Rubbish app, always freeze. Load time is slow, paying process is painful. After entering payment and my coupon code, the screen froze on processing the payment screen, cannot input OTP and when I can, it expires. Then I cant use my coupon again, wait until forever until they release the coupon code again. And this is not even during their thankful festival night (dont get me started in that).
Bunch of Liers. If one product isn't in stock, don't put it on shelf. They will fake the items being shipped. Once they received your orders, they will THEN start to look for stock the products from mainland China websites. So if the other party is out of stock, they will then lie to you saying item is being shipped but they will just keep you waiting...without a tracking number. No refund, no communications. They just cross their fingers and hope you forget about you have even placed the order.
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE/ COMMUNICATION AT ALL. I placed an order but it didn't delievered after a week. No response to my request delivery schedule email afterwards. I have to stop payment on my credit card. The order finally delievered on th 13th day after my purchase. Not even an email to apologize/stating the cause for the delay. What the fxxx!!
order two items online and failed to deliver on time . Still waiting for the products for over one month . When phoned customer service, the phone was never picked up by an agent . Their voicemail inbox was always full and can never request a call back via their voicemail as instructed.
Not user-friendly, bad interface, extremely slow delivery, and most products they don't even have stocks, you have to wait forever.
The service was really bad and they did not deliver at all. Highly recommend HKTVMall instead.

The Consumer Council criticized it as misleading and unfavourable to customers in terms and return policy. Don't use it!!!
An awfully sluggish app. Often have difficulty with login, keeps saying 'system is busy' and try again later. Also, there is a stupid timer for completing orders. When selecting Circle K for order pick up; it takes a very long time to display the Circle-K stores in the selected area and the status of the store, which are few and often full and not selctable, there are more 7-Elevens, but no collaboration. Doesnt allow the use of other courier services.
