Can't connect my card.
Game is cool but I've submitted two help tickets and received no response. Points have all been erased, guess that's what happens when you try to get help after they take your money and don't apply credits to your account. Uninstalling and never going back to Dave and Busters
I keep getting an error message just like everyone else. Very annoying when you know you have a connection and can't redeem points for tickets. If you can't fix the problem or you are trying say something to people. Don't just keep doing nothing. Bad bad bad for your business. Been playing this for awhile and like others will not go back there. I even uninstalled it and reinstalled and nothing. FIX FIX FIX OR GONE GONE GONE GONE
I think this app used to work well, but they started losing money in it so instead of deleting it they let you play without getting actual tickets. Fix the issue and I'll change the review but if you don't want to let people redeem tickets delete the app or stop claiming to give out free tickets. You clearly don't actually want to.
Can't redeem tickets or coins, just like everyone else is saying. Bad connection, no connection or any other bug message you can come up with, asked the manager at my local d and b. Got told they just pay a service to run the game and have no idea how it even works. Fix this and give us our tickets
I have over 9000 points and I keep trying to redeem them for tickets on my card but it comes up with a stupid lost connection error message. My connection is fine, it's the game. I wonder how many negative reviews you guys have to get in order for you to fix the problem
stopped crediting tickets (again) Will update again once fixed, till then, pointless game. Fun game but ticket redeeming varies greatly. One day i get 10, next day i get 100. No rhyme or reason to what their rules are or how it works
Unlike the other people commenting on here, I have no problem with the amount of tickets they give you, my problem is the fact that the game will only let me collect the tickets like once a week, all the other days it gives me some kind of error message. I've emailed them 4 times over the last month, with no response at all
This app stopped working months ago. I uninstalled the app & reinstalled it to see if that would help. When I enter my d&b card #, I get error saying "There was an error posting the card token to playfab". Please fix app so I can enter my card info AND get tickets without getting any errors.
The redeem points for tickets scam hasn't worked for me since day one and seems like many other people.They could have had problem fixed by now if they wanted to but they are just luring in downloads.Dont waste your time thinking your going to get free tickets.Its a lie!
Game is good to play but points are useless because most of the time whenever you try to redeem for tickets the server is down. If they'd fix that it's five stars as it's a pretty fair replica. I feel like I hit the lottery any time I manage to get the points to convert.
If it worked. Keep getting an error screen any time I try to actually get tickets. I tried reinstalling 3 times, losing my points, and it still doesn't work. Update: after this comment, the next day the redemption started working.
Seems very inconsistent. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Free D&B tix so that's awesome. But sometimes, it says I have insufficient points to redeem... even though I have more than 50K. UPDATE: Had to lower rating to 1 star. I thought the app was bad before... now I just keep getting different errors. Really wish they would fix this.
EVERY SINGLE TIME, I get a message saying : Connection to server lost, (or something like that), when I try to redeem my points for tickets, and the reason I said or something like that, is because I uninstalled it the 3rd or 4th time of trying to "connect to the game server". Congratulations Dave and Busters, you just lost yourself a customer and all the money I was willing to pay towards credits for games. I hope that the developers of this game SEE MY TROUBLES.
At least 2 of the 3 Games they have used to pay out tickets but starting last week all of them fail now, so you can't turn in for any tickets, always fails connecting to the server now.
As long as my D&B power card APP is open when I redeem. In the 2 times i received an error, I turned off my WiFi and it worked. My WiFi was working so I don't know why this happened but I did get the pts
Please fix connection issue. I have been playing for 1-2 months now and now can not cash out for over a week like everyone else. Wish you could cash out each day (not have to be 24 hours exactly) Frustrating also when you have 10,000+ points and it tells you you do not have enough to cash out. Love that when it works, it supplements when you can not get to store.
i keep trying to connect but it doesn't work. all the other apps don't say this when i try to redeem tickets only this one. Also the ticket cap should be raised to 1000 tickets per app per day. if this was to happen then of course the amount of points needed would be higher

I have been trying for hours trying to get the redeem tickets to work and no luck. Even uninstall and reinstall lost all my points and still not work. Connection to server was not made or something like that is the error message. Please fix I love this but that's the main feature we would like.
Well u can see it as a spin to win based app like it appears at first glance but I have a different perspective on things. This is a D&B roll of the dice at spinning the wheels in Google gaming circles with APPealing bonus features for D&b Power card holders ( I believe it gives them credit if they sign up ) With the right promotional and marketing manager these applications could be greatly beneficial to both user and the company itself.The game itself is fun but I found the downloads offered no go .. 86%
The big win bar is never in the right place. Even if you land perfectly on it you'll end up getting 40 and 60 points. Terribly set. Worst part is they promise you a 100 tickets daily, but the game magically can never connect to their servers. Don't waste your time.
The game itself is fine, I guess. Too slow, but the game isn't why I have the app. I downloaded the app because it gave me the opportunity to earn a few extra tickets when I wasn't at D&Bs. However, its extremely rare that I'm able to actually convert points to tickets. It's very disappointing, and really takes the shine off the D&B brand, in my opinion. If you want a very slow mind numbing wheel game, have at it. If you want tickets, don't waste your time
While I appreciate that they offer a way to play and earn tickets right from my phone, it is incredibly irritating when I can't actually redeem for the tickets I have earned. I haven't been able to redeem ANY points in about a month. I don't think Dave and Buster's fully understands how many customers they are upsetting, and consequently losing, by making false promises. Hopefully they'll figure it out and rectify the situation soon.
Boring and repetitive, but that is understandable for what is effectively a slot machine game. The BIG issue here is with the redemption of points for actual tickets, more specifically that it doesn't work. The game states that you can redeem 2,500 points for 100 actual tickets on your Dave and Buster's power card in a 24-hour period. This would be the only redeeming factor of the game if it actually worked. Each time I try to do this, the app eventually reports, "Redemption failed" error, but the window pops under the graphics, so the text cannot be read (all this is legible is "mption failed ... a ter some time". This function has NEVER worked. It also took approximately 5 attempts over the course of two days to register my power card with the app (all previous attempts resulted in errors). The worst part of this is that there is no apparent way to ask for tech support. PlayFab is the company that supports this redemption, but there's no visible means of support from them, either.
Can only get 2 wheels, Classic and Aquatic. Used 200 coins for each of the other wheels, but an error appears everytime I try to download the other worlds.
