliable, undependable and untruthful. About ready to change banks.

It has been days now since this app has worked for me. It crashes and won't even bring me to the log in screen. I cannot deposit my paycheck now as I've already marked it for mobile deposit only but I can't even open the app. Seriously considering switching banks because what is the point of having an online bank if it never works properly.

A lot better than past versions! Excellent upgrades and the new UI is pleasant. Only complaint is that fingerprint randomly turns off and I have to manually turn it back on. Other than that, great improvements!

Before Biddeford savings merged with other banks i would give their app 5 stars. Now whoever maine community app developers are have ruined this app. I constantly get stuck on loading screens, incomplete log ins, cant transfer between accounts, stuck on loading screens, the app doesnt open or close properly, did i mention loading screens? Seriously dont bother using this app, just go on your web browser and do it that way. Get ready for challenge questions every single time.

The app continually crashes and you have to restart you phone for it to recognize your security login. Every few months you'll have to call them to even get into your app because it won't let you pass the login screen.

Issues logging in every few weeks. No support for face unlock with pixel devices either. Extremely annoying to have mobile banking unavailable so often, especially when in person banking is not an option at the moment.

I am a snowbird. I go to Fl and do not have a bank here . I have been able to do any banking with my bank in Maine for 15 yrs.

It's been so nice to be able to instantaneously check my balance wherever I happen to be. Another very useful feature is the ability to deposit my checks from home instead of having to go by the bank every Friday after work. I love it!

Woke up this morning and my id was no longer saved so i punched in my id and password and the app says they don't recognize me so im locked out for the next 4 hours until they open and someone can fix it. Very Frustrating

Stopped working recently. Can't read the screen before it crashes but i think it is asking to turn on debugging.

It was working great till 5 days ago..now it keeps crashing..i can't do anything..the whole app just closes..I have gotten in touch with no prevail..I dislike this new app it is useless..I hit one star by mistake..it's not worth that one star..this is bs..this app sucks!!!!! Don't use it..

Stopped working weeks ago, reached out to the developer link a week ago, not even the courtesy reach back, contacted bank they couldn't help either, bank contacts vendor who says we don't support your device anymore, junk...

Camera interface is cumbersome. Bank of America app focuses better and takes pictures by itself when in range.

This app used to work with Android. One day it stopped. The bank said they are working on it. It's been weeks.

Won't load app. Any longer. Now I have to go to ATM to find out my balance.

It's ok...would like to see specific dates and times on transactions.

This app saves so much time. If you don't feel like it, you don't have to go to the bank! 5 stars for sure.

Mobile deposit constantly "loses" my pending deposits, and has to be resubmitted several times.

Easy to use. I wish I didnt have a limit on deposit amount when using mobile deposit.
